Justin Bratcher was excellent in assisting me with a new Hot Water Heater. I was taking a risk, never having installed one before. Justin found the perfect size heater for me(50 gallons), at an excellent price. He identified all the parts I needed to properly install it and even helped me load it on my truck. Long story short, this was a replacement to my old heater that had finally given out the night before. With all the items Justin assisted me with I was able to install the propane water heater(with my son's help) in less than an hour! Unbelievable! Justin is a true gem of an employee that you have. Thanks Justin!

I had a awesome experience working with the People Here. MaryAnn was so helpful as she knows what's she doing with helping figure out your needs. She was very understanding and patience knowing I'm here for my friend who's out of town. I'm texting and emailing pictures to my friend as MaryAnn and I worked options to send my friend. And the options are tremendous with anything and Everything to update your kitchen or bath. Everything selected was ordered and delivered within a day or two. I'll be sure to recommend Wholesale Supply Group to any future customers or friends looking to add, remodel or update a bathroom or kitchen. Plus they have everything you need for any plumbing job as many contractors, handyman and others starting out go to the service counter for their needs. These Guys at the service counter are great. Steered me in the right direction

Went to location and no one was at the counter when I went in. After someone showed up he said he could not help me get the parts I needed and couldn’t tell me where to find them? I went to another place and they took great care of me.

Appreciate the guys at the counter today. Helped me on the phone and had parts waiting for me on the counter. Great customer service and knowledgeable.

Keith, Mike & Garret are the best at what they do. If I could give a 6 star review I would. I order lots of plumbing parts daily. Anytime I have questions issues or concerns, I give them a call regardless of it has to do with a part I'm purchasing or general knowledge 🖤

Came here after trying 3 different plumbing supply stores and I was blown away by their customer service. They had everything in stock that I needed and the master plumber on site was a wealth of information. I wasted hours of time at other stores when I could of come here originally and been in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you guys for being a valuable resource for me!!

Excellent counter staff! They always go above and beyond to get what I need on the job. If you are a plumber in the Chattanooga area I would highly recommend checking these guys out.

These folks are super knowledgeable, the store is super well stocked with quality plumbing equipment at prices way better than you find at the box stores.

Best plumber in Chattanooga.

This company is garbage. They don't show up and they don't call. The lady that answers the phone is unprofessional and bad at her job. This would be the last place I would ever call for a plumbing issue. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Horrific experience. Glenn Tice illegally disconnected the water to my entire apartment building without notice. I called him to come help us, not knowing what had happened, and he robbed us in the driveway claiming that he had hacked our water meter via insider connections with the water company. He demanded cash to "make the problem go away" then attempted to intimidate us by having members of his crew (actually his kid and his buddies) show up and stand around while they secretly reconnected our water.

I've filed a police report. Glenn Tice will likely attempt to retaliate against me for posting this review but his next potential victim deserves to see this.
