We have used Jace and his guys for a number of projects residential and commercial. He has done everything for us from fixing a clogged toilet to a remodel on a 140 year old house. They are very intentional and make sure that it is done the first time and they show up when they show they are going to be there. That is better than most of the people out there. I would highly recommend them.

Called for two toilet issues and Tyler answered the call on the 2nd ring. Great communication and prompt professional service as he was at my house within hours. Fixed the problems and improved on the previous work done when the house was built. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks Tyler!!

Jayce and his team redid all of the plumbing on our house, installed a new on demand gas hot water heater, installed new gas appliances and did an amazing job. During this six month process they had to work within existing walls from a 1958 house which took creativity and willingness to get the job done. This team was flexible with their schedule and even came after hours to make sure the project kept running smoothly. Communication during the process was superb. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you may need done!

Tyler was awesome! He took his time explaining everything so we understood what was causing our high water bill. After fixing our toilet leaks and installing a new pressure relief valve, he even pointed out other things that could help lower our electric bill. Super friendly, honest, and thorough — we really appreciated his help!

I had a water leak and found myself in need of a plumber but didn’t know who to call. A friend of mine referred someone who I called, left a message and he never called me back. So I went online and started searching. We all want someone who is honest, has integrity, does great work, will not try and take advantage of your situation, and gives great customer service. There are certain things I look for in customer reviews which I saw on Buddy the Plumbers reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Tyler who told me he would be there within two hours, and he was! He was so easy to work with, great communication, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He came in, got the job done (and done correctly) Overall just a great experience and a fantastic job at a reasonable price. So if you’re in need of a plumber and you don’t know who to call, give these guys a call. I can honestly say, they really took care of me!

Water was coming out of overflow pipe, called Rivertech to see they did plumbing, they did not, asked for recommendation, they recommended Buddy's. They were able to come out within the hour. I now have them in my phone as the plumber to call. Tyler explained what was wrong and what needed to be done as well as cost. Did an excellent job
