If you are looking for a HVAC team, I can recommend Kent Witham Air. We have used them twice and each time they have done a great job. They installed a gas wall heater for us and we’re very reasonable in price. We just used them for our pre winter check up on our heater and will continue to do so every year.

We had an issue with our heat pump as it gathered ice during our recent cold spell. I called Kent Witham Air late on New Year's Eve and left a message describing the situation. On New Year's Day we received a phone call and was scheduled for a service call the following day. On the next day two Kent Witham repairmen arrived on time and repaired the problem. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the work and the repairmen explaining what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. We highly recommend Kent Witham Air for installation service and repair for HVAC systems.

With falling temps my heating was running longer than usual and I suspected a potential prior issue of a frozen up reversing valve. Kent Witham Air was fast to dispatch a technician to my house to look at my heating issue. I called first thing in the morning and by the early afternoon they had someone at my house.The technician, James, handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and care. I've used Kent Witham Air a few times now, and they always do a great job. Prices are very reasonable and they can usually make an appointment pretty quick. I've been happy with their service every time I've used them.

Kent came out to River Road Park and helped braze a heating coil that has been giving us problems for over a year. He was able to assess the problem and did a professional job at fixing the leak. He communicated to my staff the issues he found and walked us through the repairs. I would recommend Kent Witham Air, LLC for their professionalism and knowledge.

After multiple companies inspected our system we were told that our system was not salvageable, and were given high end quotes. We called Kent hoping someone would be able to help us. Kent arrived and quickly gave us the complete and honest outlook of our system, without trying to up charge us. He was professional, friendly, and transparent. Kent completed repairs quickly, and our system is working well again. I would recommend KWA to anyone!

Ran to the parts store had the new part installed in 15 minutes..... Now I am sitting in an air condition house. Love these people would highly recommend them to anybody. Turns out the prices were a lot better than the competition.

We had ductless systems installed in our home and another house we own. Kent, the owner happened to answer my initial call to their office. I got off the call feeling he was not only knowledgeable, but seemed like someone who cared about their product/service, and someone we could work well with. Our house had a daylight basement plus two stories above that. The 3 levels did cause unexpected problems, but Kent had service technicians out immediately to try to resolve the problems, something they had not experienced before. They contacted the local distributor and eventually the manufacturers tech support. They come up with a plan to try to fix it. It has only been a couple days, but seems to be doing the trick. We did appreciate that they pursued the problem and did not try to put us off. We have another job coming up in the near future, and they will have be at the top of our.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service! We have used KWA at our personal property and had such a good experience we are now having them service and repair all of our rental properties. We recently decided to replace our approximately 40 plus year old electric furnace before it decided to expire. Our neighbor recommended that we contact Kent Witham. We were very pleased that we did. They gave us an excellent price for a new heat pump system. The installation went quickly and smoothly. The installation technicians were very efficient and courteous. They even tolerated my numerous questions. After installation, it was discovered that the system was not operating correctly. Their technician diagnosed the problem as a bad control card. It had to be ordered and was installed as soon as it was received. Every thing has worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend Kent Witham Air for your HVAC needs.

We had an issue with our NG Fireplace and from my initial call to service ( Sheila ) and to the technician ( Anthony Marshall) that came troubleshoot and solve the issue the service was 5 stars. Called on Monday … home visit scheduled Tuesday and problem solved in 30 mins. Automated system notification was a bonus reminder tech was coming.

Comfort Flow always does a good job. Bryan is our regular service tech…he comes twice a year and goes through our two heat and a/c systems thoroughly. We’ve used Comfort Flow for about 40 years.

It is not often that I look forward to a visit from a contractor but that’s not the case with Comfort Flow! They are kind, professional, and their work exceeds my expectations every time!!!

I hired them for this job after installation of two heating ducts in my rental units. Now they are installing new wiring in my triplex to upgrade my 100 year old building.

Jarrod and Cole are exceptional! They ensured my tenants cats were safe and that my dogs were never let out of the fence. My tenant wasn’t ready for their visit and they want above and beyond to help him move things around.

I wouldn’t trust anybody else!
