Jon Bartlett provided excellent service when our grinder pump backed up. He was courteous, honest about the problem, and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. Everything was done quickly and correctly.

Excellent service from Jon the owner, and Tim their field tech. Replaced a sagging main sewage line to the county pump. Tim was very knowledgeable, telling me the issue with the original build, and how it was fixed. Replaced the pipe and vent, re-sealed to house with concrete (builder used spray foam that was failing!), concrete under pipe to keep from sagging in the future, tested the flow rate and angles, and all is great! Great price, and would recommend.

Our new home needed emergency septic installation due to delays with the original contractor. Chatta Rooter Plumbing stepped in and completed the entire job faster than expected. They were reliable, responsive, and got everything inspected and approved without issues.

Peace of mind is PRICELESS! Chattanooga Rooter was so kind to send 2 men out just to check my septic tank. I was afraid I'd done something wrong when I unplugged the pump recently to tie up loose wires, and the red dome light on top of my electrical box didn't come back on. This is a brand new system on a new build home. These two wonderful men informed me the red light is NOT supposed to be on, unless to alert to a problem with the pump! They checked inside my ground unit and confirmed that it was working perfectly. WHEW!!!

I started having septic problems after I neglected the septic system for over 30 years. I learned a lot from this experience. I called Chatta Rooter Plumbing and Mr. Bartlett came to my home and explained in detail what I was probably facing. He was "nail on the head" accurate with his diagnoses. He explained the cost for different scenarios depending on the condition of the system. Again, he told me up front what to expect. He and his crew did an outstanding job finding the tank , pumping, installing risers, and replacing the stopped up field lines. All of the work that was done was necessary to properly repair my septic system. Mr. Bartlett told me what he would do and he did what he said he would do. I could not be happier with the end result. Chatta-Rooter has earned my trust and will get my business going forward as I now know to have the septic tank pumped every three or four years. I highly recommend Chatta-Rooter Plumbing Co. Had to have my 57 year old septic tank pumped and the drain fields replaced. Seemed like a lot of money but when you see what's involved, you'll understand the cost.

Had an emergency on a Friday afternoon. Chandler came and solved our problem, working - I'm sure - past his normal hours. Great response and great service. And the fee was quite reasonable. I recommend, and will certainly call them again.

My septic system was shot. Chatta-Rooter came out on a Friday and by Tuesday afternoon the entire job was completed. This family owned business works hard to do a thorough and professional job. They took care of all permits and the job was inspected by the County. If you are having any septic issues call Chatta-Rooter for a quick and professional solution. They also did a great job leveling and reseeding afterwards.

I'm really happy with the work done by Chatta-Rooter, and am thankful they were available to help me quickly. A tree grew over my sewer line, and the roots caused a major clog. The team identified the problem, removed the tree, installed a 2-way line & unclogged everything in one day. They were professional and took care to clean up after the job. Highly recommend!
