They deserve 0 star. No service attitude what so ever. Scheduler, Heather, was very rude and not responsible on the phone. She in fact even hung up the phone.
We scheduled with them and specifically asked the plumber to calls us so that we can lead him/her to the apartment. The plumber didn't call us and went into the unit by himself. We don't even know what kind of work was performed. Poor communication and rude people.

Drain Away Rooter not only cleared the drain pipes, they did plumbing repair for a fair price. Jake and Zach were fast, efficient and quite friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommended!

Jake came by and did a great job clearing a stubborn plugged kitchen sink that had resisted my best efforts. He was prompt, efficient and polite, and he cleaned up nicely once he was done. I was pleased, and would call him back for any other plumbing troubles I have in the future.

Kyle took my call and worked to get us in the next day.
Brandon showed up, gave me an estimate, and quickly solved our plumbing problem.

Jake arrived early and went right to work to fix our problem. He finished up in about 20 mins. He was very personable and easy to work with. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone, plus Jake reminded us of our senior discount! We will definitely be using them again, if needed.

Drain Away Rooter was recommended by another company. I called and told them my issue. They had Matt out the next day to fix it. He was done in an hour. The price was just right.! I will use them again.

Had an appointment with Drain Away Rooter today for a sewer scope. They told us they'd be at the house between 4:30 and 6, and that they'd call us 30 minutes before arrival to give us a heads-up. We are currently in the process of buying said house, so the seller actually left work early in order to be home for Drain Away. It is now 6:30, and we have yet to see hide or hair of Drain Away Rooter. We've called and called, but our calls have gone straight to voicemail. It would be one thing if Drain Away contacted us to say they were running late, or that there was an emergency and they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. However, there has been absolutely zero communication from them. We are extremely disappointed, and are now scrambling to find a different plumber who can do a sewer scope for the house within our very short timeline. We suggest that if you need a reliable plumber service, you do NOT choose Drain Away Rooter.

We had Jake Sutton out to clear a laundry room drain in our 1950's ranch house.
I scheduled the appointment with the office and requested someone with experience
who could help us solve an ongoing overflow problem. He asked us questions, located the plumbing in the house and gave us a couple of options. Due to the nature of the
history in the house, we decided to camera the line and then clear the blocked pipe
after determining the aprox location of the issue. We had been told by previous plumbers that the main line might not be connected to the sewer. Jake effectively
found the issue and fixed the problem. We are thrilled with the results.

I reached out on their website to have someone come out and look at our backed up kitchen sink and within a couple of hours I have an appointment scheduled for the next day. Shane was incredibly friendly and educated me on how to spot and correct disposal clogs in the future. Shane will be my first call anytime I need any plumbing help. Thanks Shane!

Horrible experience. Tech had to come to our house twice. First time he said he'd fixed the problem and we'd be good for a year or longer. Same issue 4 days later. Came back to the house, to do what he was supposed to have followed up with the first time. Said the remainder of the work was free of charge until a specific point. Came back to us with a $200+ invoice. When we questioned the charges he said "Fine, forget it" stomped out of our house and slammed the door behind him and drove away.

Aaaaaammazing work from really nice people. Andrew came out to a really hard problem. He diagnosed it one issue at a time, spent 4 hours working tirelessly. Responsive, helpful, explained the issue, all around amazing plumber. Btw the dispatchers worked to accommodate our crazy schedules. The next day Troy came by to finish up some issues with the pump. Again amazing work. Helpful, showed me how to save some money and had everything back up and running in less time then I thought. If you got some issues that seem especially tough, call these guys!

Matt was a great help in diagnosing and fixing my clogged rainwater drain pipes. Old plumbing can be a bit of a mystery, but he cracked the code and found an existing cleanout that I overlooked. He was communicative and helpful over the two hour service. The a-la-carte pricing was a little surprising, but I feel the billing worked out fairly given Matt's willingness to find the root problem and fix it. I don't have any reason to call another roto company.

From the time I called to the time my problem was fixed, I had excellent customer service.

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which nobody else I had called was able to offer, at least not without after-hour fees. Additionally, Jake who came to fix the problem was wonderful! He was informative every step of the way, helped me to understand my options, and went above and beyond to explain the entire process. Finally, the cost for services was very reasonable at a fraction of the cost other companies would be charging.

I highly recommend them!

Super impressed with the service and outcome. They showed up early to my appointment and finished early. My pipes shouldn't even have been able to be uncloged. They are so old and decrepit and one of my drains was sealed up. Jake came out and uncloged it for me which fixed several issues I was having. These guys are persistent and hard working. I have used them twice and had the same amazing results both visits. All plumbing working awesome.

Our longtime (vacationing) plumber recommended Drain Away for our 1940's house plumbing, including a plugged tub drain and a complicated pipe leak. These guys were extremely responsive, showed up when they promised and were professional in every way. They even sent a more experienced journeyman the next day to make sure the leak was handled correctly and to recommend alternative solutions. You can tell when a business cares about its customers. We would not hesitate to use Drain Away again, especially in any type of time sensitive situation.

We had our sewage pump go out on a weekend, thus no usable of toilets or water going down the drains. This company made time for us on a Sunday to assess the issue and also helped us fix a very complicated pump failure. They sent out Troy a very knowledgeable pump drainage man who also guided us on what we needed to do to get our home up and running asap. On a Monday, they changed the schedule around to fit in our urgent matter! Kyle was also very nice and helpful on the phone and aided in our scheduling! We will be using them again!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been a property owner for nearly 30 years and own multiple residential and commercial properties. I would put the experience we had with this company in the top 3 worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor in all that time. The worst part is that the work itself was adequate. Not amazing but adequate. The problem is the management and contractors. They were rude, bullying, intentionally misleading. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance. I can't believe they are in business with the way they behave. Call Environmental Works, Reynolds Sewers or ANYONE ELSE if you need plumbing and sewer services.

Shane and his crew replaced a broken backwater valve and pipes due to a root infiltration on our property. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Shane took his time explaining every part of the process with me and put me at ease on this unfortunate project we were faced with shortly after moving into our new house. We will definitely be giving them a call with any plumbing projects that pop up in the future.

This was the worst experience I've had. Came to unglogg a sewer pipe. On time and nice guy. Insisted I pay $300 upfront....I was desperate and did it. The tools they brought destroyed my floor, removed my toilet, didn't have enough length on the tiny snake they brought. Said he would come back in the morning with the correct tools. Next morning no show. I called and the owner of the company told me it would be $1200 to come back with the larger snake. I didn't have that kind of money for a simple snaking and now my bathroom is destroyed and my toilet is off. He told me he would not be coming back unless I paid the full amount. I called another company who came right away....went through the vent pipe (like you are supposed to) with a camera and said there wasn't even a clog anymore. I had to replace my toilet on my own after they removed.....shearing off one of the mounting bolts. It was a very expensive mistake that I made with these guys.

We are in the process of buying a property and needed to get a catch basin drain line inspected. Not only was Brandon on time, he was very informative about the functionality of the drain. Because of the inherent bend on the drain line, he was unable to pass a scope. However he took the time to inspect the bottom of the drain and walked around the property with me to show me the sewer line. Hs took genuine interest in our property. And on top of that, they only charged me half of the service call. Thanks a lot, Brandon. We will use your services if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

I was called, as told, before they arrived on time. Matt came out and serviced my clogged tub. He was super professional and kind. He wore booties in the house, and even wiped down the sludge that came up and splattered while unclogging the drain. Seriously great experience with him and this company! A lot of people leave a mess after finishing the project assigned, and he went above and beyond. 👍🏼
