I specifically requested for JG Services through my home warranty based on their high ratings and they did not disappoint! Although it was a long day, they still made time to get my job done late at night. Derek was amazing in what he did. He took his time in diagnosing the issue and carefully explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. His level of dedication and professionalism goes above and beyond! Will keep JG Services as number 1 for future projects! Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to get a second opinion with JG for our failing furnace after the first company left us high and dry. JG did fantastic work for our AC a few years ago and came and saved us again with our furnace this winter. Joe and his colleagues were amazing, knowledgeable, and professional start to finish. He helped us understand the issues, how to tackle fixing them, and gave us helpful pointers for maintenance. My family can't thank you enough for all the work you did to get our heat up and running. Matt really helped get approval from our home warranty company, get us a new heat pump, and schedule installation as quickly as possible. The installers were great, answered all of my questions, and cleaned everything up when they left.

During the hottest time in August, my AC unit started having issues. I called half a dozen service providers and none were available. JG Services however, sent a technician quickly to diagnose my issue.

We discussed various options and decided to replace the whole system since it was already 18 years old. They handled the whole project expertly and professionally. It all went smoothly. I was very pleased with the quality of work they did as well as how well they cleaned up after the work and left the area spotless.

Hopefully I won’t need their services again for a very long time ;-). If I did need them, I would use them again without hesitation.

Once again, I had an excellent experience with J.G. Services. The technicians, Mason and Dan, were highly skilled professionals, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Mason and Dan arrived on time and completed the installation of my new heater and water heater in a timely manner. The owner, Matt, gave me fair pricing with no hidden fees. Matt was able to accommodate my busy schedule and answered every question before and after the installations. J.G. Services has outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend J.G. Services and will use them again for all my HVAC needs!

Glad we had the honor to work with such a great small business. From day one everything was explained in detail by the owner. They have been nothing but very cordial, patient, and kind. And did I say patient; yes very patient lol.

The techs were so cool and down to earth. They were about their business too. Our unit looks nice and the HVAC techs put it in a schedule as well.

Had an amazing experience with the whole company as a whole !! From the moment we reported to home warranty the issue we were having Matt reached out right away and booked us a day to come and repair. Unfortunately for us we did end up needing a whole brand new central air and because our furnace was almost 40 yrs old we needed a new one too. Matt worked with our home insurance to guarantee us the best outcome. Installation went just as smooth. The guys were phenomenal and even explained to us that we needed to register our equipment to get the full 10 yr warranty. Today Matt reached out to give me a friendly reminder to register the equipment and even sent the link to make it easy for us!! So blessed AHS assigned them to our case !!

Just had a complete HVAC gas furnace and A/C instaled replacing my 31 year old (original) system by JG Services. (Amazing my old system lasted that long). My heater quit, they came out, got me up and running again and explained my heater was just old and worn out. Matt called me that day giving me a couple of options & was great to deal with, effortless (all on the phone) knowledgeable explaining everything with no pressure or up selling. As a added bonus offered same as cash 12 month 0% interest financing which I took advantage of, approved in less than a minute & again all completed on the phone. I was booked for the following Friday two tech's arrived at 10 am, Tyler & his assistant very frendly knew their stuff and completed the job by early afternoon. The Aux heat on my heat pump was not triggering and my house was struggling to stay warm with the extreme cold. JG services was able to find a tech within 24 hours of me submitting a request and fix the issue in less than a hour. My Aux works great now and my house is staying warm.

Our furnace failed. JG Services had an experienced tech out to assist us within 24 hours. Diagnosed the issue, assessed it and found that the machine itself was beyond repair and required replacement. Worked with us and the insurance company to get this done. Communicated all phases of this process clearly and expedited the work.
These guys are the best group we have ever worked with across all appliances and house repair.

Our furnace was starting to fail (very noisy draft inducer) and we scheduled service through our home warranty company, HSA. Our equipment is a bit unique, Carrier infinity series. JG Services was confirmed to support it.

After scheduling (very easy, very responsive via text) Joe came out to quickly diagnose the issue and confirm they'd need to order the part from their distributor. No problem - he was back in just a few days to replace the part in minutes. We're up and running now with zero issues thanks to Joe and JG Services! Highly recommend for anyone in the Philly area.
