My 19 year old furnace broke on Monday. Rob came out the next morning on Tuesday. Wednesday morning they installed a new one in under three hours. The crew was very transparent, clean, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone!! Thanks again!

When I lived out of state and rented out my condo my property manager used Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling. When I moved back I continued to use them because they were consistently reliable and prompt. Tammy is responsive, efficient and truly cares about taking care of her customers.
The technician Rob is the best. He is on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains what the problem was and what was done to fix it.
The prices are reasonable/fair. My mom uses them too and we won't call anyone else!! I highly recommend them!!

Thompson heating has been a blessing for many years. Always there always on time. Never seem to be looking for things to repair that aren't needed. This last time during the hottest time of the year, a storm took out my HVAC system causing it to catch fire. They were Johnny on the spot arrived quickly and actually got the repair and replacement done in the shortest time I could have expected. Rob is the greatest and family always so accommodating no matter what the problem and issue. Couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you guys so much

I have used them for years at my home, my office location, and on projects we do on residential flips. They are cordial, professional, and unbelievably accommodating. Just stop looking and call them. You will be thrilled you found someone to use for the rest of your life.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling. We needed an install of a new HVAC system, recently. I received a few solid referrals, including Ted Thompson. I felt they fit our needs best. The team was responsive, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and provided fair pricing.

Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling was great when our furnace went out! I left a voicemail after hours, not expecting a response until the following morning to schedule, and I received a call within an hour. Rob was at our house by 8am and was incredible with getting our motor fixed quickly. Cannot recommend them enough for getting our heat back on so efficiently!

They fixed my brother's house today, relined the HVAC system! They are amazing, honest, and extremely kind people, so easy to communicate! And they did a fantastic job, the service was excellent, the price was greatly reasonable! They were on time and responsive! I cannot tell how happy we are with them! Our furnace bit the dust, and then our boiler started leaking water. I was worried it would be $$ to fix both. Thompson Heating showed up early, had everything fixed in about an hour, and was so economical I almost cried. They are definitely our go to for any HVAC problem from now on! Absolutely amazing customer service.

I expected the worst as in needing a new furnace & got the best from Thompson Heating. Just needed a good clean & kick start. Tammy was great to speak with setting up the appointment. Rob was on time & did a great job. I will call them again in the Spring for some other work. Thanks for the heat!!!

My furnace broke down on Christmas night with temps in the teens. I called Admiral and they picked up right away. Brian came out within an hour and got everything fixed quickly. Great company and great service.

Professional, quality work, and great service & rates. Provided helpful information and guidance when our air conditioner went... They were personable and ensured we were happy with our new unit.

Admiral installed new Lennox furnace without measuring for what size would be safe. Within first 2 years, it began leaking carbon monoxide - levels too low to set off our alarms, but high enough to cause serious harm (3 children). By the grace of angels we discovered the leak as almost became fatal.
When Admiral came back, they guaranteed "with 100% certainty" that it was a cracked heat exchanger (which they later denied when it was convenient for them). They agreed (after an unprofessional argument) to replace the furnace (still under warranty) only with the exact same size furnace. Our home had all symptoms of oversizing (a known cause of cracked heat exchanger in a new furnace), so we were scared to replace it with the same furnace without first making sure it was safe for our home. Asked Admiral about the sizing, part-owner Brian glanced up at our basement ceiling & said, "eh, looks ok." We asked them to do measurements according the Lennox manufacturer recommendation for safety. Admiral strangely refused, stating they "will absolutely not be doing a load calculation." (Why??)
Fast forward - We had an actual expert come to do the load calculation which confirmed that Admiral’s furnace was dangerously large for our home. Also strangely, the manufacturer Lennox offered Admiral a check for $4k to refund us for the death trap they sold us, but Admiral refused this, too.
PA Lennox rep Chris Vicari preferred to do nothing in regards to ensuring the safety of families with Lennox products, his main concern was losing his commissions from Admiral.
Throughout our experience, Admiral never once showed concern for our family, never once apologized, never asked if we were ok or any other questions of concern about our serious health issues from this, spoke condescendingly & insulting while we were scared going through crisis, were difficult at every step as we tried to make sure our family was safe with basic industry standard safety requests, reminded us repeatedly what a favor they were doing for us by doing the bare minimum that they could get away with, & were perfectly content to leave us high & dry with permanently injured children. They truly didn't care.
I will never understand why they refused to do the right thing & just measure properly when given the 2nd chance to make sure we were safe. They felt fine reinstalling the same dangerously oversized furnace in a home with my 3 babies, without looking into a likely cause at a traumatized family’s request. It baffles me. This is not a difficult calculation... it is standard in HVAC. I am not HVAC & was able to do the load calculation myself without struggle... I ended up with the same number that the pros got. The owner acted like it was so hard to do, while at the same time condescendingly pointing out what an expert he was.
Owner Steve Ubinger only believes that other men are worth his time & has no empathy... arguing, condescending the day after it was confirmed that I nearly lost my life & that my babies would need care for permanent injury... we were scared in crisis & looking to him to make sure we were safe - a chance to make this right, after the original lazy work that led to this life altering situation (because, they're such "experts" they don't need to bother with those pesky safety standards - they can just eye it, as they explained.) Steve really said "funny I’ve been in HVAC for 30 years & u have been researching for 2 days", heartless, much? (Steve, no one does better research than a worried mother).
his son/partner Brian Ubinger acts like he knows everything, but is almost too incompetent to even have a conversation. He's lucky his dad gave him a job because he'd have trouble elsewhere with his attitude.
These are NOT people you want near your family. It's money & pride over everything for them. Still waiting on that apology, Steve, & in case it ever occurred to you to ask how any of us are doing health wise, the answer is - not well. But I know you won't bother to ask.

I recently had Admiral Heating and Cooling install a new Lennox high efficiency heating system in my home. I was extremely happy with the entire process. The timeliness, quality of work, and care taken in my new home was very impressive. I will continue to use Admiral for all of my heating and cooling needs. Much thanks to the entire Ubinger family.

We had used Admiral Heating and Cooling Co. a few times over the past three years for both furnace and air conditioning problems. Having been pleased with the prompt service, fair price and their standing behind their work we recently had them install a new Lennox furnace. Again we were very satisfied with the installation, cost and the performance of the new furnace. We would recommend Admiral to anyone needing either repair or replacement of furnace or their air conditioner.

Working on a building next door and multiple people from Admiral H&C jumped over the fence into my back yard without even knocking on the door or asking permission. Went to let my three dogs outside and there were just two men with a bunch of ladders in my yard. Very unprofessional. Felt very unsafe in my own back yard because strangers thought it would be ok to hop a fence. After confronting them they did not leave. Not sure what else to do besides document this.

I have used Admiral Heating and Cooling for over 25 years both professionally and residentially. Any time that there has been a problem, they have responded with in 24 hours, whether a pilot light issue or replacing a furnace in the middle of winter. When I needed them to add UV light protection and HEPA filters to my office units, they handled the upgrades professionally and in a timely manner. I first started using Admiral with Mr Ubinger and Steve has continued the wonderful relationship. Thank you to Admiral Heating and Cooling and the Ubingers
