There work van is currently parked in A handicap parking area at the Food City on Hwy 58. This blocks wheelchairs from being able to exit their vehicles.

We lost water due to TAWC meter installation! B&B Personal was great, worked late on 3/16/20 to reattach. next day to fix pressure problem!

I had some issues with a water heater and a tub faucet that needed to be fixed in a hurry. Tommy showed up when he said he would and knocked everything out in a couple of hours. When he left everything was fixed and it was cleaned up like nothing ever happened.

The team at Flo Sure went above and beyond to assist me in a desperate situation. My water heater burst in my 1920’s bungalow and as a first time home owner I really appreciated how the Flo Sure technicians explained everything in detail about how my problem occluded and how to fix it. It was my pressure regulator that had failed and caused my already aged water to expand and give out. Their ricing was very fair, I got other quotes, and they were very competitive. Tommy even took me around my new house and explained the “ins and outs” of my plumbing. Unfortunately my classic house also has classic galvanized pipes. Flo Sure is working with me on a plan to replace my old corroded plumbing fixtures and pipes in segments as needed so that it fits my budget and protects my investment. All I can say is home town professionals. A* LOVE THEM!!!!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough; talk about laying pipe! These people put in a new water distribution line, fixed a leaking faucet, changed my tankless water heater, and fixed my garbage disposal. The service was so outstanding that I almost wanted to pay them more than the bill. In the future I’m going to need a shower and bathroom remodel. Im definitely going to be calling them. Their pricing is fair, they are on time, and they are honest. What more could ask for? I will use them for all my plumbing issues from now on.

I LOVE this company! I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received when I needed my Renaii tankless hot water heater serviced. The guys at Flo Sure Plumbing were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They took care of my water heater and addressed a problem with hot water not reaching my far bathroom by installing a hot water recirculating pump. I have hot water throughout my house on demand. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I will use Flo Sure for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

Great pipe work! I just moved here and needed some pipes refitted because of a bad leak in my new home. Had no clue who to use. Glad someone told me about Flo Sure. They were standup people who really went above and beyond. Price was right too. So happy I found a plumber that will come out for free. Most where I lived charge you a trip fee just to come out! Insane right. Well, I will definitely be keeping these guys in my contacts for the future.

Flo Sure and their team did an amazing job at unclogging a stopped up toilet. Very quick, efficient and did a fantastic clean up afterwards. After talking with the technician, I am going to schedule them back out to replace old faucet hardware with new ones. Highly recommend !
