Crown Plumbing completed extensive work on the water system in our house, from the street connections to the aging galvanized supply pipes in the house, all the way to replacing every faucet. Brian’s estimate was detailed and accurate throughout the course of the project. The work of the two primary plumbers, Damon and Junior was superior in every respect. After the main repiping was complete, Ryan installed a new water heater and replaced three remaining faucets. His craftsmanship was likewise excellent to the last detail. Plumbing office staff were friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the entire project. In summary, we regard this project as fairly priced, professionally managed, and completely satisfactory in every stage of its execution.

Both Derian and Steven provided Exceptional service. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, and they fixed the blockage in our line! I especially appreciated that they left the area they were working on spotless. I highly recommend these two from Crown Plumbing!

Because of the awesome service we received on our last job, we hired Crown Plumbing back to update our plumbing for our kitchen remodel project. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Knowing the Electrical people were coming in after, our plumber spotted an electrical issue and asked if he could contact the Electrician.

We've worked with Crown twice, once on any emergency weekend drain issue and once on a full re-pipe of our house. We had great experiences on both projects. We specifically want to highlight Steven (drain issue) for resolving the issue quickly and helping us through next steps in a super low pressure way and Damon and Junior (re-pipe) for working so efficiently and with such clear communication - it made a relatively invasive project as hassle free as it could have been. We have an old house with a lot of needed work, so we're no strangers to have folks working on our home. In addition to doing good work, Crown does the little things that make those projects run much smoother. We'd recommend them!

Crown Plumbing is hands down the BEST! Race came out to help us install new plumbing for our bathroom sink and was so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything as he was doing it and went above and beyond fixing work that was done incorrectly by a previous contractor. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job and we immediately knew we were in the best of hands.

For those reading through reviews wondering if you really need to hire a plumber separately to come do the work - take it from me - It’s NOT worth trusting your contractor that says they can also do plumbing. Just hire the pros and get it done right the first time! You pay for what you get and you’ll save yourself the headache and have total peace of mind.

We had a fantastic experience with Crown Plumbing. Steven was able to diagnose an issue with our water heater/shower that had been plaguing us for years! He was very meticulous and thorough, and walked us through everything step by step. Once the issue was identified he was able to source replacement parts and finish the repairs very quickly. He left everything neat, tidy, and working better than new. He even took extra time to tighten a few connections so everything was in top working order. Highly recommended!

Steven and Alex were great and professional! We have been wanting to remodel our bathroom since we bought our house and finally decided to bite the bullet this year. We went through the process of researching what we wanted and collecting the needed materials ourselves in the winter prior to reaching out to any plumbers. We realized we’d have to move the shower drain and didn’t want to DIY that. We sat on the project for the summer. Crown came recommended by some family friends and I decided to reach out to finally get an estimate. From when I reached out to install was less than two weeks. Steven came out to quote us, we demo’d it over the weekend, and he was able to install with Alex that week after. The install only took them a day and they stayed later to make sure they finished it up for us. Now I can only hope the rest of it goes as smooth. Thank you!!

Job Well Done

We thoroughly researched plumbers because we needed to replace all three old toilets in the home. We wanted a small, well-established company with excellent reviews. I liked everyone we worked with at the company, from the dispatcher to the service providers. We appreciated their responsiveness and their patience with all of our questions and concerns.

We stressed how important it was to make sure the new toilets that we’d researched would work, given that we had two different types of old toilets (different base footprints) and three different types of flooring (wood, tile, and vinyl). The plumbers went to two different suppliers to ensure that the end result would look aesthetically pleasing and the different footprints would be only 1/4” different and that caulking would cover that.

The plumber installer, Lane, was polite, thorough, and took great pains to do an excellent job. He painstakingly removed the old caulking and installed each new toilet with care making sure (multiple flushes and let time pass) so that there was no leaking before finishing up. Having recently worked with another plumbing firm that defaced our wall unnecessarily so, we were so pleased with Lane’s attention to detail and aesthetic concerns. We are so pleased with the end result!

Thinking that we might have some more work for ServicePlus, I showed Lane another plumbing issue, but he assured me that it was working fine. I appreciated the honesty.

Bottom line: I recommend ServicePlus Plumbing if you want a plumber with expertise, conscientiousness, politeness, and responsiveness.

Service Plus Plumbing were able to install a new water line to my house when the old one broke. Landon responded quickly when called and completed the job very satisfactorily. We were pleased with the overall results and would likely call them in the future.

Extremely rapid service and a very clean install! Had a relatively complex set of requirements after needing to find a new plumber mid-project, Landon and Service Plus jumped in and had the job finished in a week. Highly recommend. Water main replacement, re piping, new hose bibs installed

Quick and efficient. Alek did an excellent job. I now have a functioning shower hand held shower and faucets. It was all worn out and now all the worn out bits have been replaced.
Now the old kitchen sink has been replaced. And I’m very pleased with the results!

I had Landen work on replacing water line from the meter to the house. This was in a very old house which had its original metal pipe line. I had Landen come over on short notice to give us a temporary fix a night before thanksgiving day and that was just him going way out his way to help us.

I rarely write a review but when I do I hope this becomes helpful for another. I found Landens company on a google search along with other competitors in the area who handle big jobs like a main water line replacement. All the other bids was way above the price I got from Landen and there was one that came slightly close but they are very cold and rigid to work with. Our line was replaced on a weekend and he did amazing job on the work. Best thing is you can talk to him and ask things if there is any concerns which he is very receptive even with his great experience on this field ;that was very helpful. I myself have done quite a bit of plumbing work and with that lil knowledge I would say his work is very meticulous and clean on top of being well done. Also his team was very understanding of me using multiple credit cards to make the payment and had a lot of patience with me. God I hope I don’t have anymore plumbing problem but if I have any major plumbing or I want to pay to do plumbing for a bathroom remodel I will definitely pay the extra for these peoples work cause it’s great work and a lot of peace of mind.

The whole process with Service Plus was seamless. Charles and Lane came out in the time window we selected, put on protective footwear, and were very tidy inside the house. Charles was a clear communicator, and we assessed the situation and came up with a solid plan for repairs. The job was done for a fair price and both technicians were competent and made us feel comfortable.

We had a water heater go out. It needed replacement. The second water heater was old and we decided to do them both. The price was good and they got the work done the following day.

My wife and I have used service plus plumbing many times starting back probably 6 years ago when Landon , the owner scoped our drain and said that we Did Not have separation at main sewer Y as 2 other contractors said we did that would have cost us around $12,000 dollars. We trust service plus plumbing and feel their prices are fair and their service plumbers are personably and professional! We count on them for All of our plumbing needs . They seem to fit us into their busy schedules .

Our experience was great - scheduling was easy for a busted garbage disposal and replacing kitchen faucet. We were given options for replacing our garbage disposal that were reasonable, as well as recommendations for bringing our feed and drain lines up to code, and the new faucet and disposal are working perfectly. Would highly recommend for any future plumbing needs.

Chris came and installed two toilets today. One of them was tricky. Kind and professional. My dog was going bananas and he took the time to introduce himself. It made the process go smoother. He also warned me about my pipes.

Charles Shandera showed up to give us a free quote on a toilet install we weren’t able to finish on our own. He ended up doing the work for us the same day. He was very friendly, competent, and efficient. He got the job done quickly for a reasonable price. He was also good about explaining everything he was doing. We’ll definitely hire him again.

Service Plus Plumbing is the real deal!. I ran into Landon one day while driving. Mentioned I had a possible main water leak. Landon came over the same day and verified. Appointment was scheduled and the rest is history. These guys went out of their way ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.
