I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel. They have became my # 1 go to if I need any help around my house. They were great you should definitely give them a call if you need any plumber work done.

I first met Mr. Daniel when he came down to Houston Texas after the big freeze in February 2020. Plumbers were needed so badly they came from all over the country and although many were price gouging Mr Daniel was actually there to help people. I had three pipes that had burst from the frigid temperatures and had spoken to two plumbers prior to meeting Mr Daniel who was doing some work for my neighbor, an elderly woman on a fixed income. Mr Daniel not only quoted me almost half of what I had been previously quoted, he charged my neighbor a $115, the cost of materials, to fix her leak. I was very satisfied with the work Mr Daniel did for me and he went on and worked on multiple houses for my brother, one of which had 11 leaks. I found Mr Daniel to not only be a great plumber but a true professional in every sense of the word. I have since moved to Georgia and I am presently having a house built, I called Mr Daniel to inquire as to whether he would do my plumbing for me and despite more than an hour's distance he has agreed. There is no doubt I will be equally satisfied at the conclusion of his work and I will update my review at that time.

Sent a crew out same day, first plumbing company to do so, I called three others before them.

Crew was very nice, explained what they would do and what they needed from me, brought in their equipment and got to work unstopping the master bathroom drain line (the shower and toilet were backing up).

Cleaned up the bathroom, I only had to clean a little grease off the base of the toilet (it had to be pulled so snake the drain).

Will definitely use them again!

BUYER BEWARE..... It all started fine on the first visit. They installed my direct vent gas water heater . I paid them $850.00 cash and got no receipt. He wanted to use my old duct worrk, and I didn't have a problem with that. He left... (it didn't work) The water heater would not stay lit. I had said the flame looked like it was being choked out. He came out again and lifted the old vent up and it stayed lit for a short while.... He left again... Cold water again..
He came back and put the proper vent for the exhaust, but did not install the 6 inch duct around the exhaust pipe. He suggested I get some flashing metal and finish the job he was paid to do.
Last week I texted them to find out when they were going to finish the job, and got no response. I had to pay another company to come finish the job. They were not impressed with the work, nor am I. Buyer Beware.

Micheal is a true professional. Not only did he answer the phone on a Cold Sunday Morning. He set an appointment for later that day. When my pipes thawed themselves he FaceTimed with me to ensure there was no issues. This day and age it’s hard to find people that are not trying to make a buck. Daniel Plumbing will be getting all my business going forward.

Top-notch service! My daughter and I woke up to take a shower at 6 AM and found that we had water backed up in both showers and that our toilets would not flush and we heard a noise in our pipes! I was so upset I researched plumbers and I’m so glad I went with this company ! I called at 6 am and they answered ! The nice lady took down my information asked all the appropriate questions and had the plumber call me back within minutes! The plumber was able to successfully diagnose the issue over the phone and worked me in his schedule within hours ! They came and fixed the issues and the price was very reasonable especially for the service and timely manner ! If you need a reliable company for your plumbing needs look no further! I wouldn’t use anyone else ! They are Honest and trustworthy people .

One of the finest experiences I have ever had dealing with any service company. They came out the same day and accomodated my after hours schedule. Michael and Robert were amazingly charming, professional, punctual, knowledgeable. Robert quickly accessed the situation in a timely manner, even taking time to look into some future projects when completed. It was a pleasure from start to finish and would recommend 10 out 10. I will be using Daniel Plumbing again for all of my future plumbing needs. I have delt with several other companies in the last 3 years and this one stands above the rest by far. Thank you again for your service.
