We really appreciate Josh and Kevin and Mike at JDC Heating and Cooling. Our air-conditioning stopped in the middle of a heatwave, and they came to the rescue. Josh is a one of a kind repair guy, he make sure that you are taken care of with the highest quality service. I called him first because my furnace caught on fire he came and repaired it .He explained to me the situation and the cost. He was more concerned about me being safe then the money and that is very hard to find. He installed a new furnace for me about 2 years ago and I haven’t had any problems with it until today. I called him very early this morning because my furnace would not heat up my house and my water pipes were freezing. He return my call very quickly and was very pleasant. He did -support over the phone with me until my issue was taken care of. He was patient and kind and caring. If you haven’t had Or done any business with Josh you don’t know what you’re missing there’s no one to compare. Thanks Josh.

One of the worst things that can happen when the temperature outside is below freezing is to discover your furnace is not providing heat inside your home. The best thing is to get the service of JDC Heating and Cooling to bring warmth! They came, analyzed the situation and provided detailed information as to what needed to be done. Then they provided the service needed punctually. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the work, the way they performed it and their communication with me throughout. Furnace broke on the morning of the 2 coldest days of the year. They sent Mike out and he had a quick response, and able to restore heat promptly and quickly. Will absolutely use again and in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say. When your AC is giving you trouble in July and they can send someone as soon as that day, that says a lot. Michael and Josh were very nice, helpful, and respectful. Michael serviced our unit and had it up and running again in under an hour. Again, very friendly and respectful service. Will definitely contact JDC Heating and Cooling for future service.

I have been working with JDC heating and cooling for years. They are professional, always on time, and have very reasonable pricing. They have a great team and are very good at installs and maintenance work. I would would %100 recommend them!

2nd UPDATE: It's been about 3 days since Josh was out. I have limited mobility, so had not been back down into our basement since he left. My husband went down this morning to find it covered in water because Josh moved things around and didn't put them back the exact same way. So, our Saturday morning has been spent cleaning up his mess (this is not an empty basement, its a tv room). And when told about the leak and water damage, Josh claimed he didn't move anything. So either he's lying or we have gremlins.

UPDATE: Josh reached out, apologized and explained the delay. Then he squeezed us in for a service call while in our neighborhood on a different call. He fixed the issue, clean the AC unit in a timely manner; all while being polite and answering all my questions.

I'm hoping to be able to improve this review, but thatwould entail the company returning my attempts at communicating. I've filled out their online request for service AND left a voicemail over the last several days. No one has reached out.

Our AC unit died on Wednesday in the middle of a very hot week. Josh, at JDC, immediately worked with us and our home warranty company, and was there the next day to inspect the unit and come up with a plan. After going over our options, we decided it was necessary to install a new unit, and that Saturday, Dominick and Josh were there with the new equipment and had it installed that day despite a rainstorm. They were incredible from start to finish, took the time to talk to us about everything and checked in on us a couple days after to make sure everything was running smoothly. I could not recommend JDC enough.

Josh was super helpful and transparent throughout our furnace maintenance process. We just recently purchased our home & weren’t 100% sure what our system needed, but he set us at ease with a few repairs, showed us how to use our thermostat, & gave us some great advice for the future! Will definitely be using JDC in the future.

I needed my furnace fixed quickly. I contacted JDC through their website. Josh responded within an hour and was able to set up an appointment to come out to the house that day. He was able to explain to me what was needed and gave me a very reasonable price. He prides himself on being knowledgeable, fair, and honest. And from what I experienced in that visit, he was all three. I highly recommend using JDC Heating and Cooling.

Amazing, I highly recommend. Josh was thorough with his explanations and prompt with replies. We had to deal with some hiccups with home warranty and a damaged unit (none of it their fault!), and everything was handled so well. Thanks so much again for everything!

Arrived on time. Josh kept me informed on installation date. I had a new furnace and AC installed. Installers very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. Very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend JDC.

So JDC came out and fixed my broiler to my apartment. The guys who showed up where very professional and very friendly. They made sure they got everything back up and running and that meant working the entire day. Great company to have work on ur heating n cooling needs.

Josh was extremely professional. We had a complex repair on an older AC system. Throughout the process, I felt he was being honest in terms of cost and work needed. He sent pictures as the job progressed, and our AC is blowing cold during the heat wave. We will use them for all HVAC from now on.

The ancient+ main heat source in my commerical kitchen was a goner.

The same day Josh was contacted to look at our unit he managed to squeeze us in the same day! He was honest about our unit needing replaced. We were then scheduled for a new unit the following week! Josh and Keith were on time and didn’t waste any time getting started! They are super friendly, very professional, hard working and outgoing! I was very impressed with Josh and Keith from JDC. They were extremely professional, honest, responsive, and courteous. I had them replace our furnace, install an air cleaning unit, and repair our AC unit though our home warranty.

They did top notch work, always went above and beyond to explain the work, and were very timely with all repairs. Their responsiveness was most impressive, though. These days, it is hard to find companies that are responsive, timely, and that keep appointments. JDC checked off all three, and I appreciate that. I would certainly recommend them, if you need any work done!
