My experience with Steven from Crown Plumbing was thorough and very professional. He explained everything in detail and I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use their service in the future if I require plumbing services.

My technician was very knowledgeable and understood the assignment! Came in figured out the problem and addressed/fixed the problem! They were very understanding and quickly got me in to address the leak. The online scheduling was seamless! Have them on speed dial now.

We are very pleased with Crown Plumbing work and services. They made every attempt to accommodate us in a timely manner and we were able to proceed with our kitchen remodel. Pedro is very knowledgeable and efficient and has helped with our plumbing problems in the past. We have more work planned with him as we progress our construction. I have used other plumbing services in the past and not been happy, but I am very happy with Crown Plumbing.

After obtaining a reference from a friend I called Crown for a quote. To begin with my call to the company was answered by a very friendly and helpful young lady.
I was told a plumber would be available from 12 noon to 2 pm.
I was. Called by “Scott” shortly before 13 and he arrived within 15 minutes. After checking out the rusted disposal he gave a quote for the parts and labor which were within the parameters of my estimated costs. I approved the work and to our surprise he had the correct parts in his van. Within two hours the disposal was installed and everything cleaned up.
We could not have been more pleased with the promptness if this companies service and work. And most importantly the attitude and friendliness of Scott.
What a change from all the other sservivce companies we have been frustrated with here on Brookings. We plan to hire them for additional work in the future.

His plumbing skills are top notch and all of his project for us have turned out better than expected and are done quickly. He is good at communicating and the quotes are accurate and reliable. Needed to replace sewer pump and water heater on same encounter. Never fun and an expensive uncovered expense. Steven gave quality work and provided patient explanation to guide me through the process. A++++ on all fronts !

I’ve used Steve Ackerman since 2015. He and his dad used to have their own business, but that became too much work. Steve moved to a place in Beaverton but that company went out of business. He is now at Crown Plumbing. He’s kept in touch with me all these years. I’m so glad I have Steve for my plumber as he is super good, does fantastic work, cares about the customers and their pockets. He’s not afraid to point something out that might also needs repair but will not push. Fortunately he’s younger than me so I won’t have to work with anyone else. I had a new water heater, insta hot installed and he repaired the pipes under the sink and put in a new garbage disposal. This was my mom’s Christmas present.

CROWN sent Tyler within a few hours of my call. He verified the problem and quickly changed a valve so we could have hot water until he ordered a new part for the sink. When the part was available he installed it. Tyler was professional and coopertive.. I was more than pleased with this transaction.

We had a leak develop in our home water shut off valve in the garage. Crown showed up 2 days before scheduled and fixed the issue. We have used this company 3 times for different issues and have never been disappointed! They aren’t inexpensive but they do things right the first time and everyone is professional and nice!

Gotta say - Steven and Alex were incredible. Not only did Steven diagnose the problem, but his explanation of the needed fix and his willingness to get to it sooner than later was reassuring. His diligence and customer service deserve the highest ratings. So much so, we have contracted him for more work (elective) because we trust him and feel he'll help make our home even more wonderful! Good stuff!!!

I recently worked with Steven, Derian, Pedro, Alex, Brian, and Connor at Crown Plumbing on a full re-plumbing project for a multifamily vintage apartment complex, replacing all supply and drain lines. To say this was a complex and time-intensive project would be an understatement. The existing plumbing layout differed significantly from expectations, requiring additional wall openings and resulting in schedule delays and several change orders due to unforeseen site conditions.

Despite these challenges, Steven and Derian remained communicative and professional throughout the process, providing daily updates and working closely with me to minimize resident impact in a fully occupied building. Their teamwork with me and other vendors (such as the painting, abatement, and tile repair companies), adaptability, and commitment to seeing the project through were greatly appreciated. Thank you, we are excited to have this project completed and making the building better for the residents who call it home.

Steven did a great job replacing the plumbing and installing a sink. He also fixed an issue with my shower. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of great information.
