I’ve known the owner of Davinci’s Best Plumbing for a while and have seen firsthand the quality of their work. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented. They don’t cut corners and always make sure the job is done right. If you’re looking for a plumbing company you can trust, I highly recommend them.

DaVinci’s plumbing was great to work with this week. I initially called them about having an outdoor spigot replaced. They were able to schedule the appointment to take place within a week. Aaron, the tech that came to my house, was incredibly thoughtful and deliberate while performing a whole home inspection, taking the time to explain the why of every recommendation and helping me prioritize items that needed immediate attention. The entire interaction was low-pressure and high class. I will be reaching out to them for all future plumbing needs in the future.

Wonderful service. And he was so gentle with my mother talking with her while he worked. Work was done professionally and things were explained as needed. Update: Two weeks later (May 2025)…. DaVinci’s Best Plumbing recently completed a significant job for us, marking our second experience with their services. (See review below for first completed job).

Following their earlier recommendations, we decided to replace our aging steel sewer lines. The project, which involved extensive work, was managed with a high level of professionalism.

Kenny and Aaron focused on the complex task of working in the constrained space of our crawlspace, while sub-contractors efficiently dug up the old sewer lines and installed the new ones. During the process, the crew identified an existing septic tank that had not been decommissioned, which needed to be addressed before they could move forward. Kenny quickly devised a budget-friendly plan for us to fill in the old septic tank first.

Over the course of two days, the crew meticulously executed the job, ensuring that our sprinkler system remained undamaged. After successfully installing the new sewer line, they filled in the trench, leveled the yard, and left the area clean. Aside from some missing grass, there was little evidence that they had been working on site.

Once again, we received excellent service from DaVinci’s Best Plumbing and their team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly customer service make them a highly recommended choice for plumbing needs.

First Job……May 2025 Absolutely outstanding service! If you're facing any plumbing issues, I cannot recommend Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing highly enough. When our pipes started making strange noises every time we flushed the toilet, I reached out to them late on a Saturday. To my surprise, they were at our home and ready to tackle the problem by Monday. Kenny and his apprentice, Aaron, displayed true professionalism from the moment they arrived. Their extensive knowledge of plumbing was evident right away. Listening to them as they diagnosed the issues reassured us that we had made the right choice by hiring Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing.

What started as a minor clog turned out to be a more significant problem, requiring us to clear our lines to the main sewer. However, we felt completely assured that they would do the job effectively. They even took the time to assist us with a few additional tasks while they were here. Throughout the process, they identified that the aging steel sewer lines were a significant factor, recommending a replacement for a long-term solution. Although we now know there's more work ahead, we trust Da Vinci’s Best to handle it professionally and correctly. From the moment they arrived to their last farewells, they did everything professionally and with a big smile. For reference, we live in Clackamas County.

If you need an efficient and effective rescue, this plumbing company is the best. We had a clogged pipe that created a huge mess. Kenny came over and resolved our issue. He was able to quickly fix the problem. And for what I felt was a super reasonable fee. I will definitely be calling him for future plumbing services. Give them a call!

My experience with Da Vinci's, and Aaron specifically, could seriously not have been better! I started by scheduling via an online chat through the website which was super convenient for me and Aaron made it out within one day?! They worked with me and compromised on price, took photos of my crawl space, and explained everything in terms I could understand. Aaron even fixed the most urgent drain so it wasn't leaking all weekend before coming back to do the rest of the work the next week. I will ALWAYS recommend this company, they are amazing!!!

We found our plumbing repair provider! We were scheduled right away with an appointment and had several issues looked at and corrected. Aaron was knowledgeable and went above and beyond as well as explaining costs and procedures to both of us. These guys are absolutely amazing. We had a leaking pipe in our crawl space—and when I say crawl space, I mean tiny, tight, and complicated. Aaron could not have made the process any easier. He was brilliant, incredibly transparent, and so helpful every step of the way. He spent over 10 hours on the job and never once made us feel rushed or in the dark. Black Cat was able to provide service more quickly than other companies. Duane was very pleasant, he arrived early and appears to have resolved our problem (leaking toilet).

Dylan was fantastic and did great work even with a complex situation.

Black Cat Plumbing was able to replace a completely broken shower faucet within two days, after I removed a few tiles, and they only had to open the shower wall slightly to make the repair. I highly recommend them!

Love, love, love, Black Cat Plumbing. They have re-piped a house for me and installed a tankless water heater. Both times they were extremely professional, great communicators and did awesome work. Even the city inspector told me "this is perfect" for the water heater install.
