I live in Lawrenceville and needed a hot water replaced. I googled local plumbers and these guys came up . They were at my house within 30 and dig a great job. Very reasonable price for the super fast service.

They broke the floor drain cover and didn't bother fixing it or even say anything about it. I'm better off fixing it myself. If you use this company check and make sure they didn't break anything before they leave.

Bill showed up Saturday to fix a sewer backup we had. He and his associate were both very polite and knowledgeable. I was very happy with their professionalism and tips on how to help prevent a bigger issue in the future.

I don't typically leave responses for businesses but this was dishonest at best. In October of 2017 a friend had referenced me to Poilucci Plumbing as they had some residential work done by them. We were in the process of trying to purchase a commercial property and wanted to get a quote to replace the main valve. The cost was $120 to come out but they said if we wanted to have any of the work done the money would come off of the price of the work. While being at the property for all of 20 minutes the guy tells me he would quote out all of the work he could see needed to be done then we could choose what work we wanted done after the fact. Due to an estate sale situation we weren't able to purchase the building until 2018 and now Poillucci is saying they would only honor the $120 on doing ALL of the work even when we only wanted them to replace a valve. I would of never paid $120 to get a quote done had I thought I'd never see that money again. Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

After some terrible experiences with some of the big-name plumbing companies, I am glad to find Poillucci. Their pricing is fair, the work is done well, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend!

I had what seemed to be small clogged but turned out to be a much larger problem. The whole crew at Poillucci were great from start to finish. A nice local business offering fair prices and good service. Would definitely recommend to a friend

From the initial call with Maureen to the work performed by Bill and Bob, my experience was extremely positive. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely nice people to work with.
They explained the options to fix my leak and really listened to my feedback.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!!!

Called at 3:19pm and explained the shower drain was clogged. The plumber arrived at 3:35pm, very friendly and professional. Had the drain fixed and working properly in record time. We would highly recommend Poillucci Plumbing.

Poilucci Plumbing. Nick and Amy truly set the bar high when it comes to a very successful local family-owned plumbing company. Amy will usually be your first point of contact. Should you receive a recorded message, leave your message. Your call will be promptly returned. Nick Poilucci is an excellent plumber and he genuinely cares about his customers, as does Amy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It’s a shame there are only 5 stars! Poilucci plumbing is outstanding!

I called them at 12:30pm about my leaking sink and they were finished repairing the sink by 3:30pm the same day. The employees wore their masks the entire time, explained everything they were doing and why, and were appropriately friendly to my 2-year and my animals. Great experience. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can call again.

I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. They were way less expensive than anyone we talked to; we received a quote on the work the next day and they made 2 site visits within 24 hours to make sure they were well prepared for the work that was to be done. The crew arrived on time and were very communicative with me before doing anything. They did end up having to go into my home and they called to make sure it was ok before hand and the gentleman even made sure to take his boots off, very considerate and communicative. They even sent me a photo of the cap that they were digging to retrieve out of my sewer line. As they left they even made sure to sweep the street of mud as they had to do some digging! Tell me another company that goes to that level of detail to leave everything as they found it. If you have the misfortune of having a large plumbing issue call these people. Don't bother making 1,000 calls like I did just call them straight away. Fast, good and reliable; usually you get one of three and with Poillucci Plumbing you get all three. THANK YOU ALL :) (we called Wednesday for a quote and they were out and completed the work Friday before noon!)

I’m not sure where to even start but with the owner would be a good place he’s arrogant and he’s rude,He throws in your face that he’s been in business for 40 years not sure how the attitude that he has, I deal with the public everyday all day & i have never been spoken to the way this man spoke to me, will not ever recommend him to anyone unless you wanna deal with what we delt with not to mention , said they were done & was not anywhere close to being finished with what we agreed apon, also had to have someone come in & fix his mess ups & finish the job… what a waste of money & time.

I have nothing but praise for my experience with Poillucci Plumbing. I had my 100+ year old lead line fail. Its position in the yard was so unusual that replacing it exactly would have been a very difficult and expensive job. Nick the owner spent a lot of time working with various government agencies to receive approval before any work and payment was completed. In the end, he came up with an innovative solution which kept the cost low, fair, and even greatly improved my water flow and pressure. His office always answers the phone, and promptly returns calls and messages. Nick and his staff are professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything in the future! Thank you!!

I can't begin to verbalize the level of care and help that I received from this company this week. I lost my mom to Covid almost a year ago and am just wrapping up the sale of her sweet little house. I hired a plumber to do a lateral camera inspection and they came out and couldn't get a camera in the line, and wanted to dig up the concrete basement to install a new access for a huge fee. Coincidentally and lucky for me, the pump on the boiler in the house sprung a leak. I called the company who had installed it after finding some old paperwork. It was Poillucci. They came out and installed a new pump the very next day. They did such a good job, that I called the next day to thank them and asked their opinion on the lateral camera test. The owner called me back that afternoon and asked me the specifics, and said that he felt confident that they could get a camera in my existing line. The next day our boiler repairman came back with the owner in tow. These people AND their office staff really took an interest. They came out and got the camera in the line with no problem, saving me a TON. Fortunately the line was also clear. They made a very hard week so much better and I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

Poillucci did a camera test of our sewer line for buyers of our house. They found a root ball growing in the pipe which was not a surprise. They said it would be about $1500 to hydroblast the root ball. As an offhand remark to our buyer, they said it could be $50,000 to replace the pipe and it was near collapse. This put the sale of the house in jeopardy. We had McVay come out for a second opinion. They said there was a rootball but it wasn't causing any problems yet. In addition, the rootball was at a junction shared by 3 other homes. They saw no need to do anything as the rootball was small and not causing any issues. Even if the pipes had to be replaced, the cost would be split 4 ways and would be nowhere near $50,000. Do not use Poillucci for your camera test. Just a way for them to scam people.

For a first time home owner, 3 weeks into living in our own home, having a floor drain in our basement clog and overflow was a pretty scary experience. The best decision I made was calling Poillucci Plumbing to help me through this. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating. They explained everything to me and even gave me advice on how to stop the issue from happening again. I will go to Poillucci for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

The plumber was so disrespectful and extremely rude. I work in customer service and nobody should ever degrade someone and converse with someone the way the owner talked to me.

This was the second time Poillucci Plumbing came to fix my water line as well. When fixing it the second time, one of the workers said how they remembered seeing seeing a huge brick near the waterline the last time which he insinuated that that may have been part of the line breaking right next to the brick for the second time.

Additionally, the line was repaired and the water was turned on. However, I was not getting any water. I had to call Poilluccio to come back out since nobody had asked the residents to check to make sure the water was running properly.

When he returned the next day and “fixed” the issue; I was only getting a trickle of water. I called the plumber back as soon as he left and he had an appalling demeanor and said he had to “go to work.” I replied, “this is your job and what you were hired to do.” He asked if I took off my shower head to see if there was any debris behind it, which I had not done, because I would not know to do that since I am not the plumber.

My water pressure was great prior to Poillucci Plumbing “fixing my line” (there was a leak from the yard; Therefore, this did not effect the actual water pressure in my home, prior to Poillucci coming out).

Furthermore, the water pressure is still low and trickling in the shower. I am so displeased with this whole experience, especially when someone is getting paid to do their job and do it correctly in a professional manner.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

DBL kitchen sink totally clogged. Clog inside wall pipe.
    Friend referred me to Poillucci.
Called and received immediate answer with a wonderful receptionist. She listened patiently to my gripe. Lol
She then scheduled plumbers to come out the same afternoon.
Harry & Jason arrived in afternoon. Looked at all plumbing. Gave me the price up front. Very reasonable.
Went to work and fixed issue within the hour. Had to crawl into crawlspace under kitchen and cleared difficult clog of sludge an nd dirt.
Cleaned everything up like they weren't ever there.
    Professional
    Skilled
    Friendly
    Dependable
    Reasonable
I've already bragged about Poillucci to friends.
    Thank you!

Another company quoted me $4500 to fix a collapsed sewer pipe that could not be "simply unclogged." Poilluci came out for a second opinion and was able to unclog the drain in five minutes saving me $4500 from those scammers. Thank you Poilluci for providing an honest, reliable service.

Poillucci plumbing was prompt and easy to schedule with. We had a semi-leaky value under our kitchen sink that we wanted replaced; called them to come out and fix it without discussing price or fees as it wasn't a complicated project.

Upon arrival and evaluation they agreed with our assessment. They Informed us it would take $240$ to add a new value and if we didn't get the work done it would still be $85 for their time they spent to come to the house. Voiced my concern about their pricing to replace a 2-20$ valve and they quickly informed me that was their business policy and that they don't set the prices.

Overall, they accomplished the job in a prompt manner and handled the situation well but I would not recommend them for minor repairs. I didn't even receive an itemized bill, just a receipt with $240 written on it for < 15 minutes of work. I value the work they are doing and don't mean to undermine their business but I should have just done this myself as it would have cost less than $20.
