I have used East Brainerd pluming 3 times so far and each time they have been prompt and efficient.

Very professional. Arrived, surveyed my problem, talked to me about it and went right to work making needed repairs. Here about an hour. I am a retired plumber, they knew what they were doing.

Will Recommend! Jake was fantastic, showed up same hour(8am) to fix an underground leak. Pricing was good, Will use them in the future. Thank you!

The issue was misdiagnosed. Cost me even more money to fix the issue. Called immediately after I had someone come out and had the rude lady answering the phone try to beliitle and told me the manager would call back when he feels like it. At this point the misdiagnosis isnt the issue. Its the rude staff.

These guys are our go to for plumbing! We have used them several times and they are always on time and professional. Having plumbing issues is always a headache, but I know when I call these guys it doesn’t have to be! Highly recommend! Give them a call!

We are VERY pleased with the services they did at out home. He did everything to fix the problems the other plumbers created. Replaced cheap parts with quality parts that will last more then a few years. I will call them from now on when I need any plumbing done.

I highly recommend East Brainerd Plumbing, I had a leak near my outside faucet, they quickly found the leak, explained the problem and fixed it in record time. They provide quality work and are very friendly. Thanks for taking care of my plumbing problem.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service Dan and Keenan provided. They were professional and got the job done quick and efficiently. No one wants plumbing problems, but if I do I will be calling EB Plumbing again.

Wow! Surprised to see only 7 reviews. Had to write one. We've been using these guys for years just for plumbing, and they've always done a fantastic job! They have very knowledgeable plumbers who always get the job done right the first time. Their prices are competitive. We used other plumbers in the past with horrible results, namely Neighborhood Plumbing (no longer on business, thank God) and Scenic City Plumbing, who (before I stopped them) attempted to knock a hole in our main water line with a pick axe thinking it was the sewer pipe from the house. Use East Brainerd Plumbing and Heating. You won't regret it.

Just had a bad experience with Becky (office) at E. Brainerd Plumbing. Simply asked for an update on my scheduled service for today ... she had absolutely no idea when the plumber could come by. And she would not give me one. I understand that jobs can run longer than normal, but I also replied that it is commonplace to receive some kind of update, when requested, since it was 1.5 hours after when I was told the service call might begin. She got all indignant and said it would be impossible to call the "millions of her customers" informing them of delays. She then proceeded to count off 45 customers that she would have to call?! I seriously doubt E. Brainerd Plumbing scheduled service for 45 customers after 1:00 pm on Thursday. I had previously told her when scheduling the appointment, that Friday would be fine too ... but she couldn't even state that I would receive service tomorrow. I said if not Friday, then what? She stated that I'd get rolled over to the following week. Not sure what is going on with Becky today, or E. Brainerd Plumbing, but expecting someone to take off multiple days of work to accommodate a plumber visit, without some type of guarantee of when service could begin, is pretty poor customer service by the office staff. Sounds like the actual plumbing services are good from everyone else's comments on NextDoor ... too bad Becky wasn't up to that level of customer service today.

I’ve known the Lewis family most of my life-Eddie & I graduated together-and I’ve used their services in the past. But my latest experience with them-which will be my last one-wasn’t pleasant. I was billed for 5.17 hours when the plumber was only here for 3.5. And the lady who answered the phone-the plumber said her name was Becky-was more rude to me than anyone I’ve ever done business with in my 69 years on this earth. When I tried to contact Eddie by email, I never received a reply. I wanted to speak with him on the phone but there was no way I was going to have anything to do with that lady again.

I was in business for 37 years and at one time, I had someone working for me who treated customers the same way she treated me. I never got back the majority of the ones that left us due to that treatment. And a lot of them had been with us for years. I wish I would have acted sooner on rectifying the situation. I hope Eddie and Steve will read this review and try to insure this lady stops treating their customers like she did me. But I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future.

**Update** Eddie Lewis did call me and apologized for the lady who answered the phone and the time difference.

Dan and Ian were great, I was greeted with a smile and they were quick with the job we had done. Scheduling the call was quick and easy amd the job was done in under an hour. Our toilet sounded like a fog horn when flushed. It ended up being the valve, seal and replacement of coil by the water cut off of the toilet. We recommend their service.

Completely unprofessional and rude. Mailed our bill to the wrong address for 6 months and then wanted immediate payment, threatening to add 15% interest. Would not recommend them based on our customer experience, unless you like to be laughed at and mocked while you’re trying to set up a payment plan.

Wow! We are VERY pleased with this company. The plumber, Jake was professional, honest and VERY knowledgeable. He fixed our issue (outdoor underground pipe leak) and even provided preventive work to assure we don't have to revisit the same issue. Then, fixed a couple of smaller issues while he was here. If you need a plumber, USE THIS COMPANY! Thank you, East Brainerd Plumbing!

We have used East Brainerd Plumbing since Mr Lewis started the business many years ago. They are prompt, efficient friendly and priced well. They go out of their way to get the job done. We highly recommend them.

I work at a place we need constant repair/maintenance, and it's a constant struggle with third party answering services, long waits, days for parts. East brained plumbing is one of the only companies I can rely on. Always talk to someone in their office and they have someone to me right away. Never had a single issue with any work they've done for me, and Its minimum once a month for the past 8 years

Had Metro start the job. They came out three times and couldn't get the original problem fixed - seriously! Jacob took two trips - in between I went to Home Depot and got a decent fixture which he installed no problem at a fair price. Great service and communication. Metro claimed when we called them back they had forgotten about us - at least they were honest about their complacency. I will definitely call East Brainerd first the next time.

I have used East Brainerd Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. for my plumbing needs at my personal home and a rental property for a number of years. Always professional, courteous and efficient. Their fees are reasonable. Dan and Ian were the two plumbers that came out today and have been out the last couple of times. Great employees and they do great work!

My neighbor needed her pipes fixed and they just happened to run through our yard. Of course we agreed to whatever needed to be done, and after my first phone call I thought I would be writing a fantastic review since they were willing to assess my concerns about how my yard was left when they stated it was 'completed'. Thankfully, the nice gentleman I spoke with assured me he would send another employee out to level out my yard as well as retrieve their cones and shovels. That very same day someone came by to finish and even though I had to take 2 hours of my time to haul out the rocks, rebar and wooden blocks they filled the hole with, I decided to leave it at that and take the hit. Thinking my job was complete, I come out the next day to find a mountain of dirt and rocks even though I was told the job was complete. I decided to call and see if anyone came out again and figure out why. However, their true colors showed when the 'star employee' proceeded to laugh and mock my distress at how they left my yard. I can only assume this attitude came about because she knew I was not the paying customer, just the property owner where the mess was left. Working in customer service myself, I am truly astounded at how she handles herself and customers. Right after I mentioned that I was thankful this call was recorded, she hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for her name and to speak with a supervisor, she refused, stated she was the only one there and hung up again. After that she never answered my call. The next time I called I was able to speak with the supervisor to which I find out she has given him a fable and expressed she felt 'attacked'. To me that is a bold statement coming from someone who refused to be named. The absolute worst part was her supervisor accepting her actions and telling me I am 'one of those people.' This company lacks integrity and seems to only care if you are a paying customer, not a kind neighbor willing to have their yard destroyed so a 85 year old woman can take a shower and use the bathroom.
A favor for a neighbor resulted in outright disrespect from a company who refuses to take responsibility and laughs at your misfortune that they caused.
I caution anyone to use them and always, ALWAYS get a name.
