Logan and Logan came out to help us with a pipe that had burst and were able to fix everything within a few hours. They were super polite, explained everything in a way that was easily understandable, and even took the time to use their shop vac and suck out the standing water that remained. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

We live in a neighborhood off Jenkins road and had a water leak out by the meter and were losing water quickly down the street. We needed someone to come out quickly and give us a hand and Flo Sure fit us in right away. They had someone out to look at it that evening and came out first thing in the morning to take care of it for us. They communicated what was going on every step of the way and couldn't have been more personable and helpful!
We have used other companies in the past and not been happy with their work or their prices but Flo Sure not only felt like helpful neighbors, but they double checked their work, had minimal impact on our lawn, left it looking tidy, and charged us very fair and reasonable prices.
They will absolutely be our plumbers going forward and if you live in the Hamilton area, or really anywhere in the greater Chattanooga region, I would highly recommend these folks. They are fast, honest, helpful, and you can trust them to have integrity and pride in their work.

My grandson was in bathroom and said “oops mama!”. Called Flo Sure & they came out same day & very quickly unclogged the toilet before the blockage could go further down. Worth every penny for the prompt, friendly & professional service. Will only use them for any future “oops” & other plumbing needs. They are a hero with a cape. Can’t go wrong with this company.

I wish I could give a million stars. They showed up fast, and were very efficient. They fixed a problem we had been dealing with for years in a matter of hours. Very reasonably priced and honest! I will use them for all of my home and business plumbing needs from now on!

Came out to fix a backup in the shower very quickly. Identified the piping in the crawlspace was done incorrectly and cut it out and replaced with new. Good work and good pricing would use again.

Flosure was able to quickly come out and replace my pressure regulator valve and solve the water flow issue in my house for a great price. Logan and Logan had the valves swapped faster than I could write this review. Thanks guys!

At the recommendation of the company that installed my tankless water heater, I contacted FloSure plumbing to repair a blocked water line. They quickly identified the problem and promised to be out the next day to fix it. I asked also if they could replace my defective kitchen faucet at the same time. They came today and quickly and efficiently fixed both issues. They were right on time, transparent, and honest - qualities I value highly, and it made for a pleasant experience. I could not be happier with my experience with tight seal plumbing. Daniel was punctual, knowledgeable, patient and extremely thorough. He sent me videos from the crawl space in real time showing the progress being made fixing my water pipe leak. Most impressive, he found a gas leak I had had for years and spent so much money on unsuccessfully chasing down over the years. Top notch!!!

He really knows his stuff and was super helpful the whole way through. Whenever I turned my water on, it sounded like my house was going to explode and the whole shook. I called a couple of different plumbers, but Tight Seal was excellent and above the rest. They came and diagnosed my issue the same day that I called. They gave an estimate and told me to let them know when to get to work.

I had an excellent experience with Chatta-Rooter Plumbing when they replaced my septic system. John, the owner, was upfront, honest, and provided me with great options. The entire process was smooth, and I highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend Chatta-Rooter!! We were continuing to have issues with the septic in our new build house where water was pooling above the tanks in our front yard. We originally had a plumber from Roto-rooter come out to look at but, they couldn’t figure it out and said it was just because of snow melting. I Googled other septic companies in chattanooga and saw the good reviews for Chatta-Rooter. They did not disappoint! They scheduled an assessment within a couple days of me calling. John came out and he could tell right away our pump was malfunctioning. I was super impressed that he did his research ahead of time and looked up the type of septic we had (low pressure system) and educated me about how it works and the kind of maintenance it requires. After working on it all day he was able to figure out that the plumbing on septic was not installed correctly and agreed to fix it for no extra cost despite not being included in the original estimate. John was honest, reliable, and very thorough with the job. Communication with the entire team was great and they truly went above and beyond to fix the issue.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! I am a local Realtor in Chattanooga and some of my previous clients were having issues with their septic so I sent them the list of licensed plumbers approved by the city to pull permits, etc. They had an awesome experience and we’re super grateful. When I had issues with my tank, I called some of the bigger box shops to come out and quote the work. I had to have a whole new system put in with a new tank, fields lines, etc. The bigger companies quoted me 16k and 17k!! There was absolutely no way I could afford that.. so I called up my previous clients to ask who they used and had a great experience with. They told me Chattarooter. So I immediately called for a third opinion. They were able to do the EXACT SAME job as these other companies for significantly LESS (under 10k). They also had in house financing which was super easy to apply for and use (they just send you a link via text and it’s all done easily over mobile.. very super user friendly). The part I loved the most is that you get a personal approach. The owner Jon and his wife Cori work on site along with his son and their guy Mike. They are all so friendly and genuinely care about doing great and professional work! I would 100% recommend them over and over again. You will not be disappointed that you hired them!
