Edit: Their $6,000 repair lasted 4 months and it has to be redone. They have multiple ongoing lawsuits. Choose anyone else.

Mr Daniels was the most responsive professional person I could have asked for I had a major clog that flooded my whole downstairs floor in a panick I called the first plumber that pulled my on my screen and I'm so very glad I did he as answered my cries for help immediately came out with in the hour and with in two hour i was fixed up and back in great shape again I found me my new go to plumber

These are some great guys.They arrived on time, vompleted work in very reasonable time and even made sure everything was cleaned up. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Daniel Plumbing is a shady contractor that will bully you into accepting a expensive repair, require cash up front, then not complete the work that they say they will do. Stay away, there are plenty of other reputable plumbers.

We called Mr. Daniel for a broken faucet that we couldn’t get turned off. Needless to say that was an issue we needed to deal with immediately, so we called Daniel Plumbing, he picked up the phone immediately and was out to resolve our problem an hour or so later. Quick response, great work and a nice guy to boot! We had a 5 star experience and we’ll be giving Daniel Plumbing our business again in the future for any other plumbing needs we have! I would highly recommend!

No complaints here! Came out within a hour of my call with an estimate and is very budget friendly for the work that he does! Will only be using Daniel’s plumbing for any further issues. Excellent service!!

On Jan 23, 2024 Daniel plumbing installed an electric hot water heater. I paid 1650 for the heater and installation. He used pecs and shark bites, which I was told by two other plumbers was not code. An expansion tank was not offered to me. I asked for the warranty booklet, he told me to look it up on google. Since it was installed, I have reached out at least 4 times on the bell going off. He told me it was probably an electrical issue. I finally got him to come out and look at the continuing issue, and he charged me another 120.00. This whole time we have had no hot water at all. I finally called Rheem to find out that the brand new heater that was installed was a refurbished from 2021 and it had a leak. So my agreement for a brand new hot water heater and installation was totally a lie. The owner is telling me to get Rheem to give me another one as it is under warranty. This is a huge issue which must be resolved with integrity. He is telling me he will install another one for free but I must get one myself. I was promised a new water heater which in fact received one that already had a leak, from 2021. This is dishonest, as they will not stand behind their work or word. I have been out a lot of money, stress and exhaustion in this process of getting a water heater installed.

Came out due to sewer water bubbling up a shower drain, and the toilet in that bathroom was bubbly too. Would not listen to me about having sewer, not septic. Didn't look for the clean out on the exterior of the house. Didn't bring all tools necessary and had to come back the next day. Paid almost $600 and nothing was fixed, but Mr. Daniel said he could do the repair necessary for an additional $6,000 (removing the toilet, busting the concrete and fixing up to 10 feet of pipe underneath). A different plumber came out the following day and fixed the issue for $400, no concrete removal necessary.

By far the best plumber I have ever met. If you are looking for a licensed master plumber that really knows how to do his job call this guy he is amazing and has the best price that I haver ever heard out of a plumbers mouth. He also has one of the best coworkers that I have ever met they are very polite and really know what they are doing. I'll never use any other plumber again. Thanks Mike your awesome.

We have a clogged pipe in our bathroom we called this plumbing company to come fix it for us. My husband has recently had heart surgery. This company took advantage of that fact. We got quoted a price of 360. They came out they then said the price was 425. We paid that then they still didn't fix the problem. They said they had to go rent a excavator to dig up the pipe outside. Hours later they came back and dug up a pipe on the side of our house and cut it and put a clean out pipe. They still didn't clean out the clog. Just threw the dirt over that pipe and said we owed them 1850. If we wanted the clog fixed it would be another 4000. We ended up paying 1850 for nothing fixed. Please don't use this company. So now we have no more money and the problem is still not fixed.

When they showed up the first time, they appeared to be professionals in drain clog clearing, because it appeared like everything was cleared for $365. They also gave a 1-year warranty (free of cost) for the job they did. But within 1 month I had clogging issues again. When I called them up, they were hesitant to accept their responsibility to clear it up free of cost. After a long argument, they asked for $160 to come again. I somehow needed my clog cleared, because I didn't want to damage my wooden floor any further. They did the same procedure the second time, and didn't do any diagnosis to find out the root cause of the issue. They never went into my crawl space and they never did any investigation. They just ran the machine for 10 minutes and went away the 2nd time. Within 2 days I had the clogging again (3rd time), but I didn't want to do any more tug-of-war with Daniel Plumbing and put myself into trouble again. I just abandoned them and went ahead with another plumber who found the root cause of the issue and fixed it right. So, I am giving only a 1-star rating for Daniel Plumbing company, because they didn't have a clue about the problem. They were only trying to put the blame on my plumbing lines. They did only based on the symptoms I told them. The $525 that I paid to Daniel Plumbing went right down the drain and got stuck among the clog they failed to clear! Thank God, someone else came to my rescue and cleared it. I wouldn't recommend Daniel Plumbing to anyone.

100% SCAMMER…

Had Daniel install a water heater last year. Service was pretty good. Water heater developed a leak a couple of weeks ago. Daniel came out and said our pressure reducing valve had failed and it was over pressurizing the water heater. He had one and it installed. Problem seemed fixed.

The water leak was back a week later. Daniel came back and said the PRV he installed failed. He said he needed to get one and he’d be “right back”.

I tried calling and texting, but Daniel never came back. I ended up replacing the PRV myself.

My wife suggested sending him a Venmo request to see if he’d respond…nope.

We had water gushing up in our yard on 4/7/2024 with no inside water pressure, My husband with two previous heart attacks couldn't be out side digging up the ground to try and fix it. I was worried it being a Sunday I've have trouble finding someone who would come out. I picked the first plumber on Google listings which was Daniels plumbing and gave them a call, Not realizing they were based in Chattanooga, Michael had already made plans but put them on hold and was on his way and got here within a hour, he was nice, professional and had everything he needed in his van to work with to fix our problem. It didnt take him very long and he was off to enjoy the rest of his day on the water. Thanks again Michael, We couldn't of done it without you. I recommend Daniel's plumbing.

worst job ever she had had a two helpers do the job he then took my credit card went out charge $780. at home depot with out my authorization he also did the same to my next door neighbor he took $5,000. and left a mess at her home, don’t trust him he is a thief

Daniel Plumbing was great! They came from Hixson all the way out to South Pittsburg. We were fit in within less than 24 hrs form when we contacted them, with fast, efficient service. We couldn't find anyone local to help. They price was reasonable. They were very helpful and flexible with payment.We've already recommended Daniel Plumbing to friends!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Daniel. He completed the work quickly and was very reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He will be my go to for plumbing from now on!
