They are horrible, I wish I had checked the reviews first. Almost all of the reviews are either a 1 or a 5, that means the 5s are bogus. They are a scam, do not use

First appointment they were a no show. Then on the rescheduled appointment ,they took our service fee, said that they'd come back to fix the problem and completely disappeared. UNTRUSTWORTHY

This company is contracted by our rental angency and have failed to contact renters in a timely manner. They will call and say they are on the way and then never show up! The nice lady that answers the phone will have every excuse under the sun why the technician was unable to make the appointment! I don't know how this company has been rated 1st in customer service because they don't have any!!!

See attachment for the plumber they sent to my home. I wish I could upload the video that was taken at my house. This was the Chattanooga office and they did send Chad to my home. Sending someone with a plumbing snake is doing enough work to get the $65 fee.
I contacted your answering service May 28th and had no reply. I also tried to contact you through Facebook messages.

This is bogus company. These guys give gage checks to their employees and those exployees cashed at our store. They came back as NSF. I contacted Glenn Tice and his office people several times and they acted so stupid and didn’t pay us, Glenn and his office person Nikki keep Phone tagging and telling me that Nikki will take care of it and then Nikki says Glenn will do it. It has been three weeks since they are doing this, They are hanging up on me and I drove to Nashville and they are not willing to provide me their address. Their address posted on google is wrong. Do not take this company check and they are very bad people.

I live with my elderly mother who is on oxygen. They saw that we were in terrible shape due to blocked sewer line
They were a strong advocate with the warranty company. We got a new line in a few days. The gentleman gave up his Saturday. I cannot praise them enough.
