The people are very nice and extremely helpful. Their selection of lighting is just what we were looking for and if you can't find what you want they have a book to look at.

They took care of us by opening up 5 toilet bowls to find one that wasn't cracked to replace the one we returned. Can't blame them since they are made Mexico. The odd thing is the good was dated 2020,all the bad ones were dated 2022.

I will not shop here at the Chattanooga store again. My wife talked with a saleswoman by the name of Judy who said that she would e-mail her the pricing of the kitchen and bathroom faucets that she had picked out, a week layer she still hasn't heard anything from her. At the same time we purchased a shower/tub combo that would be delivered no later than the following Monday, when it didn't show and my plumber there waiting on it i called and Judy said that they weren't in stock and that I could purchase a more expensive one. When I asked why no one contacted me she didn't have an answer.
Think I'll take my business somewhere else.

It's still my favorite store for electrical, plumbing, and air&heat supplies. Never left the store with the material needed or info where to get it.

Ive very rarely if ever ran into a better bunch of people. I genuinely love everyone behind the counter where I get all my parts to run a plumbing crew. I can not overstate how perfect every single person at the 23rd street location is. They feel like family.

Helpful sales staff and competitive pricing. I go here often. They have most anything electrical, plumbing, HVAC as well as bathroom fixtures.
They stock Kohler Iron tubs as well.

pleased with showroom selection. Purechased direct from Parts Counter and was promptly taken care of. About a month later unpacked shower base for installation andf found hidden damage /defect . Same Parts Guy said bring it back and we will swap it out....NO PROBLEM! Really was stressed until I talked to him.
