Highly recommend!

The day before Thanksgiving, our furnace stopped working but we called Frew and they were able to come out within a few hours and fix the issue with no problem.

The Technician was very kind, knowledgeable, and communicated everything clearly. It was a great experience!

We had (yet another) pinhole leak in a basement pipe. Frew’s plumber came out right on time and quickly replaced the old pipe with pex. He was very professional and kind. Will definitely use Frew again!

They come out annually to inspect & clean my boiler system. Tim does a great job!

We were dismayed to find water coming through our ceiling one morning. Adam from Frew helped diagnose where the water was coming from, since we thought it was the upstairs shower but ended up discovering that it was clean and dry. He didn't get frustrated despite it taking longer than originally thought, and was able to find the leak and replace the section of pipe above our ceiling and fix the problem. His personality and Clarity of explanation and discussion made all the difference- very different than your standard plumber cliche. We feel like we got good value for the time he put into it. We'll be calling them again for future issues.

Despite a packed schedule, Frew Plumbing made time to check out the problem with my heating system. Eric went above and beyond to explain the situation, fix it, and give me advice about maintaining my boiler and radiators! I can't say enough good things about this company.

Tim and the team were incredibly fast and professional. I needed a complete replacement of a large steam boiler. He delivered a proposal the same day and had our heat on in less than two weeks. They communicated at every step of the way and even left the boiler room cleaner than when they arrived. Superb experience.

Frew is a great company! First off it is their very busy time and they came out that same day! The gentleman who came was very informative and helped me with changing the filter on my furnace. I hadn’t changed it in three years! I know my bad. So I know now how to change it and what type of filter to buy and he didn’t make me feel dumb!!

I had a water leak and called fruit plumbing. They responded in 15 minutes. Explain to me what the problem was fixed. It checked for any additional issues showed me one more and repaired that also. This was all done in less than an hour! The plumber was very nice and informative.

I try to keep the business in the Borough where I live, and Frew is here in the Borough.
Frew has done several installs and repairs for me. Frew is a great company and I feel comfortable with all of the employees and their response time. They always have been there for me.

Normally I’d give Frew a 5 star review. Our past experience with them has been fantastic. This time I had a water shut off put up in my ceiling for our fridge. I paid 320$. I went to check it out and for a 30 minute job and a toilet handle shut off in my ceiling feels kinda trashy. I’m not one to complain about plumbing services because I know nothing about plumbing, but definitely not thrilled with this work… I would still recommend Frew to anyone and will still use them in the future because of the past jobs they have done a wonderful job on but this job was definitely on the disappointing side for the price and supplies used.

Frew has been nothing short of top notch for our home maintenance. We have Eric (tech) come out every 6 months to maintain our HVAC system and he is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Our hot water heater "died" last month and Frew had a tech out within hours to replace the existing unit and take away the old one. Highly recommend them always!

We came home from shopping to find water in our basement. Discovering a leak in a pipe, I called Frew.Although we thought we would be using the bucket brigade for days, they sent out a worker immediately who arrived about 10 minutes after I called. He saw the problem and had it fixed in about 1/2 hour. The repairman was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely personable. With service like that we will never use another company!

Plumber Sean was most professional and did quality work. Scheduling not so much. Plumber did not arrive in the morning time range scheduled, called the office and was told he'll be there later in the day, never showed. I called late that day was told my appointment was now the next day with no call to me confirming that. 5 stars to Sean, 2 stars to scheduling.

Most recently, Frew completed a comprehensive upgrade of our antique boiler and radiator heating system, delivering exceptional results at a reasonable cost given the complexity and scope of the project. We have complete confidence in their service and plan to engage them for the replacement of our basement copper water pipes and valves this summer, trusting that the work will be executed proficiently.

Nick Doyle was very friendly and informative while diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be a pressure sensor issue. After completing the diagnosis, he noticed that our service package had just expired but that we still had one cleaning remaining. He went ahead and scheduled a visit for next week to complete the cleaning. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism!

Brandon and Jake from Restano were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Told us all the details that they did and what was wrong . Even explained it with the terms that someone without electrical experience could understand.

Jay did an excellent job installing my kitchen sink faucet. He was very quick and thorough , and he explained what was doing and what the problems were with the old faucet.
