They " SUCKED"!!!! THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT LIE!!!! SAID THEY'D CALL ME BACK THAT 1ST EVENING WHEN I CALLED THEM,TO SET UP APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY.....THEY CALLED AT 2:57 THE NEXT DAY AT MY HOUSE (I WAS 10MIN) I CALLED THEM BACK AT 3:00 TOLD THEM I WAS TEN MINUTES AWAY CAN YOU WAIT? WAS TOLD NO!!!!! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT....I HUNG UP CALLED " JOHN WAYNE" !!!!! SO HAPPY I DID !!!!!

They work with my warranty company and came out to diagnose the broken AC. They said my condenser coils need replacing and they would order the part to fix it. I didn’t hear back from them for 3 weeks so I tried to contact them and left many messages but they still won’t call me back. I called the warranty company and they said Austin Brothers already has the part two weeks ago and would contact me in a few hours about scheduling the repairs. So I waited and waited and called Austin Brothers two more times without getting a response. It has been 6 weeks now and my AC is still broken so I requested the warranty company to use another AC repair tech instead.
