Joe was fabulous! Quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable and (as a new homeowner) he walked me through everything he did and made sure I understood how the system worked. Highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to work with and had great communication!

Quickly responsive to service requests. Was out of town when my air conditioner decided to not work during the heat wave. They are only people I trusted to come over while my teenage kids were home alone to fix the problem! Prompt service with complete professionalism!!

This company goes above and beyond. They were sent to me through my AHS warranty for a furnace. However, before the furnace could be replaced, electrical work needed to be done. They took the time to explain to me what exactly needed to be done by the electrician, and even offered to help me find an electrician, because the first ones quote was ridiculous. They answered any questions I had, and even spoke with my electrician to make sure they were on the same page. When they arrived, Tyler and Eric what professional and friendly. They explained to me things I needed to know about my new furnace, to make sure it kept running at maximum capacity. If I have any other HVAC needs, they will definitely be the first ones I request, whether my AHS warranty covers it or not.

I got JG services through my home warranty for my a/c. Joe, the technician arrived on time, explained the issue with my communicating system and replaced the faulty thermostat. Courteous and professional throughout. Definitely recommend them.

Worse service ever. Poor communication with company. Unqualified tech who came to my home to put frion in my ac unit, tech said there's nothing he can do. I got a 2nd opinion from another company and they said JG Services disconnected all the wires in my unit. I was made aware by the tech. when i told them the issue the JG guy said He has no proof of that being done. Never use thus company.

My home warranty company has sent out four different HVAC companies to service my AC unit. JG Services was the only one who was reachable, on-time, and actually fixed the issue. Very grateful they made it a priority to get it up and running again during this heat wave.

I’d give JG Services 10 stars if I could! They were very quick to come out to my home and my issue was resolved it a timely manner. The technicians were super knowledgable. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. My family will definitely use JG Services again in the future. I highly recommend them.

JG Services installed a new AC for us. The project requires an attic air handler replacement and an external unit replacement. The ancient old unit was not installed in a great way so the crew had to improve the set up, run new electrical and reorient the duct work. It was impress and done for a good price. We are pleased with the work. Will use again for future projects.

He was on time, professional, respectful, kind, cool and best of all, knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend JG Services. They were assigned to me by American Homeshield for my Air Conditioner. They had to come out a few times as the AC would get working and seemingly work fine for half a day before issues again would arise. They could easily have oversold me instead Derek and Joe kept working hard on it everytime they were here in the end pulling all the coils apart and putting it back together again, and my AC is now working better and cheaper than it ever did in the few years I've lived here. They also have a solid scheduling system. They got back to me and were on time for every appointment. They really gave me a lot of confidence in them throughout the process, and I would definitely want to use them again.

JG Services is one of the most reliable services and super efficient and timely. Joe and Daniel were our technicians and I highly recommend this company to the Main Line community with older homes with more complex HVAC systems.
