All pro plumbing canceled the appointment. We set two weeks in advance to re-prioritize my plumber to a job that would make them more money. They don’t care about their clients time, just their bottom line.

We had a great experience with Steve and Kristie at Power Plumbing! During the storm in January a pipe burst and subsequently flooded our hot water heater. We called plumbers all over town and thankfully Power Plumbing was able to fit us in on the weekend (which was several days quicker than other companies as Steve continued to work through the weekend). Kristie helped to answer questions I had about insurance and was very clear about pricing up front. Steve called ahead several times to let me know when he’d arrive. We are really pleased with the quality of work and Steve made the invoice very clear to help with our insurance claim. While Steve was there I had a few questions about some other plumbing and he took the time to explain things thoroughly and provide his professional opinion. Thanks again Kristie and Steve!

Power Plumbing Company responded quickly to my request and Brian arrived promptly on 6/20/2024 to replace a rusty drain pipe. However, I was overcharged for the time spent on the repair. While the replacement itself was straightforward - involving just a 5ft plastic pipe, bend joint and clamps - Brian spent an hour significant amount of time on the phone and in his truck. Although the final repair was successful, I was charged $250 per hour for 3.75 hours of work, which doesn't reflect the actual time spent on the job. Also, a charge for parts alone of is $210, was high. Total charge $1147.50. While I appreciate Brian's expertise, I feel Power Plumbing Company's billing practices were unfair and left me feeling taken advantage of.

Be ware, they start charging you from the minute they start driving to your house from their previous job. That was never disclosed until I asked why I was being charged for an extra amount of time. I hired them a couple of times, the first time went well despite the feeling of being overcharged, the second time the technician was definitely dragging his feet. When you are paying $250 per hour, it adds up quickly.

Best contractor experience I've had in 24 years in our home. Not just professional, but they did high-quality work in a very personable way. I was even able to text Nick (who did the work) one evening with a question, and he called me back from home to make sure hot water was flowing for us! The estimate was fair and competitive, and cost changes (less or more) based on changes I wanted were shared up-front. This is how business is done right! We will be calling Power Plumbing again for sure.

Had contacted Power plumbing to investigate underfloor issue we had from a leak in our dishwasher - wood floor in the next room had started to buckle and we needed someone to check out that 1.) the leak was definitely fixed and 2.) how much water damage was done below the floor.

We were able to schedule a date within a few days that worked for us and Kristie, who took our call, was very informative and polite.

Steve at Power Plumbing came out and did a very thorough job of checking both dishwasher and sink to make sure all was good. He then went through the crawl space and documented with photos all that he found there and advised us of his findings and issues that may come to light later but were not a problem at this current time.

Steve is a very caring and personable inspector, and talked with us about everything he was doing.

We will be coming back to Power Plumbing for any and all our future needs - their expertise is great and cost of service are fair.

Scheduling was easy and received service in a couple days. Glenn from DeTemple plumbing, came a half hour early and replaced the Moen cartridge in the shower. He was here working for maybe 45 minutes and did a good job.
I was billed for one hour and an additional 0.75 hours plus parts. Approximately $450.00. So be aware that this company has a questionable billing policy.

Our upstairs shower would leak water through the garage ceiling, so a contractor friend recommended Power Plumbing. Aaron was our plumber and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us, something beyond my DIY skills for sure. The toilet downstairs was also making a rumbling sound, and he pointed out that the fill valve was at fault, so I was able to replace that myself. Finally, the master bath when filled with hot water would show small, black particles, and he unscrewed the faucet cap and removed a stuck piece of black crud. Recommended.

I hired PP to replace a kitchen sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, and install a new double tap valve and instant hot cold and water filter. I am very satisfied with the work and highly recommend PP based on my experience.

David was my assigned plumber. He was friendly, considerate, clean, and overall had a great personality. He described the work he would be doing, and asked questions along the way to confirm what I wanted if there were options, or make sure I wanted a particular item installed (i.e., the faucet has no sprayer, and he asked whether I realized this before installing, just to make sure it was what I really wanted).

David was also tremendously helpful when the sink I ordered from a third party ended up missing mounting hardware and other items that were supposed to be included. He called the seller and manufacturer to find out the fastest way to obtain the missing items, and did a great job advocating for me.

Kristie in scheduling was a pleasure to work with, too. She fully understood what was needed for the job and scheduled the right amount of time. When we had to schedule a return visit because of the missing sink hardware, Kristie found time in David’s schedule two days later, which was a great relief.

Overall, PP was a pleasure to work with and I am highly satisfied with their work. I was also very happy that they had availability within one week of my call to schedule the job. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for PP!

Power Plumbing to the rescue! We had a nightmare scenario where a drain pipe had rotted out under the foundation of our house. The job entailed zipping open the foundation of our house and replacing the pipe that was buried under concrete. They were up front about scheduling concerns, and the folks that came out for the work were courteous and thoughtful throughout the whole process. The job got done quickly and at a really reasonable price, all things considered. Thanks again!

I have worked with Power Plumbing for the 20 years that I've owned my home. They are honest, thorough and talented. Nick came over this morning to repair leaking faucets on my roman tub. In order to diagnose the issue, the tile had to come off the tub. He got them all off INTACT - Incredible! Give this deserving company a try; I know you won't be disappointed.

I had them over to get a bid on a sewer leak! They were to locate the leak with a camera! They didn't do a camera scope which is what they are supposed to do.They worked if you can call it that for 2 hours and charged me for 6! The amount was over 2000.00. That is more than half of what it is going to cost to fix it from another company! I am complaining now for the price and no pictures! I am very disappointed. He also promised me a 10% discount! I didn't see that. Beware of their prices!

BEWARE of this company. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in my life and I’ve worked with a lot of contractors. I hired Doug to install the plumbing in my shop. A few months later when it was discovered that the water heater I opted for was not the appropriate one for my needs I called and asked them to come out and see if they could make any adjustments to get things working properly. I did NOT blame them or ask for any work to be done free of charge. I just asked that someone come out to take a look to see if we could troubleshoot and fix it before I pay to Install a new water heater. I was fully expecting to pay for whatever might need to be done. Instead I get an angry phone call from Doug (Calling me from his personal cell phone) yelling at me and accusing me of insisting they screwed things up. I felt like I was “in trouble” or like I had to defend myself over something that wasn’t even accurate. I tried to tell him over and over that was not the case and that I just wanted someone to come out and look at things, but he just kept talking over me, confrontational and defensive like an absolute child who just couldn’t stand the idea of being held accountable for the possibility that just maybe they screwed something up somehow. I had just given them thousands of dollars to do an install and was prepared to give them more of my money. I had to end the call abruptly because it was so out of hand. I then called the office and spoke with the office manager as I felt it was necessary for them to know about Doug’s behavior and the overall poor communication and unwillingness to help resolve the water heater problem (Even if it meant buying a new water heater from them!). She said she would talk to the owner, then called me back and politely said that they agreed that it would be best I went elsewhere. Yeah, obviously I’m going elsewhere. From the moment that I met Doug he was unprofessional, speaking to me like a woman who doesn’t know anything (something that is not uncommon with contractors, unfortunately). But I let it slide because he gave me the cheapest bid. Well, lesson learned. You get what you pay. Throughout the installation he kept trying to cut corners and do things half ass which I had to point out, politely. He kept saying he just trying to save me money… No buddy, you’re just lazy and didnt think I’d notice.
Don’t give these people your money. Pay the extra couple hundred dollars for a PROFESSIONAL plumbing company who can guarantee their work, or at the bare minimum speak to their customers with respect. Also, it’s worth noting that even though the water heater I chose wasn’t the right one (though it was recommended by other plumbers), it was never communicated to me from Doug that it wouldn’t work. He never even took the time to read the specs that I sent him. Literally fumbling through the manual as he was installing the plumbing- a red flag I should have paid more attention to. Can’t wait to read the excuses they make when they respond to this….
    10/10 Would NOT recommend

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We hired them to get a second opinion and so glad we did! They were able to actually fix the issue rather than trying to upsell us on a whole new valve system, which saved us thousands of dollars. Steve was a pleasure to work with and Kristi in the office was very helpful. Great team and will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Brought Power Plumbing in to inspect a drain leak into the crawlspace of our home. David inspected thoroughly and explained that the leak was due to recent renovation performed by a different company. While performing the repair, he provided video and text evidence that was very helpful in explaining the issue to the other contractor. Both companies performed with total professionalism. I recommend Power Plumbing without reservation.

Called them for a new hot water heater, and Steve came to our rescue! Ended up doing a bunch of random work around a newly bought house. High quality work, easy to schedule and work with, and reasonable price. Thank you Steve and Power Plumbing!

Steve came out yesterday and installed a new garbage disposal. He also replaced our constantly leaking pipes under the kitchen sink at our request. Steve was professional, efficient, kind and would be welcome back into our home anytime. Scheduling was fast too. Great job all around.

I highly recommend Power Plumbing and the people at Power Plumbing. They were instrumental in helping me renovate a substandard half bath in an older home adding a shower. Adam at Power Plumbing showed great flexibility and willingness to work with me in the staged and complicated construction process bringing in Jesse, Sabe and Ruben at various points to help bring the project to completion in a timely manner making this a happy holidays for sure. Everyone I came in contact with at Power Pluming were great and great to work with.
