Rob did a fantastic job for us on 3 separate projects for our investment company. He is extremely professional and very diligent. Davis mechanical did a super clean install on the house we built they installed 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioning units all the ductwork and thermostats the install was flawless and prompt the worksites were clean and tidy. The owner Rob Davis explained everything in detail and why we would want to install 2 units cause we have cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms and a finished basement with 1 unit we would have had a cold or hot game room and the bedrooms wouldn’t be as well heated or cooled I have experienced that in the past where the bottom floors got much colder or hotter than the upstairs floors. I’m so happy we choose them cause everything ended up perfect !!!! I highly recommend R. Davis for any and all of your HVAC needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rob and his guys are incredible. It’s 1st class service from start to finish. Kind of a painless process, actually. We got some HVAC and a hot water tank installed. Fair price, quick and friendly service.

Rob Davis provides excellent customer service! Rob provided an expert evaluation of my needs, promptly scheduled service and provided 5 star service! Communication from start to finish was great! Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. From removal to replacement the crew kept things clean and organized. R. Davis Mechanical was also reasonably priced . I will use them in the future and refer them to all of my friends and family.

Can they do the job (plumbing repair)? Yes.
Would I recommend them? No.

Pricing is very high and quotes seem to come out of thin air. They are not trustworthy or transparent in their pricing. I requested clarification for charges and the owner quickly became argumentative and combative. The itemized receipt shows $800 of parts (for parts I was able to replicate from Home Depot for $150). The service fee was not waived when I was told it would be. And the plumber hourly rate was about $350/hr (which is a lot). I considered legal action but it did not make sense financially.

I regret not getting another quote. After recently calling two other plumbers, their estimates were on average $1,000 cheaper (R Davis charged $3,200 to replace a drain pipe in my wall).

R Davis will likely exploit you during your time of crisis if you don’t have plumbing knowledge/haven’t done your due diligence.

Prompt professional service. Excellent communication. Everything on our new water heater has been updated to new county codes.

Steve was awesome! I was worried I would need a new a/c unit for the summer, and he let me know that while my unit is old, it's mighty. He set me up with refrigerant and gave it a wash (all while it was raining outside) and let me know when to replace parts versus get a whole new unit. I'm forever grateful!!

Rob has done everything from a complete system including duct work for a large flip to replacing my central air at my residence. Recently I asked him to give me a second opinion because the company that had installed the furnace in my personal residence said the secondary heat exchanger was bad and out of warranty. They wanted to sell me a new furnace for $10,000. Rob looked into it and found the HE was under warranty for parts and labor and Rob's guys did the work. Saved me a bundle. I highly recommend Rob. He's honest and efficient.

Rob and his crew are exceptionally professional, hard workers and proficient in their craft. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. They explain the job, have everything they need on site, and work start to completion. They are respectful of being in your home and clean up nicely after they are done. Cant ask for better service. Will call them again as needed and refer to friends and family.
