Joel and SPP were wonderful to work with! It was easy to schedule a quote. I called on Monday and Joel came out to quote on Tuesday. He then stayed late to do the work same day. Definitely above and beyond service, especially given tomorrow is Christmas Eve! The pricing seemed fair and he was very clear with his explanations of the work he would do and why. Will definitely use SPP again!

They were the most professional workers I have ever worked with. The job was done fast and efficient. They are called Service Plus. They had the best service and they did much more than I was expecting, they definitely did the plus part right. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Wonderful service! I had major work done on sewer main, water main, and kitchen drain pipes, and Charles and his crew were very knowledgeable, responsive to my questions, and respectful toward me and my cats. And they do great work! I will use them in future if needed.

Wow! Service Plus did a fantastic job on our main water line/backflow/faucet valve replacement project. Normally I want to be around to supervise stuff like this. But, they did a great job without me. I love Landon's attention to detail. They left everything in perfect shape and did a spotless job of cleaning up. There even was minimal impact to our landscape. They did the work while we were on vacation. We returned home and there wasn’t even air in the water lines in the house. I really liked seeing all of the photos that Landon took and posted a few below. They are the best! I will definitely use ServicePlus in the future and refer them to all of our friends and neighbors. Service Plus did a full house water re-pipe at my home. This included new pipe all the way to the shut off at the street, all interior water pipe, a new water heater, and other minor related items. They were prompt, courteous and thorough and the work was signed off by City inspection on the first attempt. They communicated issues and questions with me right away and also responded to all my questions quickly by phone, text or email. I’m very happy with this company and will use them again for future plumbing needs. Customer service is definitely a high priority for them. I highly recommend them.

We called Service Plus Plumbing to get an estimate on a couple of repairs. They came out the same day, quoted reasonable prices for the repairs and completed them during the initial visit. Aleks (the plumber they sent) did a great job! He’s very knowledgeable, had all the parts required and knew exactly what needed to be done. Aleks gets 5 Stars!

I’ve used Service Plus Plumbing a few times now—ranging from a big job of replacing a backflow valve assembly at the street and smaller jobs internal to the house like replacing a shut-off valve, and fixing a leaking faucet on a tub. In each instance Lane arrived quickly, on time, and did excellent work. He’s great at communicating what needs to be done and why, providing options, and being transparent about pricing. It’s clear he really cares about doing the work in the right way and doesn’t cut corners. Service Plus is now my go-to plumbing company.

This is not the first time I have had Service Plus come to our home to solve and fix plumbing issues. Clearly this company is careful who they bring onto their team because everyone we have worked with has been top notch and we have been impressed from start to finish. We recently had our home repiped by Service Plus Plumbing, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Landon and his crew were professional, punctual, and consistently courteous. They arrived exactly when scheduled, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and ensured we understood each step of the project. What could have been a disruptive undertaking was handled with efficiency and care.

We needed our main water line replaced and got quotes from 4 companies. While Service Plus wasn't the lowest bid, I felt confident they would do the highest quality work. During the estimate process, Landon took the time to inspect the work area and discuss pros and cons of optional modifications to the project. We are so pleased with his attention to detail. As a routine part of this process, holes were dug in the yard. I think our yard actually looked nicer after he meticulous filled in the holes!! Our replacement shut-off is located in the laundry room, where we aren't too worried about appearances, but it actually looks fantastic! If we need plumbing services in the future, we will go with Service Plus!!

I had a new 60 foot waterline bored under my driveway to replace my leaking line. Service Plus Plumbing, from the front office to the field staff did an excellent job from start to finish. Landon did an excellent job communicating and keeping me informed of process and timelines. Neighbors have commented that it’s hard to tell they were there. Great price, product, and service. I won’t hesitate to contact or recommend them to others. Can’t go wrong.

Aleks is an amazing, experienced craftsman and fun to work with. We had a leak at the base of our upstairs toilet. Aleks pulled the toilet, then gave me a couple weeks to do my demolition. He then returned to check on the existing toilet flange and pipe prior to my reconstruction of the area. A week later he came back exactly when he said he would to rebuild and reset the toilet in time for the holidays. He went the extra mile at every level, helping me find replacement parts for the toilet tank and even replacing my toilet flush handle while he was here, even though we had not discussed this prior to his arrival. He also replaced copper pipe downstairs which is now beautiful and functional. A miracle of repair! I am very happy with his work. It's reassuring to know there are still working craftsmen who are so capable and easy to work with. But wait -- there's more. The communication from Yvette in the main office was also superb. She kept me well-informed all the way through and was patient with me on the phone and by text. Bottom line: I highly recommend Aleks, Yvette and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team! Give them a call for all your plumbing needs! You'll be glad you did.

Landon and his team did an amazing job for me! I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I had a BIG leak in my main water line and needed a couple plumbing fixes inside too. He had everything coordinated perfectly from the bid to the finish. I have an older “flipped” home with quirky plumbing and he made everything work exactly as promised. Axiom has provided me with good work, in a timely manner, and honest estimates. They have excellent communications and honest staff. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. As a real estate investor that owns and operates multiple vintage properties in downtown Portland, I have needed plumbing service on regular occasions. They have always been available and go above and beyond to help. I would recommend them 100%. No job is too big or too small for Axiom. They've replaced water heaters for me, fixed leaks, and even drilled down to replace water lines and sewers below the foundation.

After 75 years, our Septic Tank had had enough! WOW, emergency!!! Called several services for estimates for connection to city sewer line. We were only flushing toilets 2x per day and all other gray water was going out to the garden. NOT FUN! Axiom sent someone out the next day. Another one sent an estimator out at about the same time. Axiom's bid was significantly less than their competitor. Other contractors told me it would be at least a week before they could even send an estimator.
Axiom was able to start a crew in less than a week, completed the work in 3 days and added nothing to the original estimate. We recommend them highly! We are now happy campers.

We had a new tankless water heater installed and a dedicated hot water line installed. Appreciate the professionalism of Axiom Plumbing. Work went as expected, no surprises. Really enjoy how they cleaned up and left with everything in tact and the system working correctly. Communication from setting the appointment to installation to follow up was superb. People always ask you if you’d hire them again, my answer would be a resounding yes. Thanks Axiom, you all are awesome.

Tyler arrived and cheerfully troubleshooted via my description of problem. He donned the protective shoe coverings and came in with a tool that quickly cleared the plumbing of an obstruction in less than a minute! He explained everything as he prepared to leave. I couldn't believe this problem of over a few months and great imposition for me was knocked out in less than 5 minutes. In ten minutes here and gone??!! Polite, professional, and so positive that I'm in a better mood for having met with Tyler and Axiom! We could use more like him. Thank you so much!!!
