Responded for service call at end of day. Other vendors weren't available till tomorrow without a big service fee. Couldn't wait for a plugged toilet because of handicapped wife. Reasonable charge for a fri night and was here within the hr.

I had a plumbing emergency where I needed to have 4 sink water valves replaced after I tried to disconnect two sinks Iin advance of of a counter replacement, and things went awry and started leaking. It was almost 5 PM on a Saturday, and I started calling through all of the plumbing companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service. Da Vinci was the 5th one down the list, and their owner Kenny arrived within an hour of my call.
He did an excellent job, explained all my options and kept me updated while the work was in progress. Definitely recommend them as a great plumbing service!

We are definitely impressed with this company. The quality of service was only beat by the speed of service. Aaron came by to fix a leaky bathtub and not only explained everything but had a range of knowledge information I needed to list to remember. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We felt very confident moving forward, and the work looks great! Will be calling for all our future plumbing needs.

Setting up an appointment was extremely easy. The owner, Kenny, called and quickly got all he needed to pass along to the plumber who came to evaluate the problems and provide us with options. Aaron, the plumber, was fantastic to work with. He was clear on everything he was going to do to evaluate our problems, clear on how much things would cost (best and worst case scenario depending on what he found when he opened things up), and was happy to have us check out things as he went along.

And their electronic systems for communicating, invoicing, etc. are top-notch.

Cannot recommend this company enough.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, then I would. Da Vinci's Best and Kenny saved me from my DIY attempts to fit a washer box/drain into a very tight space. Scheduled on short notice, arrived on time, and breezed through the not so straightforward install (even with me asking questions and causing distractions). Great attention to detail, very fair pricing, very knowledgable, and willing to talk me through all of the decisions he made. I plan to be a repeat customer for years.

Kenny was extremely kind and helpful. And he helped break down explanations of what was needed. He went above and beyond to help us out. A true neighbor!

Aaron has come out twice to help with broken pipes. He does awesome work and goes above and beyond to fix issues and prevent further issues. Very happy with the service and will continue to use DaVinci.

I was trying to repair a leaking valve in my bathroom pretty late at night and realized the problem was beyond my (meager) skills. Luckily they answered their phone and sent someone right away who was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 15 minutes. Well worth the peace of mind knowing my bathroom wasn't going to flood overnight!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Davinci's Plumbing! From the moment I called their office, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and actually took the time to understand my plumbing issue instead of just rushing to schedule an appointment.

They managed to fit me in the very next day, which was a huge relief given my leaky pipe situation. The plumber arrived right on time (actually 5 minutes early!) and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors, and clearly explained everything he was going to do before starting the work.

The quality of work was outstanding. He fixed my issue efficiently but didn't cut any corners - you can tell they take pride in doing things right the first time. The final price matched the initial estimate exactly, with no surprise fees or hidden costs. They even cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't tell they'd been working there at all.

What really impressed me was their follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. This kind of attention to customer service is rare these days, especially in the Portland metro area. They truly go above and beyond.

Kenny made time for us on the day we called because our sump pump failed during a series of heavy downfalls. He was friendly and very good at both explaining and performing the needed work. He also took the time to help us troubleshoot a few unrelated issues. I’ll call Davinci’s to come back when the need arises.

It’s been rough times lately for my family and I, this service not only does plumbing but they go above and beyond to serve their community needs! Kenney and his team at Da Vinci's are fantastic! My hot water heater is WAY past it's expected service life and needs to be replaced. They were quick to get me scheduled for an evaluation and provided several options for me to choose from that fit my budget. Friendly, polite and professional - I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I'm in the middle of a basement bathroom remodel gone awry. I've had the water shut off since yesterday to try and fix the plumbing issue. I called DaVinci and lucky they were able to get someone out here within the hour to make a repair. During inspection, he also let me know that the previous plumbing job had issues, and gave me a great bid for my project. I can't appreciate this company enough!

Davinci’s Best Plumbing was a joy to work with from start to finish. They worked with me to make sure my scheduling needs were met. Aaron came on time and was extremely communicative and thorough—he wasn’t pushy with trying to upsell me on anything but just explained everything and was so kind. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job you might have. The quote for the leak coming from our bathroom into the basement seemed to be super fair price. The first place I called had like a 2 week long wait but at Davinci’s, they offered to see me that same day (I had them come the next day because I had work). It was a top tier experience and we’ll be using them again!

Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and Kenneth came right out. He talked me through all of the pricing before starting and explained each price level thoroughly. He tried everything he could before proceeding to the next step, getting permission from me for everything he was doing. He explained all his work and cleaned up everything before leaving. This agency came to my house at 7 o’clock at night. To make sure that he could address my hot water heater so that me and my children had hot water!

Quick and responsive, Aaron was a wealth of information, thoroughly explaining what needed to be done, Ken was prompt and courteous as well as flexible when my arrival time was off. They took extra care in navigating the tight space and addressed an additional issue in the kitchen, without pause. Super friendly, even waving at a competitor across the street! I got a second opinion form a friend and was assured this was a reasonable, industry standard quote for the scope of work needed. They spent additional time answering several questions about future work and both are incredibly versed in plumbing knowledge. I will be using them for my future expansion projects.

Aaron is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He took on a massive job that required digging out 15 feet of concrete to fix and rebuild the plumbing, and he handled it flawlessly.
