I made an appointment for video inspection of two downspouts which were connected to old french drains at my house. I just wanted to know they were still connected, since the downspouts had been replaced in the past. Price quoted $250. He did not do a video inspection, rather he spent 5 minutes telling me I should spend $3500 (the very next day) to dig up the french drains, and left. Said the $250 was for a "consultation". No video inspection done - I never even saw the equipment to do it. I'm 81 years old and not as quick as I used to be. It took me about a half hour (after the shock wore off) to realize what had happened. Draw your own conclusions.

I called Tom after I stuck my finger through the sink drain pipe in the bathroom. I knew there were other issues, but that was the last straw. Tom and his crew came and we're done in 5 days! Got a new tub, shower, tile work, toilet, sink and vanity, all the fixtures, bathroom vent, medicine cabinet and new lighting. They also did all the plumbing underneath the bathroom and gave me a new subfloor! Fixed the hole in the ceiling from a previous leak. It all turned out wonderfully!. He and his crew were professional and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after every day and took all the trash with them. Couldn't have asked for better. Very pleased!!

Was having issues with my hot water heater, they were able to get a service technician to my residence the next day to troubleshoot issues. Tech was very informative and performed ap work with no issues. Cleaned up the area afterwards. Would recommend
