Outstanding work!! I was skeptical at first with them being a new company but i was more then pleased with the work done by them. The technician was on time and had my problem fixed for a cheaper amount and faster then what I was expecting. Thanks guys!!!

Professional and took care of everything we needed in a timely manner. Also very military and veteran friendly I know that if I’m away for any reason my house will be taken care of and it will be quality work if there are any issues.

I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. We were told that they could get to our problem today and we kept being put off, then at 5pm we were told they couldn’t get to us. We were also told that the boss didn’t want to dig up our tank right before it rains. We will never call them again.

They was supposed to show up at my house, to do the job, and never showed. Then I tried to call to see if they were behind, and they don't answer. It says 24 hours, but you can't even get them to answer the phone, and I've called multiple
times. My warranty company even called and left messages still no response. Very poorly managed.

This company answered my phone call in the evening and came out the same evening to look at everything and repaired it all for me. Good pricing! They are all very courteous and respectful. Most definitely would recommend giving them a call to anyone!

We had a clogged sewer line and I called Royal Flush. The plumber, Chase, came out the same day and diagnosed our problem. He did a very thorough and professional job. We would highly recommend Royal Flush for any plumbing issues you may have!!

Had used them previously and reached out for my mom who has a leak in her basement to see if they could assess the problem. Picky about who I bring around my mom and don’t want her be taking advantage of. The representative called to remind of appointment the day of more than an hour in advance then showed up on time. Did not take long to diagnosis the problem ( hole in worn tub) and the very quick diagnosis and estimate was explained clearly with no attempt to confuse us. Currently helping my mom look for a tub because we do plan to hire them for the tub installation in the near future.

Fast response to an emergency leak in the kitchen. Jason identified the problem and purchased a new faucet for me and installed it. Later in the week, the disposal stopped working, and Royal Flush dispatched Charles Phillips, who diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. I’ll refer friends for fine service from this business.

Mr. Phillips came out and was very patient while we waited to hear from the home warranty company. He explained everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated his courteous behavior and prompt action to get our toilet working again. I called other companies that couldn't come out for 5-10 days but he came the same day!
EDIT: the problem came back in less than 24 hours. I have now tried for 3 days to get this company to contact me regarding this and they will not respond. The woman who answers the phone just says things like "Oh I'm so sorry. I'll call the owner again" and "Wow they still haven't contacted you?" I am incredibly disappointed. They took $375 to do a job that isn't right and refuse to call me back about it. I was assured the owner was coming Monday. Its Wednesday and no word at all, just sitting here waiting. Very frustrating.
EDIT #2: Finally got a call Wed night around 9pm from Anthony. I felt his explanation for it taking longer than promised was reasonable. He and Justin came out last night (Thursday) and found the actual problem after hydrojetting and using a camera (pipes not pitched properly) and we are scheduling to get that fixed. PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks guys

To begin with, Royal Flush Plumbing answers the phone with a real live human being! Then they scheduled someone to come out the very next day! Not only did they show up on time they were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently and even cleaned up after themselves. They communicated very well when showing final details of their work. Their rates were reasonable. I would definitely call Royal Flush Plumbing back for any future plumbing needs. Thanks For going above and beyond! I Highly recommend them!

Anthony and his team did an amazing job replacing a sewer line at one of my rentals that was backing up and they did it in a timely manner as to not inconvenience my tenants. Super job that was priced right and they corrected the issues the previous plumbers caused. When I went to the site, the technician took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, what obstacles that had to overcome and when they would be complete. Great job guys.

We called them this morning about our pressure reducing valve and they came out within 1 hour they were here and took a look at our prv and fixed it without having to replace it or anything!!! We had already called a different Plumber through our home warranty company and they came out and told us that the whole system had to be replaced because it wasn’t working correctly!! Royal Flush came out this morning and said that was not the case that they just needed to adjust it! He did it in under 5 minutes and was honest about the work he had done!! They are friendly and courteous and wonderful guys!!! We will be using them for any other needs we have!!!!

Excellent plumbers (Bill & Jesse). Replaced toilet and cleared lines. They were on time and called to let us know they were on the way. Got the work and clean up done quickly....which was much appreciated since I was paying by the hour!
