I called on a Saturday morning for an overflowing washing machine. They called me right back to schedule an appointment. I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Tyler, the plumber, is very nice and knowledgeable. I will always use this company in the future.

Crown Plumbing was really wonderful to deal with, including their professional office staff who were personable and efficient throughout.
Tyler, our plumber, was equally professional. He called to let us know of his arrival time and was on the dot. He explained all the necessary steps and performed them as described. He went above and beyond to complete the work, including the landscaping necessary.

Steven did an amazing job when we recently needed to have our tub drain scoped for a city inspection. When the camera Crown had could not fit down the drain, he immediately began communicating with others to see if they could find the right camera for the job. Not only was he back the next day with a borrowed camera, but when we had an especially non-communicative inspector, Steven worked doggedly to get him all the photos and video footage, ensuring our inspection passed. This was not the only time we’ve used Crown. I’ve worked with them often and recommended them to numerous friends — we’ve all been very happy. Prices are fair and the people are friendly. Apart from Steven, Tiara who coordinates their work, has also gone above and beyond to ensure they scheduled in alignment with others on the job. If I could give a sixth star, I would. Thank you Crown.

I've reviewed Crown before and I am still recommending them. Are they expensive? Yes. Is the quality of their work good? Absolutely. I don't mess around with doing plumbing correctly. The price for plumbing-related water damage is far more expensive. Went with an ikea vanity to replace the old pedestal sink. Required a specialized drain. Check out the pics. On time, on quote, cheerful plumber. Even caulked for me. 10/10. Will not accept substitues.

Crown plumbing helped with a broken fitting on our water heater. I called them really early in the morning and they picked up the phone and got me on their schedule that same day. Everyone had great communication and you can tell they run an efficient business. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a plumber, whether it’s for a service call or even new construction.

I have insurance thru AHS and they had been trying to find a plumber that would come out and fix all our plumbing issues but unfortunately AHS was not able to find any licensed plumber to contract with them. Finally after 3 months and several follow up phone calls AHS agreed to let us find our own plumber and they would reimburse us for any work that they pre-authorize to be done. I called Crown Plumbing and Scott agreed to come out and access all our issues and then after figuring out pricing for everything that needed to be replaced plus labor they got on the phone with AHS to begin the process of getting authorization. To our pleasant surprise the following day AHS approved everything on the list including what needed to be completely replaced. Crown Plumbing was so professional and patient when communicating with AHS which I am sure contributed to the authorization! I am so relieved and thankful to have found an amazing plumbing company that was willing to work with us and AHS. I appreciate their timely response and all their follow up calls and emails ! I am looking forward to getting everything fixed as we are just waiting on the replacement items which they only order from reputable brands that provide excellent quality!

Had an incorrectly installed free standing tub in my new home. Crown helped fixed everything quickly and transparent pricing. Also offered advice on general plumbing things to keep in mind as a homeowner. Very helpful!

Steven was a very communicative and accommodating person helping us with a mystery leak in our upstairs bathtub. He gave several options for us on how to proceed, and was flexible when we asked if you could accommodate some requirements we had on using certain kinds of faucets and shower heads, and looked for ones that would be compatible with our older tub. He communicated very well on text, and we always knew what was going on. Would definitely work with Steven again!

The Crown Plumbing Company team was great. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and knowledgeable and informative. They were on time. Reasonable. They scheduled what I needed done right away. I highly recommend them.
Update: I should also mention how incredible all their team is to work with. They are really talented and helpful. They tell you upfront what you need done but never upsell you or pressure you at all. Also a really honest and straightforward company. I trust them and their work and highly recommend them.

Steven Ackerman simply would not be defeated! It was amazing to behold all the different tactics he employed until the sewer clog was overcome. The price was reasonable given the complexity and scope of the problem. This company is forever sold on Steven and the other fine people at Crown Plumbing!

If you're looking to get a plumbing job done promptly, professionally by a courteous friendly plumber, then Crown Plumbing is a good choice. This is not a bargain shop so be prepared for excellent but pricey work. Scott made the installion convenient, simple and left the room spotless.

Highly recommend purchasing your own toilet in advance. Markup on toilet provided was very high. Should be able to get an accurate guote for toilet when scheduling the appointment. Technician did a great job installing.

Scott was super helpful. He found the issue and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. He explained everything needed, so I had a clear understanding, which was very important to me in a stressful situation. He also recommended help for additional repairs that are needed. I tried unsuccessfully to replace two cut off valves to bathroom sink. Was unable to turn water back on to entire house. Called another plumber who couldn’t come for a week. Called Crown at 4pm, they were at the house before 8am the next day. Job complete by 9am and water back on. Very courteous, great work.

I’m a Big Fan of Crown Plumbing. From scheduling to install they are professional, knowledgeable and good people to deal with. My Portland home is more than 100 years old and gradually needing former owners work repaired.
I have several fixes and improvements which have been completed. Each time the plumber who has worked on the jobs does so with excellent workmanship and a pleasant attitude. All my home’s fixes have been addressed professionally and workmanship and parts warranted.
Along the way there was one repair where workmanship needed a re-do. And more recently, one where a part had to be warranty replaced. As with all the other work done, each of these were handled quickly and with good collaboration. I feel well supported and will continue to use them as needed. It also helps to have that they use an effective text and email interface.
