Service plus did an excellent job on a new water line. Job was done as promised, left the property as they found it. Landon took his time to explain every step of the process and patiently answer all my questions. The price was fair and competitive with other plumbers. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Alex and Chris were fantastic. Focused, professional, productive (didn’t waste a minute while they were here), cleaned up the site before they left, and generally went above and beyond expectations late on Friday evening to fix multiple problems that had our water system off for a working horse farm.

Disappointed with the lack of communication from Service Plus Plumbing. I was fully transparent from the start that my property is a commercial business. They first came out to inspect a water leak and then returned days later to replace the water heater - after my landlord also visited their business to vet and approve their services directly with their team. At no point did anyone mention a policy against working on commercial properties.

Today, when I called about a simple utility sink issue, I was immediately denied service and told they don’t work on commercial locations. No explanation was given for why they previously performed multiple services here. If the work done in July was a one-time exception due to their own oversight, that should have been communicated clearly.

The inconsistency and lack of transparency ultimately cost them a long-term client.

Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give a reasonable estimate to quickly fix my clogged drain. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions in addition to doing the job quickly and efficiently in Christmas Eve. Will be using Service Plus Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Best company ever. They were great. Showed up on time. Listened to our problem and fixed the issue immediately. No charge to come out or extra charges. The charge was very reasonable.

The last company i called had multiple charges. A charge to come out. Another charge to diagnose the problem, and multiple other charges, and were unable to address any issues except exactly what I had originally called for, even though things were related and would need to be fixed.

This is our new go to plumber. Thank you for good old fashioned service.

Joel showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in very timely matter. I asked him how to fix an issue with my sink that I was planning to DIY, he fixed it for me at no charge. Highly recommend this company!

Aleks showed up on time. After reviewing the job, gave us an estimate. During the job, there were some problems that came up because of our 70 year old house. Aleks was able to quickly, efficiently and inexpensively fix ALL of the problems. He was knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

Service Plus Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us. I was not in a hurry so I got 3 bids. Service Plus had a fair price and explained my options clearly. They were quick to schedule once I decided to to go with them. The work was completed in a professional manner and very timely. Everything is working great.

Landon was amazing! My father's house had a water main leak while I was visiting him in the area. He provided a written estimate and completed the work within a couple of business days. He also did his best to avoid damage to the lawn in the process.

The gentlemen at Service Plus did an excellent job with all the work they have done in my home. Their quote was comparable to another company, but they did more repairs, replacements, and side quests when things didn’t go to plan and were not originally included in the price without charging extra. They also cleaned up after themselves and left almost no trace behind except for the perfectly functioning plumbing.

Amazing people over here!! You can tell they truly put people first. Had an emergency situation come up at the end of the work day, and Service Plus Plumbing squeezed us in their tight schedule. Charles came out and was very pleasant and helpful!

Aleks and Yvette are fantastic! Had issues with floor remodeling and needed their help and an emergency that came up. They did a fantastic job in helping us keep everything on track. I don't do reviews, but for them I ABSOLUTELY WANTED TO!! If you need the best plumbing service - go to Service Plus Plumbing and ask for the 2 of them. Yvette is the Dispatcher/Office Manager who is the very best I have ever worked with and Aleks is Journeyman Plumber Extraordinare who has a large knowledge base and experience and can do anything!

The technician was very friendly and arrived on time but almost instantly went into political talk. Luckily, I was on the same page as he was, but I still found it very off-putting and unprofessional to start taking politics.

Overall I feel like I was greatly overcharged. I had an open wall section in my garage (no drywall) with an exposed pex pipe going to a hose bib that needed a fitting added to relieve stress on the pipe. There was a shut off about 5ft away that was very accessible. The existing hose bib was brand new, but the tech replaced it with a different one that I did not ask to replace. I only wanted a fitting added behind it to include an elbow or two to relieve stress. I was charged close to $400 for this alone. The new hose bib is installed crooked.

Secondly, I had a gas line I wanted capped off in the garage as well. There was very easy and open access to this line. This was an additional $350. In total, the tech was at my house for about an hour for both repairs combined and my bill was over $730. Perhaps I misread the estimate he showed me on his tablet because I had asked for multiple estimates for a few other things, but I thought it was going to be $388 for the two repairs.

I can't really say I'm happy with the work as the hose bib is crooked and feel like I got gouged. Get a second or third opinion before choosing this company.

I’ll start this off by saying I didn’t end up going with Landon’s (Service Plus) quote for a repipe of my house but I did end up regretting it.
Landon’s price for a repipe was a bit more than another companies so I went with the cheaper option.
The cheaper option ended up costing about the same as Landon’s because there were items they left out in their bid that Landon caught on my initial bid.
The company I went with didn’t have a game plan for my irrigation check valve, testing my irrigation check valve (that is required at inspection), or if I had asbestos (I did) in my drywall.
Landon had quoted me all of those items ahead of time and had a game plan for all the items that may arise. This lead to a higher quote which caused a bit of sticker shock.

I ended up needing all the potential items anyway and that created a much more stressful and time consuming repipe.

Even after I didn’t go with his quote, Landon still offered me his contact for abatement services that I needed (the repipe company I went with didn’t have any contacts) and saved me a lot of stress, time, and money.

If your repipe quote is higher from Service Plus, it’s probably for a good reason so I encourage you to fully weigh your options before automatically going with the lowest bid.

*I should add a disclaimer that the company and crew that did do my repipe did a fantastic job on the actual work. It was just the quoting and office side that created headaches.

Back story: for months we had been dealing with a broken sink faucet (hard to shut off) and a toilet (flap didn't seal anymore). We went through all of the stages of do-it-yourself home repair: wondering what was wrong, wondering if we could fix it ourselves, giving it a try (thank you, YouTube), and boom: failure. So I called Service Plus and to our good fortune they had an opening that very afternoon. Their plumber (Lane) was extremely friendly and competent. And a super-listener. I got to describe each of the problems we were having, and I left it to him to choose what work he could squeeze into his time slot. He explained his plan to me. Performed the all of the work right under my nose, showing me exactly what was going wrong, and then fixing it. My only real mistake was this: I should have called Service Plus months ago.

I received quick service and quality work, all done professionally and cheerfully. My washer waste line was blocked at the wall and leaking. They cleared the line and found that the air vent was blocked with twigs and leaves. In addition, the waste line was incorrectly sized and not to code because it was tied to the sink drain. They had to cut a small hole into the wall to fix the problem and installed a new vent for the washer and another for the sink. Now everything is working well and they cleaned up the mess. I appreciate all the help and detailed explanations from Joel, Lane and Landon.

Landon gave top notch service. We had a leak in our water mains for the past few weeks. Due to the leak being in a troublesome area, other plumbers give us very expensive quotes with services that were unnecessary to patch a simple leak. Landon picked up our call at 10PM and was over the next afternoon, looked at the situation and we had water back up and running within a few hours. Cannot be more happy with the professionalism. We will definitely come back again whenever we have an issue. Thanks so much!

Service plus plumbing's quote for my home's repiping was *HALF* the quote their competitor gave, and it was money well spent - peace of mind from having my water up to code is immense.

I cannot say enough about the work that Landon and his crew did to repair a leak in our water service line. The work they did was outstanding. Now our leak is repaired, our irrigation backflow unit has been replaced, a new water service line was installed and all the connections from the water meter to the house was totally redone. I felt I received more than expected! I highly recommend ServicePlus Plumbing.
