The coldest days of the year. Record breaking temperatures and my furnace smells likes it’s burning and stops working. Busy time of year for heating. I had a hard time getting someone out for what was turning into an emergency situation. One company was not able to diagnose the problem, charged me and left. Restano came quickly and diagnosed the problem with my 23 year old furnace. Not good news with the motor not working properly and several other issues. They got it working for me in the mean time and quickly put me on the schedule for a new install. Later on that evening in subzero temperatures it stopped working again. Mike Bucher came out immediately to help. He was knowledgeable, kind and honest. It was late at night and the motor was shot. There was not another to install at this time and of course costly since I was getting a new unit in two days. The negative temperatures were a concern for pipes and our family being able to stay in the house. He made a phone call to his manager Mike S. To figure out a solution. Mike S. found another motor to install just to get us through till the furnace install. (Which ended up being the next day!) Mike S. ended up driving 45 minutes to get it to Mike B. here late at night! Who does that anymore!? All of this happening over the course of 3 hours , solved our issue so we didn’t have to sleep in the cold or leave the house and charged us nothing for the trip since they were there earlier,and said “Welcome to the Restano family.” There are still good, honest people and companies out there! I wake up the next morning and Dillan and Chris are able to install the new furnace immediately ensuring no other problems. They are actually here now. I really wanted to get this review out! Chris and Dillan are also amazing. They are respectful, knowledgeable, attentive to details, and clean with their work area. I rarely write reviews, but wanted everyone to know the value of this company . They went above and beyond in so many ways and unfortunately these days, it is rare. These are definitely my people for any plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs. Thank you again, ALL of you! Mike B. You are a genuine, nice, hardworking young man…. You guys are all wonderful! I am beyond grateful.

Keith Smith from the Plum Boro branch was very Knowledgeable about the furnace ins and outs. He took his time to explain everything to me that I had questions about. The check up was quick and easy.

Mike was awesome, I was nervous calling a new company. He was so reassuring and when he said I could be a member I was thrilled. Not all people know what to do with an oil furnace and when you find a good technician you need to keep him!! Thanks again Mike you were a blessing to 2 old ppl.

Can't say enough good things about the service Restano provides! My furnace died on a Friday night. They came to assess the issue on Saturday morning. Tyrone was very helpful and informative in helping me pick the new furnace that was right for me. And installation happened first thing Monday morning! Chris and Larry were prompt, very professional, and did a great job installing everything, educating me about the product, and leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend Restano, they have never let me down!

Nick and Mike were absolutely amazing! Nick showed up the same day my furnace went down, stayed until 10:30pm trying to help and then came back again the very next day for the install. Incredibly impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism and courteous service throughout the entire process. These guys are good guys for sure.They made sure we understood everything completely. Keith was on time, great communication skills. Very thorough and answered all my questions. I have always had good experiences with the staff at Restanos. We have been a customer for over 11 years.

Alex was very polite, knowledgeable and fast. He explained what he was doing step by step, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Alex and Restano and will use their services again.

Pat arrived for an estimate one day and returned next day to service toilet. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to meet. Quickly identified problem and assured me all is well and repaired. Easy to schedule appointment with very efficient and organized woman. A bit pricey but only get what you pay for.

Prompt, courteous, and thorough furnace service. I'm very happy with my recent furnace service. Von explained all that he was doing and answered all of my questions. I have peace of mind knowing my furnace is working as it should and there are no issues.

My wife Linda and I had a tankless hot water tank installed. The price was steep, but decided to install. After research, system was top of the line and price was competitive. William H. Was professional? Knowledgeable, respectful and a fine young man. He reflected that traits of his owner, Mike Restano The work was impeccable done, and our home was treated with the utmost integrity. I would recommend the Restono group and William with 5 Stars!

I called with a furnace emergency. Michael Bucher was the technician who came out the same day. He worked for a few hours looking for the problem, but I ended up just getting a new furnace mainly because of its age. Michael was excellent. He had a lot of patience with an old lady and her old furnace. I wasn’t charged anything because I was getting a new furnace. That was a Friday. My new furnace was installed Monday! The two technicians were Will McFarland and Tim Korp Jr. They worked all day and did a super job. With the below freezing temperatures, my house is now nice and toasty. I would recommend Restano in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys!

Kevin was wonderful!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained what he had to do. Technicians Dylan and Chris did an outstanding job installing my new furnace and air conditioning units. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the process. This is my second time working with Restano, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I 100% recommend them!

William is a very professional plumber. He fixed a burst pipe and a broken faucet. He was very personable, polite, and informative. He also let me know that Restano can help me with my electrical needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price was fitting. I will definitely call Restano in the future for all my plumbing, etc needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Restano Heating & Cooling. Dakota, Jay, Jeff, and Tylor went above and beyond when addressing a major plumbing issue in my home. What started as a simple service call quickly revealed a much larger problem, yet the team took every step to rule out the easiest and lowest-cost solutions first before diagnosing the true source of the issue. Their honesty and thoroughness were incredibly appreciated.

Ultimately, they replaced a 12-foot section of damaged pipe—no small task—and handled the entire repair with absolute professionalism and grace. Their knowledge, respectfulness, and calm confidence gave me such peace of mind throughout the process. While Restano typically sends one technician for a repair, at one point I had four highly skilled individuals onsite working efficiently to ensure my home was restored as quickly as possible. What could have been a multi-day project was completed in just one day.

I had been without a functional bathroom for four days (which felt like forever!), and thanks to them, everything is now fully repaired and working perfectly. They were also extremely considerate when it came to providing the documentation I needed for my records, making the entire situation much easier to navigate.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received and would confidently refer Restano Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC work. William was excellent! Timely, knowledgeable, and provided efficient service. Our issue was related to our sprinkler system, which requires a specialized kind of service, and William explained the situation and made referral suggestions.

Also, the initial scheduler waived the service call fee because my mother is in the hospital and they knew we are having a logistically hard time.

Would recommend without reservation!

Our furnace blew during negative temps. Restano sent Eric out immediately and he was able to fix it on the spot, most likely saving our pipes and definitely our sanity! Everywhere else we called was not able to provide this quick of service. We will definitely use them again, and Eric was great.

Keith came out to service our unit. He was personable and professional. He was on time and very kind and helpful to me as I'm recovering from surgery and needed his assistance to get to the furnace. Would definitely recommend and give kudos to this technician for his work ethic and great character.

Had a fantastic experience with Aidan today. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained the issue in clear, easy-to-understand terms. I really appreciated how he walked me through the whole process step by step and answered all my questions without rushing. Highly recommend him and Restano for any thing related to HVAC!

Was the fifth time having my sewer line done for tree roots. This was by far my best experience. Jay was amazing doing his job, making sure it was done the best he could and explaining my options going forward. Would definitely call back.

The technicians Garrett and Josh did a fantastic job installing my new furnace. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get it installed in a timely manner. They worked neatly and took time to explain the new thermostat and features of the furnace. I highly recommend Restano.
