Sean treated my property twice previously. Nice gentleman and pleased with the job. Tyler was out for this treatment. Despite the extreme heat we have had sufficient rain; yet my yard is quite brown(?).

Rich Kopps contacted me why I am dropping lawn care service. I told him I wasn’t happy with service. But to my surprise he took control and is going to fix my grass. He was very pleasant to deal with and also very knowledgeable. He even came to my house to inspect grass. He was very thorough from start to finish Happy and grateful to him thanks Chuck

Have a small yard so the service was short and sweet. Treatment provided was actually performed without my awareness of the technicians presence on-site.. No problems to note. Would highly recommend Kapp’s to those looking for a quality lawn care business.

Great company with the lawn technician very efficient and knowledgeable about my lawn. They give me recommendations to me at the end of treatments for ways to improve the health of my lawn. Latest one was that I was cutting my grass too low. The recommended raising my mower 1/4 of an inch to help get a thicker lawn this time of year. Great info and I appreciate that.

As someone who is very particular about their lawn, Sean and Kapps do a great job making our lawn look amazing, weed free, and lush for years now. Whenever I have a chance, I always make it a point to talk with Sean about lawn care tips and recommendations. Kapps customer service is also great, easy to reach and very helpful. Marte serviced our lawn care and is a major asset to your company. He was very throw and conchencious about his work. He also was very pleasant and friendly to me and my wife. He took his time to do a through job.

We’ve been using Kapp’s lawn care for years now and they’ve always done a great job! Our technician, Mike Caputo always does a great, professional job. He quickly treats our acre and thoroughly. We get weed control along with tick and flea treatment which has been crucial having four dogs! Our lawn is always lush green free of flea and ticks thanks to Mike! Just went back to Kapp's for my lawn service after 14 of skipping it. After just one service the improvement was remarkable. Today service was provided by Mike G. He stopped to introduce and see if we had any questions. He explained exactly what he was doing today and even advised me on how to seed a bare spot in my yard. Mike is a knowledgeable asset to the Kapp's Team!

My Tech, Jerome provided excellent service today. He offered suggestions and information to rectify the issue. He was patient in explaining everything.

TruGreen is doing an excellent job on my yard. The grass has never been so green and full. Very affordable too.

Specialist was very nice-came up and introduced himself. BUT, I received a txt this a.m. telling me the appointment was canceled, so I started doing chores that may or may not have been in the way. The Specialist came unexpected. All turned out ok, but, it would have been better to know if someone was coming, or not. Especially if this was a usual lawn treatment.

I witnessed Trugreen worker place students on a school bus at risk of injury. Worker did not care that he was obstructing traffic. I called to report incident . I was assured I would be contacted within 48 hrs. No call as of yet. Be careful when you see the trucks in your neighborhood. So now ot has been several more days after I contacted reviews... still nothing. Spoke to several neighbors who witnessed the event. All are upset about trugreens disrespect for neighborhood and putting children at risk. If you add trucks illegally parked call 911 to have them cited.

TruGreen treated my lawn in 2021 and 2022, but I stopped using them because the service technician on at least 2 separate occasions said my lawn was treated but this was not the case because I was home and they never showed up. In 2023 I resumed service with TruGreen, and all was good until this past week when once again the service technician said he treated the lawn but this was not the case. He sat in the truck in front of my house for 10 minutes, never got out of the truck, pulled away and 20 minutes later I received a report that the service was completed. BEWARE, if you want to use TruGreen, make sure you are home to witness the lawn treatment, or else do not trust that it is getting done.

William was awesome. Told me what he was going to do before he started. I do have an issue with when I called TruGreen to ask a question after William left. My question was about the over seeding. I do not see any grass seed on the sidewalks, driveway or even in the brown areas of the yard. The person on the phone swore seed was so small I couldn't see it. They must have shrunk the size since the last few years that you have performed the service. I have always been able to see it on the sidewalk and driveway. I just thought maybe William forgot to do the seeding. Even my wife, my dog and myself did not see him walking by the windows. I will be calling Trugreen soon to cancel my service and will not be renewing next year.

Kier went above and beyond today. He came to do the Aeration and over seeding. I was talking to him about all the nutsedge in my yard. He went in his truck and had a little in his backpack and sprayed what he had left. Although he didn’t have enough to do all of it, he at least tried to make me happy.

True Green came to the rescue of my lawn in one day after I called them. My grass was a goner. They came out the next 4 days to treat and irregate my lawn. Thank you to the fine men that treated my lawn and the Rep I spoke to over the phone. These people are the best and they will always have me as a customer.
