Doug Peterson with AC Pros Air Conditioning & Plumbing came by and addressed the issue with the guest bathroom toilet not flushing properly with each use by replacing the tank kit and also replaced the hose bibs & vacuum breakers on the outside of the house. What I truly appreciate is his honesty, he is very nice, has a great work ethic, and he takes great care of your property when doing his work. Thank you Doug!!

I wanted to give a special commendation for Doug Peterson with AC Pros and Plumbing. There just aren't enough people in the world who will fix something AND also do excellent work on all the details. Doug replaced our kitchen faucet and plumbing, then went the extra mile to get larger plugs so our beautiful stainless sink looks flawless. We really appreciate it!

AC Pros has done excellent work for me over the years. Most recently Doug inspected and flushed my water heater then he and Ethan installed a new water shut-off valve and pressure regulator. Doug showed me how to turn the water valve off & on as well as how to safely shut off my water heater if needed. This is a great relief to me to know I can do those things myself.

I recently had two HVAC systems installed. I asked several HVAC professionals what system brand they would install in their own houses and they all said Goodman, which is manufactured in Texas. On the Goodman website are listed some factory-trained installers, and AC Pros Air Conditioning & Plumbing was located near me. I was impressed with their company's professionalism. The installation was performed by Ethan & Preston who did outstanding jobs. A few days after the installation, AC Pros sent Doug to inspect the installation with a different set of eyes. He spent several hours looking at the systems to ensure that there were no issues. Back in the office, Lisa found answers to my questions, usually calling back within minutes. The installation included two years of free checkups. I would recommend AC Pros to anyone considering new residential HVAC systems.

Doug and Ethan did a terrific job replacing both of my hot water heaters in the attic. Not an easy job but they did it with a smile. I feel so much better knowing all of my equipment is new and was installed by professionals

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

As an estate manager overseeing multiple properties, I’ve worked with many HVAC companies, and AC Pros is hands down the best. They are trustworthy, professional, reliable, and consistently come in with the most competitive and accurate bids.
From full unit replacements to service calls and troubleshooting, their team is always responsive and incredibly helpful. Every person I’ve worked with has been outstanding. I truly can’t imagine using another AC company. Huge gratitude to the entire AC Pros team.

They did a great job, sealed cracks in the fireplace, secured the walls of the fireplace that were lose, sealed the fascia on the roof and turned it from scorched looking to nice and uniformed. I appreciated the pricing and the kind yet hard work ethic. Anyone looking for a fair deal and hard work should look no further. Thank you for taking care of us!

I cannot thank this company enough, two days before the freeze started We realised our chimney is extremely cracked and dirty even though they were fully booked they came out on Saturday morning in their off day just to make sure our chimney is safe,

Nessi was very experienced, personable and extremely knowledgeable. My fireplace was in poor condition and a hazard to operate. He went above and beyond to get my fireplace/chimney in proper working order. I will not hesitate to reach out to him again for any home repair needs that he covers. We chose Air Central for a deep cleaning of our air duct and dryer vent. They did a fantastic job. Jacob and David patiently explained the process and gave us options to choose from. They are quite affordable and we would definitely recommend them to others!

Big shout out to Eric. We got a dryer vent cleaning done. I had my own tool that I’ve used a few times over the years, but his professional tools did a way better job. He pulled out more lint from my dryer vent than I would have thought possible considering I had just tried to do it myself and got a lot.

I am curious by nature and a relatively new home owner. He explained a lot of things in great detail and even showed me where my vent exhaust port was midway up the wall on the exterior of my house. (I just assumed it went through the roof). I’d say he went above and beyond and couldn’t be happier with his services. Air Central has certainly earned my business.
