I was on day 4 with no heat. They came out same day and fixed the issue and came back out the next day to change a blower. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend them for any hvac needs.

Our church needed to replace two 30 year old AC systems. Josh was very knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable quote, significantly lower than a competitive bid. He understood our installation time requirements based on church services and scheduled work perfectly. Michael and Parmenter were both a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, quiet and respectful, and got the work done cleanly and on time. We are very pleased with the work and will use JDC for regular maintenance of all our HVAC.

JDC Heating & Cooling is absolutely top-notch! From start to finish they were professional, on time, and very thorough. The technician explained everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and left everything clean. You can really tell they care about their customers. My system has never run better, and the whole process was stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable heating and cooling service—you won’t be disappointed!

Would certainly recommend JDC to anyone needing heating or cooling services. They were recommended to us from a coworker and were amazing at helping us replace our furnace. Josh was quick to set everything up and get us scheduled and Micheal, the tech, was super friendly and made the install very smooth.

Called at 7pm on monday and owner answred phone. My ac unit died . Supposed to be 90 degrees on tues. They showed up at 2 pm diagnosed and fixed by 430 with new fan motor . Thanks JIm and especially Tom the svc tech he went above and beyond to get it running today.

This business took advantage of my 87 year old Mother. She called to complain on 4/27/2022 and the said they would talk to Nathan the service tec. She is still waiting. One photo is from our recent experience with Nathan and the other is the through report from 7 months ago.
Unacceptable.

I awoke to a 47 degree house. We called Craft and the technician was here in an hour and a half, fixed the problem in under an hour, and now I am warm and toasty! Polite, professional and got the job done!!!

I've had 2 service calls with Craft this month.While there were some customer service issues in the beginning, the technicians are wonderful, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, curtious and friendly.

I think they are honest.. ac tune up is saving me huge on my electric bill! I highly recommend them and Don, the tech who came to work on my system.

Don was awesome! He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. It was a great value, and I will definitely use them again.

Craft services my commercial building. Today I needed work at my home. Luke arrived within an hour. Polite and courteous. Diagnosed the issue with a Mitsubishi mini split and corrected it quickly.

They were very Professional, Jim and his team did a great job on my trane heat pump system. Would recommend 5 stars

We had a complete heating and cooling system installed. From the moment they opened the back of the truck to the time they finished such professionalism! Everything was explained and care was taken with property. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

Having dealt with Jim D and everyone at Craft for the last 20 years, this last time they went above and beyond my expectations.

My moms A/C died - 25 year old R22 system (illegal as of next year) they needed to install a new system. My mom is 85 years old and was already complaining about the heat (90°F and humid Monday).
They gave me a price and asking when, and already knew my mom was uncomfortable, said they would reschedule some jobs to make her first thing Tuesday! Awesome!
Then they said it would be all day , but said it went so well, her A/C was turned on by 2pm!
Job was neatly done, all holes sealed neatly through foundation, all debris and old equipment hauled away.

Thank you for being there for my mom.
