Words cannot express my feelings about how great Axiom is. From the very first call to finishing the job, the entire team is absolutely stellar.
We had waited for over a month after signing an estimate for another plumbing-sewer company to come and replace the sewer main in our old home. They canceled at the last minute and left us in a very bad place!
When I called Axiom the staff (Emma and Rachael) got on it immediately and sent someone out THAT day and got us set up to do the job within a few days for even less money. The crew took great care with our landscaping (Thanks to Alex and his skill with plants and his two coworkers) and even helped put trees back after we cut down a few for this job. The owner Bruce even stopped by to check up on things. This day and age, finding service like this is rare. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this super reliable crew for any plumbing or sewer issues. Great service, great crew and great prices. I should have called them first.

Axiom Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job on my project! I'm so glad I hired Axiom to do the COMPLETE plumbing project on my full house remodel in Portland. My project included all new plumbing supply from the city water source, new PEX plumbing throughout (relocation of all water locations plus a new full bath), a new tankless water heater, and new waste lines. Axiom's excavation division provided seamless work to get the project done.

Joe did an excellent job of installing new shower cartridges in both bathrooms. I’ve been putting it aside far too long and it’s great to have them working the way they should. and Joe didn’t excellent job I could recommend him to anybody.

After our 19-year-old water heater self-destructed one night, Axiom came quickly the next day to replace it and get us back to having hot water by day’s end. Joe was fabulous, talking with me while on his way to the house, and then walking through all the details of what needed to be done, which included replacing the intake piping and valve. His quote was thorough and competitive, and the warranty on their labor was better than what other vendors were quoting. Joe also had parts to replace leaky faucets on all our outside hose bibs. Joe took great care with his work, including a situation where he had to cut into drywall where we knew there was some electrical wiring. All went well! We would highly recommend Joe and Axiom to anyone, and we will use them again if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

I moved into an older home in Portland recently which had quite a few different issues. We had a leak from our second story shower coming through the floor. Our realtor recommended Axiom to me and I gave them a call. Within a few hours they were able to get a plumber to my home.

Joe was the plumber who showed up for us. He did a phenomenal job helping out and was able to identify the issue and stop the leaking. He walked through the house briefly and gave some feedback on older plumbing and things that may need to be replaced. He saw that we were uncertain of the scope of work needed and got us scheduled for a consult with someone else at Axiom, Ian, who came to the home a few days later.

Joe answered all of our questions and explained everything he was doing. Joe was very cautious of our space- not wanting to cut holes too big in our ceiling, trying not to get dirt on things or damage any paint. Joe was also very kind and easy to talk to. I had a few extra items I wanted looked at (a clawfoot tub that wasn't working, and questions about running a water line to the fridge)- Joe was able to fix the claw foot tub on the spot, and talked through the best options to get a water line ran. Joe did a great job and I can't express how grateful I am having him help out with our home.

Several days later Ian came out to go through the house and talk through red flag issues, the process for getting extensive work done to the home, best options for repairing things, and what it would take to get everything up to code. Again, Ian was extremely kind, patient, explained what needed to be done, how that work would be performed, how long it would take, and what would need to be done by separate contractors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to explore our options and priorities.

I would recommend Axiom to anyone in the future, they've been honest, prompt to fix things, and very kind in navigating me through the whole process.
