Every experience I’ve had with Black Cat has been great. Mike runs a great business and has a wonderful team. Jaime was fantastic today-quick, efficient and friendly.

The guys did a great job working around a stacked washing machine/dryer set to replace rubber hoses with steel-braided hoses!

This time it was multiple repairs-including shower Valve replacement, faucets, toilet install, repiping various shut off valves and dishwasher install. Matt went above and beyond-his knowledge and great attitude put us at ease through some stressful situations.

Ethan was on time, worked hard, fixed our plumbing issues and cleaned up before leaving. Staff was attentive and responsive setting up an appointment was easy.

Matt repaired a pipe in my garage that was compromised by a unknown leak, and then bust when the water department shut water off and on for repairs. Fair prices & pleasant staff.

Our Black Cat plumber saved our bacon! We had a pipe rupture in our upstairs bathroom. We were able to turn off the water to the house to limit damage. The plumber was able to find the leak, repair it and a toilet all within one hour at the end of the day he also got us in contact with a Restoration company that was able to start that same afternoon to dry out the damage. Five stars.

Black Cat Plumbing repiped my entire house 3 years ago so I knew exactly who to call when my outside storm drain was clogged. They came right out and had it cleared in an hour. I am always thrilled with their work and their customer service. You couldn't ask for nicer, more expert plumbers than the people at Black Cat.

Ethan worked on my tub drain pipe and replaced my kitchen faucet. He was very kind, thoughtful, and efficient. Surprisingly, he even cleaned up after himself in the basement. He covered some things I had out in the basement to make sure they weren't damaged too.

Very kind, quick, and clean. He came in let me explain then go to work. When done, made sure I was happy. Couldn't ask for more.
