These guys communicated very well. I always knew where we were with this job. i had a large industrial roof that needed to be torn off and replaced. They worked with my HVAC guy to coordinate work. They communicated with my team on timing and costs. There were no surprises. They also showed me some things other contractors had missed that saved me a lot of time and money by knowing they were there. I highly recommend these guys. Also very friendly and courteous.

We had a really positive experience with Ductless by Design and would definitely recommend them.

We had four mini splits installed, and after the installation we noticed some noise and vibration that were hard for us, especially with sensory sensitivities in our home. When we reached out, they took our concerns seriously and were very easy to work with. They came back out multiple times to make adjustments and try different solutions until things felt right.

We really appreciated how responsive and patient they were throughout the process. It never felt like we were being difficult—they were kind, professional, and clearly cared about doing a good job and making sure we were comfortable.
