Kapps lawn care is great. Sean is very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I have. He takes the time to move any kids or dogs toys that may be laying in the yard. He takes his time spraying my yard and making sure to hit each spot. He cleans up when he is finished. I have been using Kapps for a few years and have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Kapps and Sean to anyone.

Our family has used Kapp’s for a long time and trusts their service. If we have an issue they have always sent a technician out to see what was going on, such as one year our yard was attacked by the army worms and they provided a plan to get the lawn back in good health. We very much trust Sean’s service as a Kapp’s technician and hope he will be back providing service for our neighborhood

Sean is the best, fun to talk to and he is very neat and tidy. We truly miss him when he gets assigned to other areas. Never had an issue with Kapps if I had a problem they came right out to take care of it. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed with the exceptional service and expertise of Rich. He is extraordinary in terms of his willingness to take time and listen to the concerns and issues that we are confronted with concerning our lawn, trees, shrubbery and overall landscaping needs.

We have - prior to engaging with Rich - invested significant amounts in the overall appearance of our landscaping. Unfortunately, services provided by other companies have resulted in poor lawn care health and we were even forced to remove and replace our lawn due to the other company’s shoddy and ineffective treatments.

Rich is a person of integrity and spent a significant amount of time walking the property and made recommendations concerning getting our landscaping back to its intended and healthful appearance. He offers suggestions - but doesn’t pressure the client or oversell.

Kapps lawn care is great. Mike C is very friendly, and him and the other guys do a great job. When they are done they make sure they clean up. I was using other companies over the years, but Kapps has been above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Kapps to anyone.

I just met Rich who is going to be out new tech. He was extremely friendly and helpful! He came to the door, introduced himself and promised to take excellent care of our yard. This was the first time in five years that any tech from Kapps has ever done this, and I was very impressed! Very professional staff. Worked with DJ to rebuild my lawn. Aerated and overseeded and applied necessary fertilizer. Treated me like I was their only customer, I will use them for all my future lawn needs.

Service done while on vacation, when I got back I found several brown lines that appear to be from application. Contacted customer service and they said they would send a manager to check it out. I did forward photos.
