Zachary, our White Heating technician for our yearly heating maintenance was very thorough and explained all that he did. When he went through the home, he respectfully wore covers for his feet. He replaced the heating and humidifier filters and tested all the key areas. We did need a new capacitor for the blower motor and he showed how it was testing below the range and explained that if left in the degraded state, it would put extra strain on the motor. All in all, we were very pleased with the technician and the service provided.

My heat was not working on a 25 degree day. They were at my home without an hour, figured out the problem in 15 minutes. Picked up the part and delivered it to my home while the technician removed the bad part. They were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend White.

Phenomenal! Kevin the guy came and fixed the problem very quickly. It happened to be during the heaviest snowstorm for a while and Kevin still came earlier and tried to get the house warm again asap. Really appreciate it! Also Tracy on the phone is very accommodating and trying to help as much as possible. All nice people!

Woke up to the furnace not working. Called White Heating and they had someone here by 1:30. They arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem within a 1/2 hour. Tyler (the technician) was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and left the furnace area clean and functioning. I could not have asked for anything more. Bought an annual furnace/ac maintenance contract from them. Well done Tyler and White Heating!

We were extremely pleased with the customer service we received, both from Jennifer the receptionist and Timothy, the HVAC technician. Jennifer was very pleasant, helpful and understanding when we called to request a service call for the house our daughter recently purchased. The thermostat was not working on one of the two furnaces, so we didn’t know if the house was getting enough heat. Having just purchased the house, we were not familiar with the HVAC system. We explained we were going to be away from the area for more than a week over the holiday and were worried that the house would not be getting sufficient heat. Jennifer was able to schedule an appointment for a service call within a few days, during a holiday week.
Timothy, the technician, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We truly appreciate that he was very patient when answering all our questions. He explained the working of the furnaces, and how to get the thermostat and the furnace to communicate should a message appear again. He solved the problem with the thermostat and checked to ensure that both furnaces were working properly.
When we stopped in the office after the service call, Jennifer again was very friendly, helpful and efficient when processing our payment.
We are very thankful that we found a reliable, customer-service oriented company to provide HVAC service to our daughter’s new house.

I’m really happy with the service I received from White heating. A furnace turned off overnight on one of the coldest days of the year. I called them early in the morning and they told me they were able to get a tech to me between 11-12. A tech called around 9 and said he could be there by 9:30am, which was a great relief because it was about 55° at my house.

Shawn showed up right on time and worked hard to figure out what was the most probable cause of the issue. He fixed it right up and I was even able to use tap to pay, which I prefer.

Shawn had excellent communication and was even able to explain a couple other things to me and told me some things to look out for.

I’ll definitely be using White Heating for any maintenance moving forward.

Justin was very nice to talk with. He was right on time of the scheduled appointment. The visit was for an estimate for heating and air replacement. He explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand. I'll be hearing from him later for pricing . I really appreciated that he wore booties into the house. Very considerate!

Very pleased with this company, despite the fact that I had no prior experience with them. Everyone I dealt with from my initial call to the office (Jen) to the service technician (Tyler) and the salesperson (Justin) was very professional. I might add that it's rare to get a human (Jen) as opposed to a machine when calling a business these days, but it's much appreciated, and they were able to schedule a next day appointment despite this January 2026 being a busy furnace season. While I ultimately will have to replace my old Lennox Pulse 21 furnace, the technician (Tyler) got my furnace running and both he and salesperson (Justin) answered all my questions. Price was reasonable.

White Heating Inc replaced my very old furnace and air conditioner. The whole process was very simple from getting an estimate, accepting it and having everything replaced. The guys came on time and completed all of the work in one day including clean up and getting my existing thermostat to work (which required running another wire) They were very kind to my 2 dogs and were very careful to cover their shoes to protect my floors. Everyone is so kind. From phone calls to home visits I have been very happy. I recommend them for sure and will continue to call them for regular maintenance.

White Heating is an excellent company. They are always on time, do excellent work, explain how to use and take care of the furnace and new thermostat. They are very professional and nice people. Tyler Tomko was so helpful and friendly. I recommend them to anyone!

The woman on the phone was very nice and made sure they got to me the same day. Kevin came out and had my furnace up and working in no time. I was very pleased and the price was fair. We have been using White Heating for a few years now and I can only say positive things about every experience with them. They really do care about providing quality service, you can trust that if they say it needs to be fixed you should fix it, and they really do care about doing the job right. If you have a boiler, this is definitely the heating company to call. They did a wonderful job replacing ours and providing information on which boiler to purchase. Our heat has never worked better. We will always use White Heating to take care of our home.

I had a great experience with this company when troubleshooting a furnace issue. Even though they weren’t ultimately the ones who performed the repair, their team took the time to look up my furnace make, model, and warranty information and clearly explain my options.

This company is amazing! Came out on the same day and everything. Tom is awesome! Highly recommend him as the technician. Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He had my furnace back up and running in such a timely manner. I was really impressed with his skills! Definitely will use this company in the future and will be requesting Tom!

I had a great experience working with White Heating when my furnace needed to be replaced. Gary was extremely helpful during my estimate and the cost was very reasonable. Hunter and Dan were friendly and answered all of my questions during the install. The whole process was quick and organized. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After dealing with 2 different companies who were not able to get the blower motor for my Comfort Maker heat pump air handler I called JDC. They were able to acquire the part in less than a week and fix everything. I worked with Josh who is so professional and kind. He also diagnosed an additional problem with our breaker switch and fixed that. He also made sure the filters were correct and installed a part that was left off from an earlier service with another company. Josh's communication with me was top notch, including taking a call from me on a Saturday. Additionally there were several post repair communications to make sure things were going well. I know this is the company that I will be using to maintain my system in the future. Do not hesitate to call them for your HVAC maintenence and repairs. If it is a heat pump issue ask for Josh. He really understands them as he has one himself.

JDC and team did a great job of diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution. They installed a new air conditioning unit that appears to be much quieter and efficient. Their customer service was awesome. Deb kept me informed of all the progress of parts and delays. It was great working with them and I would highly recommend JDC Heating & Cooling! We will contact them for any of our future heating and cooling needs.

JDC is great. They are timely and provide great services. I have worked with them multiple times for my personal property and other properties for services ranging from routine HVAC and AC service to installing new units. They are on time and flexible.
