Great service. My estimate and options for a new heating/AC system were very well explained. The technicians that came to the house, Don and Jerry, were fantastic. They were polite, professional and efficient. They took great care to protect the floors. They explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Called for service and they were here less than 24 hours later. Aaron was very polite and knowledgeable. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Parts covered by warranty. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Honest and reliable such rare traits nowadays. Thank you Craft for the prompt response.

We've used Craft before in our prior house and, after moving, called Craft to do a routine check and maintenance of our new HVAC system. Our technician, Derrell, was outstanding. I am eternally grateful for the excellent service that I have always received from Craft Heating Company. Recently, I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. I also needed a new hot water tank and was pleasantly surprised that they could do this too. The owner of the company promptly returned all my phone calls and answered all my questions. The estimate for the work was extremely reasonable. I genuinely appreciate that Craft was able to accommodate the completion of this job even earlier than the time period that I specified. The employees are all highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, polite and detail oriented. The installers went over and above their normal duties for this job. We got a Trane air conditioner from Craft Heating and Cooling. Jim,the owner, was so nice and informative and patient. We had the air conditioner for a while and we had a small issue. Excellent service! My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in the winter season. Don came out at 12am when we noticed our furnace stopped working. I knew it was time to get a new furnace. Stanley and Josh installed my furnace. They were wonderful! The owner also followed up with phone calls. I highly recommend Craft Heating and Cooling. Extremely reliable and professional!

They are absolutely fantastic. Had a problem with my air conditioner when it was in the 90s and they came out the next day and within 5 minutes they knew what the problem was and got it up and running. Needed a piece which he had in his truck and he was done. And their prices are so reasonable. The man who came out to service my air was also very pleasant and efficient. Thank you for fixing my air and your prompt service. Highly recommend you!

Absolute NIGHTMARE company. They came to replace the motherboard the first time, said everything was working but an hour later we once again had no heat. Then we had to wait on a part for two weeks all while having zero heat and ZERO communication from them. We had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. Finally they showed back up and swapped a hose into the wrong place after said two weeks. We then had to call them back THREE times within the same day and same hour because they’d look at it, “fix it” leave and it would immediately stop working. Will never be doing business with this company again.

Rob came out to our house and had our AC up and running within an hour. He was fantastic! Plus he was honest and explained all the charges in depth and requested approval to do the work after the diagnostic. We have used Craft several times over the years and they have always been quick, efficient and transparent. I would definitely recommend!

The inducer motor on my old Trane furnace has needed to be replaced for some time, but I kept putting it off and putting it off and putting it off. Until today, when it failed entirely - just in time for all the snow and ice we're supposed to get this weekend.

I had zero heat. The furnace was non-operational.

The total time from when I picked up my phone to call Craft Heating to when the furnace was back up and running was literally one hour. I don't think any service company can offer better than that. I am positively thrilled with the experience.

R Davis Mechanical installed an a/c unit in my residence. Rob, the owner handled the initial contact to see what needed done, gave me many options and a time frame for the work to be done. I called other HVAC companies and R Davis Mechanical was much lower on cost, quicker on install and gave many options to fit my budget. His worker, Chris was on site during installation and was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this company

R.Davis Mechanical gave me very good service by explaining what strength and efficiency of a New Heating and Air Combo Unit that I needed for my duplex rental property on one side and helped me by fixing the Air unit on the other Heating/Air combo unit next door without having to schedule another visit. He was always available to answer questions and explain things. The price he gave me for the entire job including everything was very affordable and fair. He hooked me up with Dollar Bank that gave me 12 months interest free credit card that would begin accruing interest after the 12 months if the balance is not paid in full by then. Mr.Davis even registered my new Heating and Air units for my warranty as well. Both of my tenants say that Mr.Davis and his people made sure they were cool and comfortable when the work was completed. I would definitely use them again when needed and would recommend them to anyone else.

We have had a positive experience with R.Davis Mechanical. We have met Rob and one of his team members Chris. In the Winter we had Rob complete a furnace clean and check. While Rob was at my home he explained everything he was doing and he was thorough with his inspection. Just recently, he serviced our AC unit. When I called him he answered my call immediately and made arrangements to stop that day to take a look at it. When he serviced the unit he again explained everything he was doing and made sure it was running correctly. Rob is honest and kind and cares about his business. We highly recommend Rob and have an AC clean and check booked for next week.

The appointment was easy to set up. They left my house with a working air conditioner and my house was left clean. I will be sure to use them again if needed.
