Frew provides consistently superior service for my Trane HVAC system. Service technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and treat the property with respect. Their preventive maintenance program is thorough and eliminates most HVAC system outages, but in those rare instances when they do occur, Frew responds quickly. Most recently, I was notified by Frew that they had received an error message indicating my thermostat was not communicating with the heat pump. They had a technician on-site in no time and the defective thermostat was replaced under full warranty. If you’re looking for dependable, worry-free HVAC service in the Pittsburgh, you cannot do better than Frew.

Frew came quickly and took care of all of my plumbing issues. My technician was on time, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. They did a great job and I was very satisfied. I will be using them again.

We had a pin hole in a pipe causing leaking. I contacted Frew and they got back to me within hours and had a plumber come out same day. He assessed the situation and was able to replace the pipe very timely and efficiently. Very satisfied with the friendliness, transparency, and the service received from Frew. Would definitely recommend.

Frew plumbing did an excellent job servicing our boiler this year.

Scheduling was easy as we are part of their preferred customer plan. This annual fee is worth the scheduling priority and service discounts and it must be great for Frew's manpower planning knowing the number of return customers each year.

The company sends a very experienced plumber who knows boiler/radiator systems. I feel we can get the full life out of it with the expert care of Frew. This year our sight glass broke during the cleaning and safety checks. Replacement was made at a 2nd appt with no interruption of service.

We hired Frew to perform maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace, install a gas line for our fireplace, update our hose bib, and install a gas line for our stove. They did a great job and were very informative during all steps of the process. Frew has always been very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had throughout the project and after the work was complete. They were also very professional and kept our space clean during the projects.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air last night and Frew was able to get someone out around 10 a.m. the next day. Erik was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Thankfully our issue was just a bad capacitor and he was able to swap that out real quick. He also noticed the condenser coil on the back of our unit was pretty clogged up (which I wouldn't have noticed) so he helped me run a hose from the back of our building, which was a long way off, and got that cleaned up as well.

Frew is my go-to for any of my plumbing problems or needs. Greg came to a property of mine today to replace a kitchen faucet along with the disconnects under neath as they were starting to corrode - definitely stuff I’m not comfortable doing on my own without likely screwing something up. These guys have been my go-to plumber for years at this particular property. They are prompt, convenient, and super nice. They are absolutely worthy of your business and I always recommend them.
