I’m very pleased with Bryan work. We had a lot of grass as both my husband and daughter are at this time unable to do the work. Husband has dementia and last time took him 3 hour just to do side part. Daughter needs knee surgery. SO thank you Bryan for your good work and we look forward to your visit to keep our place looking good

Do NOT book with these people. They showed up a week later than scheduled, then charged me double because my grass length was over 6 inches (it was not). No edging was done around my fences or sidewalk, took me 2 hours to clean up a mess I paid $120 for them to do. They leave grass all over your yard for you to rake up (they said they'd do it for an extra fee that I paid, but they did not) . When I called, they said I would not be charged before he came back and fixed it and that he would be there within 1 week. He never showed up and my bank account was charged. After staying on the phone for hours with them on hold, they offered me a $15 credit for my next service! I have canceled with them and I will NOT be back. I will also be reporting this transaction as fraud to my bank. Just unbelievable. RUN!

My lawn serviceman was excellent. Fast, careful, and professional. He did a great job on a yard that is difficult because it's on a steep hill. He didn't take breaks. He didn't leave a mess. I would highly recommend this service.

Brandon has maintained my lawn for over five years he’s excellent and professional and always does a great job his dedication and service shows each and every time I’m thankful to have found someone like him to take care of what I don’t have time in this busy world to do thanks!

I'm so frustrated with this company. I've been with them for about a month I should have had my lawn mowed three times by now. However, it's only been mowed once. And on that visit he mowed down at 3 ft tall perennial garden.

Since that first visit I have been rescheduled over and over and over again with constant no-shows. It's not due to rain on at least several of these occasions there was no rain. I'm either not notified at all or notified anywhere from 1 to 2 days later that they're rescheduling me.

Support chat is rarely meant and with When you call you get a message often saying there's no one available to answer your call and then they hang up on you. So you can't even leave a message.

I had changed service providers and this latest person has rescheduled me four to five times. I'm done. I want my agreement with these people canceled immediately. And I would love to do that but nobody will talk to you.

The girls were easy to get along with. They had great knowledge of their profession and did a terrific job. Two thumbs up!!

This service was easy to schedule and reschedule when we had a drought. The pro assigned to us was meticulous. We highly recommend Lawn Starter!

They said we didn’t need to be home for them to be able to mow the lawn and now I understand why… they just charged us for nothing. I don’t think they even showed up.

Micheal did an amazing job mowing my lawn. I was thankful to see him because other people had said they were going to come and never did. He stuck to his word and was done in no time at all. Very thankful for him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Lawnstarter will destroy your lawn and take no accountability for their actions. After they canceled my first appointment and I left a review on another platform, they contacted me and scheduled service provider. The mowing was below average first 3 times but on the fourth they destroyed my lawn as you'll see on the pictures. I contacted their support and provided all details requested. They reached out to the service provider and all he said that "their was and incline which caused the tire marks and neighbor lawn had same problem". The providers reply is writing on stone for this company, even if they are blatantly lying. The neighbors lawn is fine on the same incline, documented very well in my pictures. I learnt my lesson the hard way with this company but hope no one falls for their marketing gimmicks.

Fantastic work performance from Marc. Very nice and courteous about the job. I will not change anything about my contract as long as it stays like today. Very thorough and clean after completion.

It was my first cut of the season and with all the rain, it was a mess, JoRyan was at my house the same day. Did an awesome job, gave me some tips about getting the brown grass green again. So very professional and personable. Anyone like me who cannot do this themselves won't be disappointed. Everything is cleaned up nicely. 110% satisfied.

I was really worried about having to find another reliable landscaper for the summer to cut my grass. I found LawnStarter and didn't believe that someone would show up but they did! They were professional, kind courteous and inexpensive. I even had the hedges trimmed and the look beautiful. I would recommend LawnStarter to anyone having problems finding and keeping a landscaper. I will definitely be keeping them as mines.

First I would like to say I don’t like leaving reviews.... but In this case it’s a must.

My wife and I wanted an outdoor space so we could enjoy time with the family.... there was nothing in our yard.

We chose to go with Gardenart of Pittsburgh for our patio and fire pit build out.
I’ll be honest I was leaning toward them anyway just because of Art being the owner of the company. .. but besides that he beat out the competition anyway by a wide margin when it came to total cost.

We started from scratch.., Art worked with me on my thoughts and what I envisioned in our back yard but added his expertise and literally built a wonderful patio from the ground up. We had additional requests due to having 3 young children and Art also took that information and made it work for the safety of our kids as well.

Although we ran into some hiccups and the original end date went over about week in the end it was all worth it. ... Our space is beautiful and more than we could have ever expected, he went above and beyond the original scope of the work just to make it “right”, after working with Art I’ll be sure to use him again and would recommend him to any of my friends and family.... we have additional project’s needed and he’ll be sure to get the first call.

Horrible service. Nastiest crew. The owner acts religious but is nasty. Comes to our neighbors after we fired them at 7 am with a huge mower that just trashes the whole neighborhood. Don't hire if you want a nice lawn.
