Worst customer service. Incompetent staff. Will never go back. Placed an online order for two of an item, but was contacted by the store they only had one left. However, the website said they had more than 10 available. I didn't question them and asked for a substitute. To make a long story short, one of the items they gave me was broken, a face I didn't realize until after I had arrived home. I called their customer service and their response was to come back and get a replacement! And I'm like, "OF WHAT? IF THEY HAD MORE IN STOCK THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE SOLD ME TWO LIKE I ORIGINALLY ORDERED!!!" The customer service rep didn't say a word, she just sat there voiceless as if my concerns meant nothing to her. They made no offer to compensate me for having to go back to return something, so I am making no effort to ever return to Lowe's. I would not recommend to a friend. Save yourself any hassles and go to The Home Depot instead.

My tech that services my lawn, Sean Tully, is the absolute best!!!! Always attentive to my lawn. Always stops to talk and let me know what is happening. Could not ask for anyone better. Lucky to have him as my lawn tech!!

Kapp's always shows up quickly when I need them. They're super quick, and it actually works. My yard was almost perfect after 1 treatment. They're very kind as well.

We’ve been really happy with the service from Kapps. Rich, the technician who comes out to our property, is fantastic—knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. You can tell he genuinely cares about the health of our lawn, and it shows. Our grass has been looking great overall (aside from the usual wear and tear our dogs put it through each year!). Appreciate the consistent quality and professionalism—highly recommend!

We have been customers of Kapps for many years now, and today we had one of the nicest techs in all our time with the company. Rich Kopps ( not Kapps Lol) was very nice to deal with and stopped to discuss our needs and take the time to make sure he was applying the correct treatments we wanted. Kapps was here a few weeks ago for my first treatment of the year and I was glad to see Sean back in my area.
He knows my lawn, he knows where not to ride the machine and does it by hand and makes those areas look even better than the spreader does!

If it's Sean stopping out, I don't need a call first or a flag. If his name is in the invoice, I know it was handled properly. Sean is an employee Kapps should strive to hold on to!

Kappa has been a great lawn care service and that’s mostly due to the great customer service provided by techs like Mike C! He’s always very polite and accommodating. We really appreciate the work that he does!
