My appointment although scheduled in March started out with a few bumps, but Kevin was great to help smooth it over and Jake and Ripley were excellent in the execution of all the major projects that were handled within one day. They were most pleasant And efficient and great to work with from 8:30 to 4:30 and a day filled with different challenges. Marshall’s has the best customer service! Got back from a ten day vacation to our a/c not working. Called and left a message on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend and received a call back from Truman within an hour. He let me know his availability and pricing options for a weekend or weekday service call. We decided to go with the weekend service call, and Truman was able to come the next day, even arriving earlier than anticipated. He identified the problem and made the repair within an hour. Truman was very responsive, professional, and demonstrated great repair and customer service skills. So glad we are Marshall’s customers! Thanks Truman for keeping us cool!

Delighted with Marshall’s service this week! Patrick and Richard went above and beyond to help us identify a problem that turned out to not be connected to our HVAC. They were a great team of professionals who communicated extremely well and even seemed to like and respect each other under any circumstances!! 😀 We’ve done business with Marshall’s for many years and plan to do so for many more years to come.

I recently contacted Marshall’s Specialty Services to get an estimate for a complete water heater replacement at my grandparents’ home, as their current unit has failed. When I first called, I was informed that they only have one person who handles bids, so I needed to wait until that person was available to speak with them directly.

Once I was finally able to connect, I learned that the soonest they could schedule someone to come out just for the estimate was between a week and a half to two weeks. After that, the actual installation would need to be scheduled for an additional, later date.

While I would have loved to give them the business, as I prefer supporting local companies, this timeline simply isn’t practical when dealing with an elderly household that currently has no hot water. It’s understandable that companies get booked out, but it was disappointing that the response time for something as essential as hot water replacement was so far out.

Jake did a great job and. Offered some good ideas for maximizing our system. He was friendly and professional and a good rep for your company. I hope we get Jake again.

While I was not there while the serviceman was tending to our fireplace, my wife was very pleased with the reccomendations and information that was passed on. We have been having Marshall's come out every year to inspect and if necessary our gas fireplace. We feel much more comfortable having the inspections done on our fireplace since they could be a potential hazard.

We have radiant floor heat. Marshall’s is one of the very few companies in our area that employ people who know how to service our system. They always know where to start and what to do. Excellent quality service.

Have I become my grandparents? I understand the house call charge. These guys know what they’re doing. But over $400 just for the thermostat itself? Really?

Zach and Jason were out today showing me how the fan works while the gas fireplace insert is in thermostat mode. They're excellent techs, professional, knowledgeable and nice people. I'm pleased.

Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.
