White Heating has always been clutch. From installing a flue in our chimney, to preventative maintenance and to quickly fixing problems with our furnace. Even on the same day! Shawn is always super friendly and does a great job.

I have used White Heating for my HVAC needs (maintenance, repairs, purchases) for more than 20 years and have always had a positive experience -- with both their service technicians and their office staff. They are friendly, dependable, ... and always on time.

I recently had what I thought was a furnace problem (during one of our cold spells), though I thought it might possibly be related to the thermostat/battery. I called White late in the day, and they were able to schedule me for the following day, at a time that was convenient for me.

Technician "Tim G." arrived exactly on time, slipped his plastic booties over his shoes (thank you), checked the thermostat and the furnace, and diagnosed the problem. I was impressed with Tim's knowledge -- he answered my questions as we proceeded, and he explained the problem to me, with a demonstration (the lid to the battery compartment wasn't closing properly, preventing the battery from making the necessary contact).

The final positive to this latest transaction: White sent the bill (service call only) to me via email, and I was conveniently able to pay the bill online.

White Heating provided next day service. Shawn arrived right on time. He covered his shoes and began troubleshooting. He advised the annual cleaning and filter change. He discovered one cracked hose and corrected it. He charged a very good price for all He did. My furnace now works great!

Tyler did an outstanding job installing our whole house humidifier. It works perfectly and there is great craftsmanship in the install. He was also very friendly the entire time!

We have been customers for over 20 years and always turn to White Heating for any repairs or replacements. Highly recommend

Terry thoroughly inspected thermostat and HVAC system after I had mentioned odors, found nothing at fault and even installed a new filter. Quick response, always friendly and knowledgeable in their inspection and explanation. I can trust them, which is important, and cannot recommend their expert services highly enough! Thank you!

Shawn did a great job on my fall Checkup. I asked a lot of questions and he explained everything in detail. I would recommend White Heating. Just had new furnace and AC installed in April and have had no problems. Payed for a maintenance contract which I would highly recommend. That's where I posted the price. Paid nothing today.

When I called during the biggest snowfall of a decade and frigid temps they scheduled me right away. I still had heat so I wasn't concerned about them coming right away. After I freaked out a bit imagining all kids of things I called back and they moved my appointment up. The technician arrived on time was polite and found the issue got the part out of the truck and installed it. He even explained that there were so many safeguards on these furnaces that they would shut down if there was a problem.

Our home -which was built in 1993-had the original furnace that was installed by White Heating. Monday night she gave up the ghost! I called White Heating first thing Tuesday and the response I got was immediate help. The team was here and went right to work diagnosing the problem (she was worn out!) and needed replaced. Who wouldn’t want to get another 33 years out of a furnace!? White Heating was here all day-I am so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of White Heating and Tracy and Gary Gressang-It is a very humbling experience to lose your heat. Contacted them by text on their website and a very polite tech came that morning. He diagnosed immediately, had the part brought to him and was finished quickly and efficiently. It was an easy process and I'm thankful for professionalism. A neighbor recommended and I would also recommend for your hvac needs.

I highly recommend this company! The customer service is fantastic- first class. My wife and I were in Florida and got an alert on our Ecobee Thermostat that our home temperature dropped several degrees because the furnace was offline. I called and they were out there the next morning and diagnosed the problem. Sadly the cost of a new blower did not make sense to repair this 15 year old unit. They will be installing a new unit tomorrow. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness, service and fair pricing .

White Heating has always been top notch, outstanding, on time, and very communicative with me. My old furnace was on its way out on a Tuesday night and on the Friday of the same week they had it replaced and gave me the biggest peace of mind with this job and all other services they’ve provided me before. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

White Heating installed our boiler and both of our air conditioning systems. They are always professional, provide excellent communication before, during and after providing any service. They are highly skilled in all things HVAC and all of the installed systems are operating perfectly.
They also have fair and clear pricing. If we could provide more than 5 stars we would happily do so!

Cannot say enough positive things about our service call. First of all we lost our furnace around 12:15 - and following a call to the service center - the technician (Tim) arrived at 1:30. Wound up being an easy fix but with the weather being what it is for today and tomorrow it was quite nerve wracking for a while. Tim could not have been any better - both professionally and personally. We have been clients of White Heating for 35+ years and could not be any happier with this relationship. Recommend strongly to anyone whether you are looking for annual service or an immediate problem.

Also a special shout out to the person who helped us set up the appointment. She (sorry can't remember her name) went out of her way to get an "on call" person from Penn Hills to address our issue. Technician showed up within the hour.

Returned to house after time away to find furnace was out and house was approaching pipe-freeze temps. Called White Heating after hours and they had a technician out within an hour. Tim was very professional troubleshooting and explaining areas of wear/failure. Had the replacement part in the van and was able to get the furnace running within an hour. Would recommend for emergency servicing.

White Heating has been taking care of our HVAC needs and issues for at least three years now. They have been great from the start.
Our first contact when requesting service was with Jennifer. She is kind, friendly, polite and professional. Additionally, she listens, is attentive to what I'm asking for, and she accommodates my personal schedule, so that I can be here when technicians arrive.
The first technician that I worked with was great. I don't remember his name. However, again, he was kind, professional and helpful.
For the last three, maybe four, visits the technician who has helped us is Tyler. A nice guy. Friendly, polite and professional. He takes care of what I need, he answers and is patient with my questions.
Our HVAC system has been working perfectly well, and we have had no issues with it since White Heating has been managing and taking care of it.
I am very happy with White Heating. In addition, I think the fees for their services are more than fair. I will continue to ask White Heating to manage our HVAC needs for as long as I am alive.

Had some electrical issues which caused our furnace to go out called white heating. The lady expressed that someone would be out in a certain time and they were actually here quicker and fix the problem within an hour. They were very professional explained everything to me and I thought a very reasonable price.
