Tyler was very nice as a technician. The price was high for what was done. The hoses they used and the pressure nozzle were left out on the patio. One was a brand new hose still in package. The other was already in use. I would have expected that they recoil the hoses and put them back where they were. I don't understand why both hoses were needed. The clog was removed so I am grateful. I just think it would be expected to return home owners property to where they found it. I still have their plunger on my front porch for them to pick up. Overall they were nice enough. I just think $900. To unclog a bathtub is a very high price. I understand that they had to cut access and pipes and they did work within parameters. Still not happy with 6 hrs labor for clogged drain in one bathroom.

We had a sudden back up of our septic tank and we called Mr. Rooter. They couldn't come out the same day b/c it was a Sunday which we completely understood but they came out the next day, Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running in a matter of hours. We were not expecting that given that they are probably slammed on Mondays with things happening over the weekend. They even got our septic tank lid up to code with a fitted cap for future service. They were very professional and accommodating and we are very happy with the fast service. I'm sure everyone feels like it's an "emergency" when this happens, but they treated us like we were the priority and we felt like that was the case even though they were probably really busy. We are thankful for their help and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Joe Tomlinson and his crew were phenomenal! We purchased our home in April and had our first panic moment when my drains and shower started backing up last night! We quickly learned we needed our septic tank pumped immediately! Joe and Harold were at our home within the hour! We could not be happier with the service we received from these guys! 10 out of 10 I would recommend them all day every day!!!

Called Mr Rooter about a kitchen sink plumbing clog that turned into a whole ordeal. They were responsive (came to check the issue within a couple of hours!!), kind, professional, and very thoughtful in regards to cost. Due to cost, we had to move forward with a plumber that our home warranty covered. Had that not been the case, we absolutely would have continued to work with Mr Rooter. I so appreciated their work and will absolutely call them for future needs.

They responded quickly to my call and provided estimates for possible scenarios to repair my septic system. Mr. Rooter's courteous employees provided next day turn around on a full field line replacement. They also helped to replace retaining walls that had been removed. I was impressed with their professionalism and completely trusted their recommendations.

Tried for 3 WEEKS just to get a return phone call. Every time I spoke to a representative, I was assured that I would receive a phone call from the local branch in Chattanooga. So then I called the local branch myself and was told, "yep, we heard you called the main line." As of this moment, I have still not received a call.

Next time I need a plumber, I will think of Mr. Rooter, remember to skip them, and call the next plumbing service on the list.

We had our main water line from box to home spring a leak in our front yard. The first time we used Mr. Rooter they waved the $100 service call charge since they were hired to complete the job. This time I was charged the service call fee for the first time he came out and the second time to complete the work. That was $200 extra and I wasn't real happy about it but it is what it is. If not for that I'd have given them 5 stars. Great group of people. They keep you informed on what they're doing. He gave us options and explained everything in detail. Very professional.

Had Mr. Rooter out for no working bathrooms. They were promote and very knowledgeable. Joseph Tomlinson was able to restore my bathrooms to working order. They were very professional and cleaned up around the clean out before they left.

Great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Chattanooga. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The technician was respectful of our property and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find service companies that take this much pride in their work anymore. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable plumber in the Chattanooga area.

Had a busted pipe and I couldn't find the shut off. Needless to say I was panicking. They took the time to talk me through how to find the shut off (I had to dig it out) and helped calm me down. He asked me to send him a picture and he called me right back to walk me through it. Really appreciated the help when you're watching water gushing out and flooding your yard.

Vince took fantastic care of us. Was given a time of 2-4pm and he showed up right at 2pm on the dot. Checked in with us often to let us know what was going on and was very transparent with charges and why he was doing it. If you are looking for honest plumbers who do quality work look no further.

Daniel Plumbing did a great job installing a new sewer line at my house. They were fast, responsive, and careful on a job that was challenging. Would definitely recommend them for future work.

Amazing service and knowledge!
We woke up on the morning of Christmas Eve to the surprise of frozen pipes. We have two children and a newborn baby and NO water. It was 6:00 am and every other plumbing company sent me to voicemail on voicemail. I finally called Daniel Plumbing and Mike Daniel picked up and promptly scheduled us for 9-10. He even called around 830 to assure us he was coming. He and his helper worked in the freezing cold digging into the frozen ground to find a water meter. They were able to find the problem and solved it. They gave us a normal Christmas Eve with water ! I would highly recommend Daniel Plumbing to anyone.
