I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan (HVAC technician) and Doug (plumber) from AC Pros, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Both have been with the company for a long time, and it shows in their professionalism and expertise. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate.
Ryan is fantastic when it comes to HVAC work, and Doug has been excellent for plumbing needs. However, I dropped a star because I feel that the cost for replacing the wax seal on my toilet—over $500—was on the high side. Moving forward, I’ll be getting bids to ensure competitiveness. I sincerely hope AC Pros remains in the running because I trust Ryan and Doug and would like to continue working with them.

I called for an estimate, Noah came out the next day and assessed my unit and recommended it be replaced. His team was extremely efficient and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just two days, we came across a few issues caused by the construction next door and he was extremely professional and recommended what needed to be done in navigating the repairs to get the new unit up and running. After a few weeks my drain lines started to back up and they sent a technician out to flush them the next day, I called at 4 pm and they came out as soon as I was off work the next day. Mark, Noah’s brother, was also very professional and great at navigating the issues I was having. He spent almost two hours in a hot attic making sure everything was flushed out of the lines before he left. Ac pros helped me navigate unknown territory as a new homeowner and I look forward to continuing my business with them when I have some plumbing issues resolved in the coming months (and while getting my ac serviced!) thanks for all your hard work!

From the second you call AC Pros/Plumbing it’s always a positive experience. The first step to scheduling is the person on the other end of the phone and Lisa is friendly and professional. You always receive an update with the arrival time. No waiting around all day. Doug is a quick thinker and a great problem solver. He goes above and beyond to assure your plumbing problems are done right! I would 100% recommend this company for all your AC and plumbing needs.

We've had AC Pros since June of 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent in all regards. Their entire team (from technicians to office/scheduling staff) is top notch and exceed expectations in the area of white glove customer service. We've had a few issues with our air conditioning/heating and they are always easy to get a hold of and very quick to come out. They are so accommodating and will make every attempt to squeeze you in same day. Lisa whom I've dealt with in scheduling/office is the absolute sweetest most competent woman. Ryan who has come out to service our units most often is a stellar guy as well - super professional, personal, diligent in his work and always arrives on time. Two just all around solid human beings.

In a day and age when white glove customer experience is often lacking, AC Pros continues to blow me away with how awesome they are. When things go wrong with such units, the last thing one wants to deal with is incompetence so if you're looking for an incredible experience through and through look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Huge kudos to Doug, I needed to replace my water heater but wanted to relocate it to a more secluded spot so that I could regain some floor space. Doug's initial estimate was very detailed, and he explained it all in detail. We spoke about my options over the phone several times, and I always felt like I had his undivided attention as long as I still had questions. He came by and took measurements a second time to make sure everything would fit. And, boy did it, but just barely! Really pleased with the result. Thanks again Doug!

Also, I can't forget to mention the front office, I think I mainly spoke with Katrina, but they were very good at communicating and really helped smooth the whole process over.

Wow! AC Pros truly came through for us today. A big thank you to Lisa, our dispatcher, and Ethan, our technician, who promptly responded to our urgent need. The air conditioning in one of our HOA amenity centers went out, and since it's a vital revenue source for us, we couldn’t afford any downtime. Their quick response and efficient repair were greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be calling them again in the future! They outperformed several other vendors, including Stan’s, in both response time and service. Highly recommend!

Had an inexperienced installer do some work for me and they actually did more damage to my AC unit. I was through with them and I called AC Pro’s that a friend of mine recommended. They were amazing! Service call within 24 hours to analyze and receive an estimate. Work was done 48 hours later and done in a timely and professional manner. Great experience! From Lisa helping us set up the appointment to Ryan (HVAC tech) coming in and diagnosing the issue with in minutes.(my unit was down but turned out a fuse was burnt out) Overall extremely satisfied. There is always some hesitation when calling a company that you are unfamiliar with but glad the ratings/reviews are spot on.

I’ve been a very satisfied AC Pros customer for a while now. Doug and Ethan replaced an old recirculating pump we had on our water heater today, and they did an excellent job! They did a great job of communicating the problem and updating me on their work.

I've been with them since 2017, every interaction with their team has been professional, courteous and patient. Never felt like I was being upsold . The maintenance service they provided with the 2 AC units I purchased were always on time and thorough . In 2021 during the Ice storm I called them and they actually showed up and repaired my upstairs unit ,when no one else was even driving. I was very grateful
