Day 1 - on time and got right to work. These guys know what they are doing and manage to keep things clean in the process. Everyone on the crew was respectful and really made the repair like it was their own house! Also, it was a complicated job! The repair was below all the service lines (gas, sewer, internet etc). It was like surgery! I cannot recommend them enough! Experience means a ton when you need it done right, don't leave things to chance to save a couple hundred dollars! Just call these guys. Very fair price, and piece of mind!

Ian, Alex, Bruce, Rachel, Emma and the whole rest of the crew were amazing!!
I had an old sewer line that backed up, crumbled, had a positive slope and had a major root intrusion.
They scoped it, showed me the live feed, explained how bad the situation was and quoted me a very competitive price.

My sewer line ended up being a lot more problematic than anticipated. Bruce went far above and beyond to find a solution that kept the integrity of the system, kept the cost down SIGNIFICANTLY from what it could have exploded to and kept me in the loop the whole time.

The are honest, have integrity, do great work, are careful(there was an unexpected gas line that they discovered without puncturing it at all), they hand dug several feet to carefully uncover and protect underground utilities, they are also friendly and they even took the extra time to save some of my Rhododendrons and a Japanese Maple.

I’m very impressed with every facet of their process and I’m delighted that I got to have them fix up my sewer line.

I recently had a major water leak in my yard at the main water supply line to my home. Ken and Aaron from Da Vinci Plumbing arrived on short notice . I appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. They worked diligently to investigate the source of the leak, which required extensive and difficult digging in the yard. Despite the challenging conditions, they accurately located and repaired the issue. Their work was thorough and expertly done. I highly recommend Ken and Aaron for any plumbing needs—they did a fabulous job and were a pleasure to work with.

I can’t say enough good things. We had a major leak late at night, and they responded immediately. They arrived quickly, were incredibly professional, and had the problem fixed in no time. Not only did they resolve the issue efficiently, but they also explained everything involved in the process. It’s rare to find such reliable and courteous service—especially during an emergency. Highly recommend to anyone in need of fast, dependable plumbing help!

This is my second time reviewing this company. I can't say enough good things about them. Aaron and Kenneth are both AWESOME to work with. Super knowledgeable, prompt, fast and strong attention to details. I had Aaron out to my house this time to do 2 toilet rebuilds. He was SO fast and did an amazing job. He also noticed something else and wanted to take a look at my water heater. It ended up being fine but I sure did appreciate him checking into what we "thought" might be an issue. SUPER highly recommend this place. Call them. You won't regret it. They are great!! Thanks Aaron :)

REVIEW #1 - FEBRUARY 4, 2025
Highly recommend DaVincis Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency tonight and I called 6 or 7 different plumbers that "claimed" to be 24 hours but weren't. I called DaVincis around 7:30 p.m. and Kenneth arrived at my house around 9 pm. He was awesome. Super fast, super friendly and efficient. We needed a whole new toilet + a new emergency water stop/toilet tank supply line. Our shut off valve completely broke and wouldn't shut off and flooded our second floor and garage. Kenneth did a great job to get us back up and running. Give them a call. They are the BEST!

Aaron Davis was so helpful. He arrived early. He fixed everything we asked him to, and answered questions. He was even able to fix things we didn't expect him to be able to fix. We give him the highest rating.

Quick to respond to our plumbing issue, super friendly and explained everything that was going on, gave us options and fixed our most emergent issues right then. Gave us quotes for work we need soon and even advised us against some unnecessary work from their perspective - honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. Would definitely recommend and we plan to keep working with them!

Kenny did a wonderful job when the water heater went out. I called DaVinci’s on a Sunday and they had him scheduled and out the next morning at 8. He had a new heater on the truck and was able to pull the permit and install right then. Kept me updated every step of the way and changed out a corroded valve in the process at no charge.

Huge thanks to Aaron with Da Vinci's Best Plumbing for diagnosing a non-functioning, old and cantankerous water heater, ultimately providing a seamless install of a new unit plus updating the associated ancillary parts. Top notch customer service, extremely helpful and considerate. Would definitely recommend Aaron and Da Vinci's to others and plan to use them again in the future!

Kenneth arrived with in the hour on calling 12 am on Saturday, fixed it so we’d have running water while disconnecting the water heater. The water heater was leaking. Kenneth then came back in the morning after getting a shorter style water heater! Kenneth and Aaron installed it in a timely manner, We also had an unexpected request from them to reset a toilet. The ring had gone bad. Aaron reset the toilet while Kenneth finished up with water heater. I’ve learned a lot from both knowledgeable men. Very nice, personable, will likely use Da Vinci again! Prices seemed comparable to other companies in the area.

Great company and great work! They showed up promptly, fixed the problem. Did a great job.

Aaron was professional, kind, and went the extra mile to explain my options (in layman's terms 🙂 so appreciated!! ) so I could make an informed choice on the course of option for repair. Will definitely be saving Da Vinci's number for any future plumbing issues-- highest recommendation!

Great experience clearing a clogged pipe. Their tech, Aaron, did a great job and solved our problem as cheaply and effectively as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

God bless Da Vinci's Best Plumbing and their EMERGENCY SERVICE! I contacted them at 7:38 p.m. because both our toilets would not flush. I was in a panic and tried everything short of grabbing the 25 foot snake. Kenney showed up within minutes. He went into my crawl space, banged on a few pipes of my 25 year old house and things starting moving! He then went outside with his snake camera and gave my pipes what I considered a colonoscopy. It was cool to watch. My poor old pipes are sagging and need to be raised to the proper grade. He had us flush out they system a few times and got us up and running. I am good now, so after the first of the year, when I can afford it, he will come back and fix the grade of the pipes and I'll be set. I so appreciate him dropping everything to come out for my emergency! They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them to everyone! -Oct 2024

I called Da Vinci's Best Plumbing because they were a member of the Gresham Chamber, and as soon as I spoke with Ravee on the phone, I booked an appointment because she was awesome. I was trying to install a bidet in my guest bath, and the setup was different than my master suite, and I needed assistance. Plus, I needed a new kitchen faucet installed, replace a broken shower valve, and to figure out why when we flush our master bath toilet, the walls shake every now and then. Kenney showed up, and he was wonderful. We talked about the issue with the guest bath and bidet. Since I am upgrading the house to pass down to my daughter someday, we talked about upgrading to the Toto Toilets he stocks on his truck. We worked out the quotes and scheduled a date. Then he looked at my shower. It was just missing a screw on the knob for the shower valve, and he had one in his truck, and it was fixed in five minutes. And the pounding in my walls when the toilet flushed, the water valve was barely open! Duh on me! He does some amazing shit! I was tickled pink, and two things weren't even issues. He then looked at the faucet replacement, we talked about options and scheduled that with the toilet replacements and everything at a reasonable rate! I was so happy and a bonus, Kenney is a hoot.

Then came installation day after they had to reschedule once for me (which they were wonderful about). Kenney and Asher showed up and in no time had the toilets put together (despite working around a four year old), the old toilets outs, and the new toilets in with bidets attached. Then Kenney replaced the faucet and a few other items under the sink. I so enjoyed working with Kenney, Ravee, and Asher. They are my kind of people. Honest, down to earth, and hard-working people. And bless his heart, he didn't have a problem with a foul-mouthed granny from down on the farm! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs! Aaron was a knowledgeable and friendly technician. He took the time to assess the entire situation after we had water damage from an unknown leak. He explained to us all of our options and did a careful and thorough job on the repair. I highly recommend Aaron for any plumbing needs you have.

I highly recommend this small family owned business. The whole processes was easy. I called (on Father's Day) to schedule service on a clogged shower drain in my house. The usual easy fixes were not working. It was a much bigger problem involving corroded 50 year old galvanized pipes and shoddy DIY work from the previous owner. Two days later, Aaron arrived on time and promptly got to work replacing the old pipes. He had everything he needed with him and after about 4 hours he was finished with the job and out the door. He even stayed on the estimate. Not a penny higher. I couldn't be more pleased. I will be calling Da Vinci's Best Plumbing for any future plumbing work on my house.

Had an issue with my tub/shower diverter making a high pitched sound. Kenny came out to take a look and gave me a lot of great options to remedy the issue. He is very thorough and knowledgeable! What means the most to me was that he gave me an option that would be no cost to me right now and gave me the space to fix the larger issue down the road. He did not pressure me to do anything right away. I appreciated this so much. Thank you for your great service DaVincis!

I got in contact with Da Vinci's Best to address a leaking sink drain line in my crawlspace. They got back to me over the weekend and got me into the schedule the next business day which I really appreciated. My technician, Aaron D., was great to work with and communicated the status and options clearly throughout the process. He showed up promptly at the beginning of the arrival window was able to wrap up my job all in one day along with sharing his thoughts on another plumbing issue that we weren't addressing today. He also shared some things to keep an eye on with regard to the plumbing in our 1950s house. I was happy with my experience with Da Vinci's Best Plumbing.

DaVinci's came through for me. Super easy to get a plumber to come out without delays, hassles, etc., that I was getting from another plumber. They sent me a tracker so I knew when to expect Aaron -- who does kung fu plumbing. Aaron's crawled around, went subterranean, and even dug earth so we could see the problem together. I really appreciated his concerns and his thoroughness. The job was done in an hour -- very nice clean up --and he made sure everything was hunky dory for me. I recommend Da Vinci's -- and definitely recommend Aaron.
