Great plumbing company, this is the second time we have them come out to our church to do some work, they always on time and call to let us know that there is an open to come earlier if we would like for them to do that. Excellent work and always clean up behind a mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs.

Tyler was super knowledgeable and ended up addressing several other small issues we had throughout the house in addition to our washer. What we appreciated the most was his willingness to educate us on how to fix our issues in the most cost effective way. We could tell he wasn’t just trying to nickel and dime us to death and wasn’t gatekeeping solutions to keep us reliant on a plumber. He genuinely just wanted to help. Our experience was excellent. Tyler came out 2 hours earlier than I expected. I added extra requests and he found other issues after pulling our toilet and ended up having to make 2 trips for supplies. He was super nice and pleasant thru the entire repair and came and got me to show me any issues he found and also went over everything when he was finished. Pricing was more than fair!

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler, and he was absolutely fantastic! He installed several water spigots for me and helped improve my water pressure. Not only did he do everything perfectly, but he also took the time to explain the entire process and gave me tips on how to maintain everything moving forward. I’m really impressed with his level of care and attention to detail. The results look and work great! I have some other projects lined up, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again. Tyler and Randy were great. They came out to my house within 3 hours of me calling them. They communicated multiple times and let me know when they were on the way. I watched them work - they showed me what they were doing and explained how they did everything while I watched. They were polite - they knew what they were doing and were done quickly and even cleaned up after their work. (They didn’t make a mess but still cleaned up anyway). Thankfully it was a simple fix. Also important - they listened to me the home owner explain what seemed to be going on and that helped them identify the problem much more quickly.

Tyler was excellent. He was very professional and was willing to try different things to attempt to solve the problem. He gave me solid advice and a very reasonable price!

The prices are pretty high. He came to my house and tightened some bolts to a toliet it took him about 5-7 minutes and then charged 185 dollars for this. This was also after arriving about 30 minutes late. The issues to the toliet seem fixed though at least.

Tyler was fast and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and the cost as he went through the repairs. Great job, very satisfied with the work!

Tyler did an excellent job on a significant main clog in our house. It turned out to be a difficult job but he got it resolved the same day I called. I really appreciate the quick response and very reasonable pricing.

These guys are absolutely incredible! They’re honest, upfront, and get the job done right the first time. A lot of folks will bait and switch you. Their advertisement will tell you what you want to hear just to get them in the door. But these guys are exactly what they say they are. You can trust that they will do what they say they’ll do when they’re going to do it. I couldn’t be more happy with Buddy The Plumber in Chattanooga, Tennessee!!

Tyler did an amazing job. There was a leak right at the meter on the outgoing connection due to a tree root. Tyler was very responsive , provided excellent communication, and was able to work me in and repair the leak within 6 hours of me calling to schedule an appointment! On top of that, I thought the price was very fair considering the work that had to be done. I highly recommend Tyler and will call again when I need any plumbing done in the future.
