My ac crapped out on a recent hot day. I called Kent Witham and they were able to schedule an appointment early the next day. They showed up on time, figured out the issue and had the parts on hand to get it fixed right then. I’m very happy with the service and they are very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

My HVAC went out Monday, called on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday. They were a bit late for our appointment but made up for it as they quickly assessed and fixed the problem within 30 min. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using them again for our yearly maintenance! Highly recommended.

Responded within hours when our furnace went out and the temperature was near freezing. Provided a temporary fix to keep our heat on and a reasonable quote for a permanent fix.

Tech came out to do regular maintenance on our furnace; but was kind enough to get our fireplace pilot lit, and also give an estimate on unrelated work in the house. Very satisfactory.

I appreciate this company. I had a couple commercial HVAC systems installed in 2020, and a couple maintenance visits since then. I’ve appreciated the positive attitude of almost all of the employees I’ve interacted with, and grateful for having made this choice.

It was night and day of how well it got cleaned up after they worked on it, it was barely getting warm when we had the heat way way up, but it still wasn’t getting the house warm. So they came out and as you can see in the bucket. It was just filthy on the inside elementsand then the other photo was after they were done. They have gone over and beyond to solve the problem of our heater not working in the middle of winter. As frustrating as it is for us and them they are always responsive and helpful.

Won’t use any other company for our house and rental.

Very simple fix for my furnace

Not only did I get outstanding service but so much helpful information about my furnace and it's maintenance needs. They also recommended a vent cleaning company that did a fantastic job. Our gas furnace went out and thought about a duckless system, my son-in-law recommended Kent Witham Air as they instilled a system in there shop. so we did go with Kent Witham Air and are very pleased, so we would highly recommend this company to family and friends, they even removed the old gas furnace and disposed of it

Mike at Kent Witham Air has maintained my HVAC system for years. He is prompt and professional. He is also very thorough and knowledgeable. I can only remember one emergency visit that he made over the years, but in that case he came to the house immediately and fixed the issue.
